Description
Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Erfassung von Verkehrsdaten von Fahrzeugen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Fahrzeuge jeweils mit mindestens einer dezentralen Einheit ausgerüstet sind , die mindestens eine Funktion zur Mobilkommunikation sowie eine Funktion zum Erlangen einer Zeitinformation und zur Speicherung aufweist, wobei mehreren dezentralen Einheiten mindestens eine Zentraleinheit mit Steuerungsfunktionen und Verarbeitungsfunktionen zugeordnet ist, und daß während der Fahrt mittels der dezentralen Einheit die Zellen eines zellularen Mobilkommunikationsnetzes charakterisierende Informationen und andere funk- und übertragungstechnische Informationen empfangen und ausgewertet werden und daß den Zellwechsel charakterisierende Informationen zusammen mit Zeitmarken aufgezeichnet werden.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den dezentralen Einheiten gesammelten Daten an eine Zentrale übermittelt werden, und daß diese die übermittelten Daten unter Verwendung der die Zellen charakterisierenden Informationen sowie die die Zellen betreffende Funkversorgungsinformation den geographischen Informationen über das Wegenetz zuordnet und so eine Rekonstruktion des Fahrweges des Fahrzeuges durchführt.
- Verfahren gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Zeitmarkeninformationen aus den in die Zentraleinheit übermittelten Datensätzen mit Hilfe des rekonstruierten Fahrweges zur Bestimmung von Größen, die den Verkehrsfluß auf den Fahrwegen charakterisieren, ausgewertet werden.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übermittlung der in den dezentralen Einheiten aufgezeichneten Daten zur Zentraleinheit unter Verwendung eines Mobilkommunikationssystems erfolgt.
