Description
The invention relates to a method of the preamble of Claim 1 corresponding type and an investment according to the preamble of claim 7.
Es versteht sich, daß derartige einen "Wassersack" aufweisende Kaulen beim Abwickeln Probleme machen, denen man in manchen Fällen auf aufwendige Weise durch ständiges Drehen der Kaule während der Verweilzeit zu begegnen versucht hat.DE 195 27 110 C1 shows a system that a jigger with two winding rollers, between the two plunge pools Contents are switched on, through which the web when wrapping or runs through when chewing. Such jiggers are mostly used for dyeing textile webs. The order quantity of fleet is due to the fleet carrying capacity of Goods web limited. A generic method and such a system go out of the WO 96/05349. In WO 96/05349 a small finishing plant is in the kind of an extended jigger, in which all aggregates in a vapor-tight housing are arranged. This is also done here Squeezing after a first wet treatment, another wet treatment with a high order volume. and linger before chewing. However, the small finishing plant is under the aspect of Steam atmosphere and lacks in particular the important step of Penetration before lingering.
The invention has for its object a method of Preamble of claim 1 underlying type and a corresponding System to further develop that the penetration of the web is improved by the fleet and the formation of water bags is avoided.
This task is procedurally by the in claim 1 reproduced invention solved.
After the first wet treatment, the web becomes even dehumidified, e.g. by passing through a crushing machine. The web is a residual moisture of 60% to 80%, for example and is then ready to accept further fleets, which is used in a large amount by soaking in a container relatively small fleet volume happens, so that a pure addition without significant fleet exchange.
The strongly with fleet, especially with externally adhering fleet loaded web is now in a separate step, not just through just allowing it to act on a certain length of the web, one Penetrated by the fleet from the outside areas of the Material web is pressed or pulled inside.
In the dwell phase before chewing, the fleet finds the opportunity to be distributed in the web so that when it is subsequently chewed up the tendency to run off the surface of the web and to accumulate lower area of the lobe is significantly reduced.
In the preferred embodiment of the method, the second wet treatment a liquor amount of more than 100%, based on the weight per unit area of the dry web (Claim 2), so that a total of a fleet of more than 160% or 180% have been applied to the web and despite the Fleet losses that occur penetrate the chemicals of a high Fleet quantity on the web come into effect.
Wie bereits erwähnt, soll der Auftrag bei der zweiten Naßbehandlung im Additionsverfahrens ohne wesentlichen Flottenaustauch erfolgen (Anspruch 3).As already mentioned, the order for the second wet treatment in Addition process without substantial fleet replacement (claim 3).
The penetration in the preferred embodiment is said to be through Sucking can be made (claim 4).
An important feature is the special indwelling treatment after Claim 5, through which the fleet in the web perpendicular to its surface is driven back and forth and the fibers of the web well and achieved evenly.
A particular field of application of the method according to the invention is the KKV bleach, in which cotton contains or from cotton Provide existing webs with the bleaching liquor and then on the Cheek can be left for many hours, what is special The need to avoid water bags on the hoof become obvious leaves. During the first wet treatment, the web is bleached or dilute bleaching liquor, whereupon the second wet treatment Additional bleaching liquors are added.
Erfindung wiedergegeben.In
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the invention is schematic shown.
8.1 designated as a whole in Fig. 1 is used for
Execution of a KKV bleach and is made of a cotton containing
or made of
deren oberen Scheitel steht.
stattfinden. The volume of the trough 4 is deliberately kept small.
The trough 4 encloses the
After passing the
The mixture of bleach liquor sucked off by the suction 9
and air passes through line 12 into a
Nach dem Verlassen der horizontalen Strecke 10' passiert
die Warenbahn 10 eine turmartige Verweilstrecke 20,
in die die Warenbahn 10 von unten einläuft. Die Verweilstrecke
umfaßt zwei Gruppen 27,28 von untereinander gleichen,
einander parallelen, horizontalen, vertikal übereinander
angeordneten Umlenkrollen 29, über die die Warenbahn
10 im Zickzack in im wesentlichen horizontalen Schleifen
40 von unten nach oben geführt ist. Unmittelbar übereinander
gelegene Umlenkrollen 29 bilden keinen Quetschspalt,
sondern lassen die Warenbahn 10 quetschfrei hindurch. Der
vertikale Abstand d (Fig. 2) zweier vertikal übereinander
After leaving the horizontal route 10 'happens
the web 10 a tower-
Durch die im wesentlichen horizontale Warenbahnführung
in der Verweilzone 20 werden ein Herablaufen der
Flotte an der Warenbahn 10 und Tropferscheinungen vermieden,
die sonst zu Ungleichmäßigkeiten des Behandlungsausfalls
führen könnte.Due to the essentially horizontal web guidance
in the
After leaving the

By vacuuming the
