Die Verweilstrecke umfaßt zwei Gruppen 27,28 von untereinander gleichen, einander parallelen, horizontalen, vertikal übereinander angeordneten Umlenkrollen 29, über die die Warenbahn 10 im Zickzack in im wesentlichen horizontalen Schleifen 40 von unten nach oben geführt ist. Unmittelbar übereinander gelegene Umlenkrollen 29 bilden keinen Quetschspalt, sondern lassen die Warenbahn 10 quetschfrei hindurch. Der vertikale Abstand d (Fig. 2) zweier vertikal übereinander angeordneter Umlenkrollen 29 ist kleiner als der Durchmesser D einer Umlenkrolle. Außerdem sind die Achsen der Umlenkrollen 29 in einer Gruppe, z.B. 28, in der Höhe mittig zu den Achsen der Umlenkrollen 29 der jeweils anderen Gruppe, z.B. 27, angeordnet. Dadurch ergibt sich die in Fig. 2 dargestellte Warenbahnführung bei der die geraden Warenbahnabschnitte 10" zwischen den Umlenkrollen 29 ein leichtes Gefälle aufweisen, welches in Fig. 2 durch den Winkel 31 angedeutet ist, der in dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel 7° beträgt und etwa 5° bis 10° betragen kann. Vor den Umlenkrollen 29, auf die die Warenbahnabschnitte 10" zulaufen, bilden sich kleine Wülste 32 an Behandlungsflotte (Fig. 2), die beim Umlauf um die dortige Umlenkrolle 29 in die Warenbahn 10 hineingedrückt werden, wodurch eine Penetrierung der ganzen Warenbahn 10 mit der in dem Aggregat 3 außen angetragenen Behandlungsflotte 5 stattfindet. Diese Penetrierung wird dadurch gefördert, daß die Zentrifugalkraft an den Umlenkrollen 29 die Bleichflotte bei der Gruppe 27 in der entgegengesetzten Richtung, senkrecht zur Fläche der Warenbahn 10 gesehen, durch diese zu treiben sucht wie bei der Gruppe 28, so daß also die Bleichflotte beim Passieren der turmartigen Verweilzone 20 in der Warenbahn 10 hin- und herverlagert wird, so daß es zu einer wirkungsvollen Umströmung der Fasern der Warenbahn 10 mit Bleichflotte kommt.After leaving the horizontal route 10 'happens the web 10 a tower-like dwell 20, into which the web 10 enters from below.     1. Process for continuous wet treatment of a textile fabric web (10)
      wherein the fabric web (10) is wet treated,
      the fabric web (10) is uniformly demoistened after the first wet treatment,
      the fabric web (10) is wet treated a second time in a low, continually replenished liquor volume using a high application quantity,
      the fabric web (10) is dwelled after the second wet treatment
      and the fabric web (10) is subsequently batched up,
