AL MENOS UNA UNIDAD CENTRAL, CON FUNCIONES DE CONTROL Y PROCESO, VA ASOCIADA A UNA SERIE DE UNIDADES DESCENTRALIZADAS. DURANTE EL DESPLAZAMIENTO, LA UNIDAD DESCENTRALIZADA RECIBE Y EVALUA DATOS QUE CARACTERIZAN LAS CELULAS, Y OTROS DATOS DE RADIO Y TRANSMISION.
