Abstract

<B>EMBALAGEM PARA ALIMENTOS E MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO DOS MESMOS<D> A embalagem de transporte e/ou venda a varejo (1, 4) descrita aqui, para e com alimento (s) (8) destinado (s) a aquecimento na embalagem (1, 4) e para consumo enquanto quente, consiste em um material adequado para uso em um forno de microondas, onde o alimento (8) na embalagem (1, 4) é, preferivelmente, pelo menos parcialmente cru e onde, levando-se em conta o teor de água do alimento (8), líquido suficiente está presente na embalagem para o alimento (8) a ser cozido em uma atmosfera de vapor que se desenvolve na embalagem quando aquecido em um forno de microondas e onde a embalagem inclui uma válvula de não-retorno de um sentido (5) em uma parede (4), esta válvula abrindo-se automaticamente para o lado externo quando há uma pressão em excesso interna, a seguir fechando-se outra vez, automaticamente, após a pressão cair, deste modo limitando e/ou reduzindo a pressão de vapor que se desenvolve na embalagem quando aquecida rapidamente em um forno de microondas. A válvula é projetada de modo que mude quando o alimento é aquecido na embalagem até o ponto em que não possa fechar-se outra vez subseq³entemente, pelo menos durante uma fase inicial de resfriamento do alimento, até uma temperatura adequada para consumo. Portanto, nenhum vácuo pode se desenvolver na embalagem enquanto ela está resfriando até a temperatura para consumo e a embalagem não pode ser submetida a nenhuma deformação negativa.
