Claims (14)
- Dichtungseinrichtung (10) zur seitlichen Abdichtung wenigstens einer an eine bewegte Fläche (12) angrenzenden Überdruck- oder Unterdruckzone in einer Papiermaschine mit wenigstens einem verstellbar gelagerten Dichtelement (20), das auf seiner der bewegten Fläche (12) zugewandten Seite einen Dichtflächenabschnitt (22) und einen sich in Bewegungsrichtung (B) der bewegten Fläche (12) daran anschließenden weiteren Flächenabschnitt (24) umfasst, der zumindest während des Dichtungsbetriebs mit der bewegten Fläche (12) einen Spalt (26) bildet, wobei die beiden Flächenabschnitte (22, 24) einen solchen Verlauf besitzen und das Dichtelement (20) so verstellbar ist, dass wahlweise der Dichtflächenabschnitt (22) an die bewegte Fläche (12) angelegt oder der Spalt (26) durch eine Annäherung des weiteren Flächenabschnitts (24) an die bewegte Fläche (12) zumindest verringert wird.
- Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (20) schwenkbar gelagert ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (32) ortsfest ist und durch ein Verschwenken des Dichtelements (20) in die eine oder in die andere Richtung der Dichtflächenabschnitt (22) an die bewegte Fläche (12) anlegbar bzw. der Spalt (26) verringerbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Krümmungsradius (rE) des weiteren Flächenabschnittes (24) zumindest bereichsweise kleiner oder gleich dem Krümmungsradius (R) der bewegten Fläche (12) ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Krümmungsradius (rD) des Dichtflächenabschnitts (22) zumindest bereichsweise größer oder gleich dem Krümmungsradius (r) im Übergangsbereich zwischen dem Dichtflächenabschnitt (22) und dem weiteren Flächenabschnitt (24) ist und dass der Krümmungsradius (r) im Übergangsbereich größer als der Krümmungsradius (rE) des weiteren Flächenabschnitts (24) ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (32) variabel ist und durch ein entsprechendes Verändern der Schwenkachsenlage und ein Verschwenken des Dichtelements (20) der Dichtflächenabschnitt (22) an die bewegte Fläche (12) anlegbar bzw. der Spalt (26) verringerbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (20) an einem Halter (21) verstellbar gelagert ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (20) über wenigstens einen Druckschlauch (34, 36) verstellbar und/oder in seiner jeweiligen Lage fixierbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckschlauch (34, 36) zwischen dem Halter (21) und dem Dichtelement (20) angeordnet ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur seitlichen Abdichtung wenigstes einer an die Innen- oder Außenwand eines rotierenden Mantels (18) einer Saug- oder Blaswalze oder an ein bewegtes Band angrenzenden Druckzone (P1, P2).
- Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Verwendung zwischen einem Saug- oder Blaskasten und dem rotierenden Mantel (18) einer Saug- oder Blaswalze oder einem bewegten Band.
- Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (20) als eine sich zumindest im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Walzenlänge erstreckende Dichtleiste ausgebildet ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Längsführung (39) für die Schwenkachse (32) vorgesehen ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (32) über einen Aktuator (40) längsverstellbar ist.
