Claims (15)
- Rollenwickeleinrichtung (1) mit zwei Tragwalzen (2,3), die ein Wickelbett (4) zur Aufnahme einer Wickelrolle (5) bilden, und einer Druckluftunterstützungseinrichtung, die eine Druckkammeranordnung mit Stirnseitenabdichtelementen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Stirnseitenabdichtelement eine mit dem Umfang der Wickelrolle zusammenwirkende Dichtblendenanordnung (12, 12', 12") aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtblendenanordnung (12, 12', 12") und mindestens eine Tragwalze (2, 3) relativ zueinander höhenverstellbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtblendenanordnung (12', 12") eine Dichtblende (16', 16") mit veränderbarer Form aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Dichtblende (17') veränderbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vertikale Abstand der Enden zur Mitte der Dichtblenden (16") veränderbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form der Dichtblende (16') als Funktion der Höheneinstellung veränderbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtblende (16', 16") aus mehreren, gegeneinander bewegbaren Teilen (32, 32A) gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile relativ zueinander verschiebbar bzw. verschwenkbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Teil gegenüber einer Hubvorrichtung (26) in einer ersten Führung (27, 28) und gegenüber einer ortsfesten Halterung (25) in einer zweiten Führung (29, 30) geführt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der beiden Führungen (27, 28; 29, 30) als Linearführung ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Teile der Dichtblende als Schwenkhebel (32, 32A) ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich jeder Schwenkhebel (32, 32A) annähernd von einer Tragwalze (2) zur anderen (3) erstreckt und an einem Ende eine stationäre Schwenkachse (33) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtblendenanordnung an einer Stirnwand (8) der Druckkammeranordnung befestigt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnwand (8) parallel zu den Tragwalzen (2, 3) verfahrbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtblendenanordnung (12, 12', 12") eine Nachführeinrichtung mit einem Antrieb (14) und einem Sensor (17, 17') für die Position der Wickelrolle aufweist.
