Claims (12)
- Transport- und/oder Verkaufsverpackung (1;4) für und mit Lebensmittel/n (8), welche zum Verzehr in erwärmtem Zustand bestimmt sind und in der Verpackung erhitzt werden sollen, wobei die Verpackung aus einem mikrowellentauglichen Material besteht, wobei unter Einrechnung des Wassergehalts der Lebensmittel soviel Flüssigkeit in der Verpackung enthalten ist, dass die Lebensmittel in der Verpackung in einem Mikrowellenofen in einer sich dabei ausbildenden Dampfatmosphäre erhitzt werden können und wobei die Verpackung ein sich bei einem inneren Überdruck nach aussen selbsttätig öffnendes, nach einem Abfall dieses Überdrucks selbsttätig wieder schliessendes Einwegeventil (5) in einer Wand (4) umfasst, welches den in ihr beim schnellen Erhitzen in einem Mikrowellenofen entstehenden Dampfdruck begrenzt und/oder reduziert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Ventil so ausgebildet ist, dass es während der Erhitzung der Lebensmittel in der Verpackung soweit verändert wird, dass es anschliessend zumindest wärend einer ersten Abkühlphase der Lebensmittel auf eine Verzehrtemperatur nicht mehr schliessen kann.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil eine Membran aufweist und dass diese Membran durch die Einwirkung der bei der Erhitzung der Lebensmittel erreichten Temperatur und/oder durch einen dabei auftretenden Überdruck in der Verpackung deformiert wird.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deformation der Membran erst bei einer Temperatur über 50°C einsetzt.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (5) geeignet ist, den in der Verpackung während des schnellen Erhitzens in einem Mikrowellenofen pro Zeiteinheit entstehenden Dampf auf Grund seines Strömungswiderstandes nur vergleichsweise langsamer aus der Verpackung nach aussen entweichen zu lassen.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Ventil bereits bei nur geringem Überdruck von vorzugsweise kleiner 5 mb öffnet.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lebensmittel in der Verpackung wenigstens teilweise, vorzugsweise jedoch sogar überwiegend in rohem Zustand enthalten sind.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch eine mit einer Deckelfolie (4) versehene Schale (1) aus einem dünnwandigen Kunststoffmaterial gebildet wird.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lebensmittel (8) einen Wassergehalt von mindestens 30%, vorzugsweise jedoch von mindestens 40% aufweisen.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lebensmittel (8) genussfertig vorgewürzt sind.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Lebensmittel ein Fertigteig verwendet ist.
- Verfahren zum Zubereiten von Lebensmitteln (8) in einem Gefäss (1;4) in einem Mikrowellenofen, wobei sich bedingt durch den Wassergehalt der Lebensmittel sowie die Konstruktion des Gefässes während des Erhitzens in dem Gefäss eine Dampfstausituation mit Überdruck ausbildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Gefäss eine als Verkaufs- und/oder Transportpackung ausgebildete Verpackung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 -10 verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lebensmittel (14) wenigstens teilweise in rohem Zustand in der Verpackung enthalten und in der Verpackung während und durch das Erhitzen in einem Mikrowellenofen gegart werden.
