Description
Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Naßbehandlung einer textilen Warenbahn (10),
bei welchem die Warenbahn (10) naßbehandelt wird,
bei welchem die Warenbahn (10) nach der ersten Naßbehandlung gleichmäßig entfeuchtet wird,
bei welchem die Warenbahn (10) ein zweites Mal in einen geringen, ständig nachgefüllten Flottenvolumen mit hoher Auftragsmenge naßbehandelt wird,
bei welchem die Warenbahn (10) nach der zweiten Naßbehandlung verweilen gelassen wird
und bei welchem die Warenbahn (10) anschließend aufgekault wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragsmenge der Flotte der zweiten Naßbehandlung in einem separaten Schritt in die Warenbahn (10) penetriert (d.h. in deren Inneres hineingedrückt oder hineingezogen wird) wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der zweiten Naßbehandlung eine Flottenmenge von mehr als 100%, bezogen auf das Flächengewicht der trockenen Warenbahn (10) aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auftrag im Additionsverfahren ohne wesentlichen Flottenaustausch erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die separate Penetrierung durch Saugen geschieht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Verweilen die Warenbahn (10) über eine Verweilzone (20) mit einer Rollenanordnung (27,28,29) geführt wird, und zwar derart, daß die beim Umrunden der Rollen (29) ausgeübte Fliehkraft die in oder auf der Warenbahn (10) vorhandene Flotte das eine Mal in Richtung der einen Warenbahnoberfläche, das andere Mal in Richtung der anderen Warenbahnoberfläche treibt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 für die KKV-Bleiche.
- Anlage zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6
mit einem ersten Aggregat zur Naßbehandlung der Warenbahn,
mit einer dem ersten Aggregat zur Naßbehandlung der Warenbahn (10) nachgeschalteten Vorrichtung (1) zur gleichmäßigen Entfeuchtung der naßbehandelten Warenbahn (10),
mit einem zweiten, ein geringes Flottenvolumen aufweisenden Aggregat (3) zum Naßbehandeln der Warenbahn (10) mit Behandlungsflotte (5),
mit einer dem zweiten Aggregat (3) zur Naßbehandlung der Warenbahn (10) nachgeschalteten Verweilzone (20)
und mit einer der Verweilzone (20) nachgeschalteten Vorrichtung (30) zum Aufkaulen der Warenbahn (10),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem zweiten Aggregat zur Naßbehandlung der Warenbahn (10) und der Verweitzone (20) ein Penetrierungsaggregat (d.h. ein Aggregat, in welchem die Flotte in das Innere der Warenbahn (10) hineingedrückt oder hineingezogen wird) vorgesehen ist. - Anlage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Penetrierungsaggregat eine Saugvorrichtung (9) zum Hindurchsaugen von Luft durch die getränkte Warenbahn (10) umfaßt.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verweilen in einer turmartigen Verweilzone (20) erfolgt, in der zwei Gruppen (27,28) von vertikal übereinander angeordneten Umlenkrollen (29) vorgesehen sind,
daß der vertikale Abstand (d) zweier Umlenkrollen (29,29) einer Gruppe (27,28) voneinander kleiner als der Durchmesser (D) der Umlenkrollen (29) ist und die Achse einer Umlenkrolle (29) einer Gruppe in der Höhe etwa in der Mitte zwischen den Achsen der nächst benachbarten Umlenkrollen (29m29) der anderen Gruppe angeordnet ist,
und daß die Warenbahn (10) zwischen den Umlenkrollen (29) zickzackförmig in im wesentlichen horizontalen Schleifen (40) geführt ist, deren gerade Schleifenabschnitte (10") ein leichtes Gefälle in Laufrichtung der Warenbahn (10) aufweisen.
