Pressengestell,
einem im Pressengestell fest angeordneten Pressentisch,
vertikal beweglichen Pressplatten oberhalb und unterhalb des Pressentisches,
Zylinder/Kolbenanordnungen für die Verstellbewegung der Pressplatten und
mechanischer Gleichlaufeinrichtung für die Vertikalführung der beweglichen Pressplatten,
wobei oberhalb und unterhalb des Pressentisches jeweils eine Gruppe aus mehreren Zylinder/Kolbenanordnungen am Pressengestell oder am Pressentisch maschinenfest abgestützt und an eine Pressplatte angeschlossen ist, wobei oberhalb und/oder unterhalb des festen Pressentisches eine Pressplattenanordnungen aus mindestens zwei beweglichen, übereinander angeordneten Pressplatten vorgesehen ist, wobei der feste Pressentisch mit der benachbarten Pressplatte eine erste Presskammer begrenzt, die beiden beweglichen Pressplatten eine zweite Presskammer bilden und das Öffnen und Schließen der Presskammern der Pressplattenanordnung im Wechsel erfolgt, wobei die beweglichen Pressplatten der Pressplattenanordnung durch eine Gruppe aus mehreren parallel geschalteten Zylinder/Kolbenanordnungen miteinander verbunden sind. Der Pressentisch sowie die Pressplatten können beheizbar ausgeführt sein. Innerhalb der Presskammern können femer etagenbildende Einlagen angeordnet sein, die vorzugsweise beheizt und mit Förderbändern versehen sind.

Claims (6)
- Mehrkammerpresse, insbesondere zum Heißverpressen von plattenförmigen Werkstücken aus Holz oder Holzwerkstoff mit beleimten Folien, Furnierschichten und dergleichen, mit
Pressengestell,
einem im Pressengestell fest angeordneten Pressentisch,
vertikal beweglichen Pressplatten oberhalb und unterhalb des Pressentisches,
Zylinder/Kolbenanordnungen für die Verstellbewegung der Pressplatten und
mechanischer Gleichlaufeinrichtung für die Vertikalführung der beweglichen Pressplatten,
wobei oberhalb und unterhalb des Pressentisches jeweils eine Gruppe aus mehreren Zylinder/Kolbenanordnungen am Pressengestell oder am Pressentisch maschinenfest abgestützt und an eine Pressplatte angeschlossen ist,
wobei oberhalb und/oder unterhalb des festen Pressentisches eine Pressplattenanordnung (6) aus mindestens zwei beweglichen, übereinander angeordneten Pressenplatten (3, 3') vorgesehen ist, wobei der feste Pressentisch (2) mit der benachbarten Pressplatte (3') eine erste Presskammer (7a) begrenzt, die beiden beweglichen Pressplatten (3, 3') eine zweite Presskammer (7b) bilden und das Öffnen und Schließen der Presskammern (7a, 7b) der Pressplattenanordnung (6) im Wechsel erfolgt,
wobei die beweglichen Pressplatten (3, 3') der Pressplattenanordnung (6) durch eine Gruppe aus mehreren parallel geschalteten Zylinder/Kolbenanordnungen (4') miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleichlaufeinrichtung (5) für die Vertikalführung der Pressplattenanordnung (6) nur an die vom festen Pressentisch (2) abgewandte äußere Pressplatte (3) angeschlossen ist und
dass die Gleichlaufeinrichtung (5) Zahnräder (8) aufweist, die mit Abstand voneinander an der Außenseite der äußeren Pressplatte (3, 3') gelagert sind, durch Wellen (9, 10) starr gekoppelt sind und auf vertikalen Führungszahnstangen (11) abrollen. - Mehrkammerpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnräder (8) an den Enden von zwei parallelen, an der Außenseite der äußeren Pressplatte (3, 3") gelagerten Ritzelwellen (9) gelagert sind, wobei die Ritzelwellen (9) über Kegelradanordnungen (12) und eine Kupplungswelle (10) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Mehrkammerpresse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleichlaufeinrichtung (5) Wellenlager (15) mit einem geteilten Stehlagergehäuse (16a, 16b) aufweisen, wobei eine untere Gehäusehälfte (16a) des Stehlagergehäuses an der Pressplatte (3, 3") befestigt ist und die obere Gehäusehälfte (16b) des Stehlagergehäuses gegen eine vorgespannte Federanordnung (17) vertikal beweglich an der unteren Gehäusehälfte (16a) abgestützt ist, und dass an die obere Gehäusehälfte (16b) eine Schalteinrichtung (18) angeschlossen ist, die bei einer Vertikalbewegung der oberen Gehäusehälfte (16b) ein Stoppsignal für den sofortigen Stopp der Pressplatten-Stellbewegung abgibt.
- Mehrkammerpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleichlaufeinrichtung (5) Führungsrollen (13) aufweist, die unter einem rechten Winkel zu den Zahnrädern (8) ausgerichtet sind und auf ebenen Führungsbahnen (14) abrollen.
- Mehrkammerpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pressengestell (1) Standsäulen (22) aufweist, die an den Längsseiten des Pressentisches (2) angeordnet und mit diesem verschraubt oder verschweißt sind, und dass die maschinenfest abgestützten Zylinder/Kolbenanordnungen (4) einerseits an eine Standsäule (22) und andererseits an die zugeordnete Pressplatte (3, 3") angeschlossen sind.
- Mehrkammerpresse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberhalb und unterhalb des festen Pressentisches (2) angeordneten, maschinenfest abgestützten Zylinder/Kolbenanordnungen (4) jeweils auf die Pressplatte (3, 3") arbeiten, die dem festen Pressentisch (2) benachbart ist.
