Abstract

本发明涉及利用移动通信系统获取交通数据的方法，此系统不仅用于传输信息，也用于确定位置。
已公开的获取交通数据的方法采用固定的获取装置。后来才公开了利用昂贵的车辆接收装置，例如借助于数字卡，获取交通数据的方法。
本发明的目的在于使车辆上装置的费用降至最小，特别是给出一种适应大量应用的廉价的解决方案。
上述任务通过权利要求1所述特征得以实现。
本发明的优点在于生产终端的费用非常低，因而产生了为大量应用来说很吸引人的结果。
下面说明本发明的一个实施例。
在利用蜂窝移动通信网的覆盖-几何学(Funkversorgungs-Geometrie)进行移动的交通数据获取时车辆上的终端需要有一个移动通信模块，然而不需要确定位置模块(像诸如全球定位系统(GPS)接收机那样)。此外还需要有一个时间测量模块和一个存储模块。
在行驶中通信模块进入移动通信网。同时还接收和判定小区识别标志和其它功能性参数。从一个小区到下一个的切换借助于小区识别标志和切换时刻而被记录。记录的信息以一定的规则传输到中心，例如可使用的是，移动通信媒体的容量以及时间和道路标准，回程道路，自从上次通知以来渡过的时间等等。
在这些由车辆所收集的信息和小区标识标志以及通信网的结构等的基础之上，在中心借助于一张地图重构出回程道路。从一系列小区切换和相应的时间标记以及关于小区空间大小的信息还可确定车辆的速度。考虑到通信网的其它特征，如相邻小区的识别标志，其信号行程时间，其信号强度，其信号质量等，可以实现精确的和可靠的行驶道路再构造。
本发明的内容不限于所说明的实施例，而且其它各项权利要求所述的特征或其任意组合均被要求作为本专利申请公开的内容。

Claims (4)

1．获取车辆交通信息的方法，其特征在于，车辆至少装配有一个分散的单元，它至少具有移动通信功能、获取时间信息的功能和存储功能，并且多个分散的单元配备一个具有控制功能和处理功能的中心单元；在行驶中借助于分散的单元接收和判定有关小区的信息和其它通信和传输技术信息；有关小区切换的信息与时间标志一起被记录。
2．如权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，在分散的单元所收集的数据被传送到中心单元，而且该中心单元利用有关小区的信息和关于小区覆盖的信息给所传送数据配置关于道路网的几何信息，并从而实现车辆行驶道路的再构造。
3．如权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于，从传送至中心单元的数据组中得到的时间标志信息被用来借助于重构的行驶道路确定行驶道路上车流的大小。
4．如权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，利用移动通信系统实现在分散单元记录的数据至中心单元的传送。
