Claims (16)
- Stuhl (1), insbesondere Bürostuhl, mit einer Sitzplatte (10), mit einem Sitzträger (30), der fest mit einer zentralen Stuhlsäule (31) oder mehreren Stuhlbeinen verbunden ist, und mit einer Rückenlehne (20), die an einem zunächst unter der Sitzplatte (10) nach hinten und dann nach oben verlaufenden Lehnenträger (21) angeordnet ist, der an dem Sitzträger (30) mittels eines horizontal quer verlaufenden Lehnenträger-Schwenkgelenks (23) gelagert ist, wobei die Sitzplatte (10) vorne über mindestens einen zweiarmigen, um eine horizontal quer verlaufende Schwenkachse (43) verschwenkbar am Sitzträger (30) gelagerten Schwenkhebel (40) mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Hebelarm (41, 42) gelenkig mit dem Sitzträger (30) verbunden ist, wobei die Sitzplatte (10) hinten mittels eines horizontal quer verlaufenden hinteren Sitzgelenks (13) vom Lehnenträger-Schwenkgelenk (23) nach hinten versetzt gelenkig mit dem Lehnenträger (21) verbunden ist und wobei unter der Sitzplatte (10) eine Federanordnung (50) vorgesehen ist, die auf die Sitzplatte (10) eine nach oben wirkende und auf die Rückenlehne (20) eine nach vorne wirkende Vorbelastungskraft ausübt, indem das eine Ende der Federanordnung (50) mit dem zweiten Hebelarm (42) des Hebels (40) verbunden ist und das andere Ende der Federanordnung (50) mit dem Lehnenträger (21) vom Lehnenträger-Schwenkgelenk (23) beabstandet verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der Sitzplatte (10) unterseitig mindestens ein vorderer Sitztragarm (11) und mindestens ein hinterer Sitztragarm (12) vorragen,
daß der erste Hebelarm (41) des Hebels (40) als vorderer Hebelarm nach vorne weist und mit dem unteren Ende des vorderen Sitztragarms (11) gelenkig verbunden und durch diesen bei Belastung der Sitzplatte (10) nach unten verschwenkbar ist und
daß die Sitzplatte (10) hinten über den hinteren Sitztragarm (12) mittels des Sitzgelenks (13) unmittelbar mit dem Lehnenträger (21) verbunden ist. - Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Federanordnung (50) mindestens eine Zugfeder vorgesehen ist, daß der mit dem vorderen Ende der Zugfeder (50) verbundene zweite Hebelarm (42) des Schwenkhebels (40) nach hinten weist und daß die Verbindung des hinteren Endes der Zugfeder (50) mit dem Lehnenträger (21) vom Lehnenträger-Schwenkgelenk (23) nach oben versetzt ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkhebel (40) als geradliniger oder maximal bis zu 45° abgewinkelter Hebel ausgeführt ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Federanordnung (50) mindestens eine Druckfeder vorgesehen ist, daß der mit dem vorderen Ende der Druckfeder (50) verbundene zweite Hebelarm (42) des Schwenkhebels (40) nach unten weist oder abgewinkelt ist und daß die Verbindung des hinteren Endes der Druckfeder (50) mit dem Lehnenträger (21) vom Lehnenträger-Schwenkgelenk (23) nach unten versetzt ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkhebel (40) als Winkelhebel mit um zwischen etwa 70 und 110° zueinander abgewinkelten Hebelarmen (41, 42) ausgeführt ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von der Federanordnung (50) auf die Rückenlehne (20) ausgeübte Kraft einstellbar ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungspunkt (25) des hinteren Endes der Federanordnung (50) an dem Lehnenträger (21) in seinem Abstand vom Lehnenträger-Schwenkgelenk (23) verstellbar ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere Ende der Federanordnung (50) über einen verschwenkbaren und feststellbaren Einstellhebel (25') mit dem Lehnenträger (21) verbunden ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Federanordnung (50) mindestens eine Schrauben-, Schenkel-, Drehstab-, Gasdruck-, Gummi- oder Elastomer-Feder vorgesehen ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der um das Lehnenträger-Schwenkgelenk (23) verschwenkbare Lehnenträger (21) in stufenlosen oder abgestuften Verschwenkungs-Stellungen arretierbar ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein um eine horizontale Schwenkachse (63) verschwenkbarer einarmiger Sperrhebel (60) an dem Lehnenträger (21) im vertikalen Abstand vom Lehnenträger-Schwenkgelenk (23) angelenkt ist, der sich im wesentlichen in Horizontalrichtung zum Sitzträger (30) hin erstreckt und der in einer ersten, selbsttätig eingenommenen Freigabe-Stellung in seiner Längsrichtung relativ zum Sitzträger (30) frei verschieblich ist und der in einer zweiten, durch Verstellen eines Betätigungselementes (62) eingenommenen Sperrstellung in arretierenden Eingriff mit mindestens einem am Sitzträger (30) angeordneten Sperrelement (36) tritt, das eine Verschiebung des Sperrhebels (60) relativ zum Sitzträger (30) unterbindet.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrelement (36) mindestens ein Bolzen ist, der durch ein Langloch (66) im Sperrhebel (60) verläuft, wobei das Langloch (66) mindestens eine nach unten verlaufende Eintiefung (66') zur sperrenden Aufnahme des Bolzens aufweist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrelement (36) durch mehrere vorragende, parallel zueinander auf einem Radius um die Schwenkachse (63) des Sperrhebels (60) verlaufende Zähne gebildet ist, die mit gegengleichen Zähnen, die am Sperrhebel (60) angebracht sind, in und außer Eingriff bringbar sind.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine die Federanordnung (50) bildende Gasdruck-Feder in stufenlosen oder abgestuften Stellungen feststellbar ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere Sitzgelenk (13) in seiner Position relativ zum Lehnenträger (21) in dessen Längsrichtung verstellbar und festlegbar ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei vordere und zwei hintere Sitztragarme (11, 12), zwei Lehnenträger (21) und zwei Federn (50) in zur Stuhl-Längsmittelebene spiegelsymmetrischer Anordnung vorgesehen sind.
