ausgehend vom rohen Teig in einem Mikrowellenofen ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten beträgt.
Möglich sind z.B. 3 Minuten bei 700 Watt Ofenleistung, wobei die Zubereitungszeit mit der
Einfüllmenge und der Mikrowellen-Leistung natürlich variiert. Nachstehend ist eine Rezeptur
angegeben, wie sie sich für die Zubereitung eines Rührteig-Kuchens in der
erfindungsgemässen Verpackung als besonders geeignet erwiesen hat:
