Description
- dass kein extra Kochgeschirr verwendet werden muss und sich dadurch die Menge an Abwasch reduziert;
- dass ein spezielles, für eine schnelle Garung in einem Mikrowellenofen geeignetes Kochgeschirr, wie das vorbekannte, nicht angeschafft und in der Küche Staumraum verbrauchend verfügungsbereit untergebracht werden muss;
- dass die Verpackung, insbesondere wenn diese eine Schale umfasst, auch als Tellerersatz verwendet werden kann;
- dass für die Zubereitung keine speziellen Kenntnisse erforderlich sind;
- dass die in der Verpackung enthaltenen Lebensmittel in wenigen Minuten genussfertig zubereitet werden können;
- dass die Zubereitung praktisch ganz ohne Zusätze von Fett oder zusätzlicher Flüssigkeit erfolgen kann;
- dass durch die Möglichkeit, die Lebensmittel aus ihrem frischen Zustand heraus zuzubereiten, diese im Vergleich zu solchen üblicher, vorgegarter Fertiggerichte hinsichtlich Konsistenz sowie Nährstoffgehalt eine höhere Qualtität aufweisen;
- dass z.B. bei Fehlen einer Mikrowelle das Garen oder Regenerieren auch in einem Backofen oder in einem Wasserbad erfolgen kann, wobei selbstverständlich auch die Möglichkeit besteht, die Lebensmittel vor ihrer Zubereitung aus der Verpackung herauszunehmen und sie auf herkömmliche Weise in üblichen Koch- oder Bratgeschirren zuzubereiten.

Claims (16)
- Transport- und/oder Verkaufspackung für und mit Lebensmittel/n, welche zum Verzehr in erwärmtem Zustand bestimmt sind und in der Verpackung erhitzt werden sollen,wobei die Lebensmittel einen Wassergehalt von mindestens 30% aufweisen,wobei die Verpackung aus einem mikrowellentauglichen Kunststoffmaterial besteht,wobei die Verpackung mit einem Ventil versehen ist, welches sich bei einem bestimmten Überdruck in der Verpackung automatisch öffnet und geeignet ist, einen in der Verpackung entstehenden Überdruck zu begrenzen und/oder zu reduzieren,wobei das Ventil einen so geringen Öffnungsdruck aufweist, dass es bereits während der Verkaufs- und/oder Transportphase öffnen kann,wobei das Ventil hierbei selbsttätig wieder schliessen kann,dass der Strömungswiderstand des Ventils und die Verpackung bezüglich ihrer Stabilität so ausgelegt sind, dass während eines schnellen Erhitzens in einem Mikrowellenofen eine Dampfstausituation mit Überdruck und einer Temperatur bis 150°C erreicht werden kann,dass die den Strömungswiderstand bestimmende Öffnung des Ventils eine definierte Grösse aufweist, welche sich unter einer Belastung wie der genannten Dampfstausituation nicht vergrössert, unddass die Lebensmittel in der Verpackung überwiegend in roh-frischem Zustand enthalten sind.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine mit einer Deckelfolie versehene Schale umfasst.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckelfolie auf einen umlaufenden Rand der Schale mit einer umlaufenden Schweissnaht befestigt ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunsstoffmaterial der Schale eine Dicke im Bereich zwischen 500 µm und 1000 µm aufweist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material der Schale Polypropylen ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckelfolie ein Lamiant ist und vorzugsweise eine dünnere Lage Polyester gegen eine dickere Lage Polypropoylen kaschiert umfasst, wobei das Polyster insbesondere eine Dicke von 12 µm und das Polypropoylen insbesondere eine Dicke von 75 µm aufweist.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Beutel aus einer Kunsstofffolie mit oder ohne Standboden umfasst.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Material für den Beutel ein Laminat aus vorzugsweise 15 µm Nylon gegen 150 µm Polypropylen kaschiert verwendet ist, wobei das Polypropylen ein solches mit Gassperre ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil einen Ventilkörper aufweist, in welchem eine Membran angeordnet und unter Vorspannung gehalten ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil bereits bei einem Überdruck von kleiner 10 mb, insbesondere jedoch von kleiner 5 mb öffnet.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lebensmittel einen Wassergehalt von mindestens 40% aufweisen.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lebensmittel, insbesondere durch Verwendung einer Würzemulsion, eines Würzwürfels oder einer Kräutermischung, genussfertig vorgewürzt sind.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 -12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Verpackung unterschiedliche Lebensmittel im Rohzustand enthalten sind, welche in Wasser in gleicher Zeit nicht auf ihren optimalen Garpunkt gebracht werden können.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 -13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Lebensmittel in der Verpackung gleichzeitig rohes Fleisch, inbesondere rohes Geflügelfleisch, oder roher Fisch in Kombination mit rohem Gemüse enthalten ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lebensmittel einen Eigenanteil an Wasser enthalten, und dass darüberhinaus kein zuätzliches Wasser in der Verpackung vorhanden ist.
- Verfahren zum Garmachen wenigstens teilweise roher Lebensmittel in einem Gefäss in einem Mikrowellenofen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Gefäss eine als Verkaufs- und/oder Transportpackung ausgebildete Verpackung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 - 15 verwendet wird, wobei sich bedingt durch den Wassergehalt der Lebensmittel sowie die Konstruktion des Gefässes während des Erhitzens in dem Gefäss eine Dampfstausituation mit Überdurck ausbildet.
