Claims (13)
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe der Verteilerbauart zur Versorgung einer Mehrzahl von Kraftstoffeinspritzventilen einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit mindestens einen hin- und hergehend angetriebenen Pumpenkolben (17), der einen Pumpenarbeitsraum (18) begrenzt und bei jedem Förderhub unter Einspritzdruck Kraftstoff aus diesem Pumpenarbeitsraum zu einem der Kraftstoffeinspritzventile fördert, mit einer rotierend angetriebenen Verteilerwelle (11) , die über eine mit dem Pumpenarbeitsraum (18) ständig verbundene Verteileröffnung (20) am Umfang der Verteilerwelle bei ihrer Drehung beim Förderhub des Pumpenkolbens (17) eine Verbindung zwischen Pumpenarbeitsraum (18) und Kraftstoffeinspritzventil herstellt, und mit einem elektrisch gesteuerten Schaltventil (16), das zur Steuerung der Kraftstoffeinspritzung im Laufes des Förderhubes des Pumpenkolbens (17) dient und das ein eine Ventilöffnung (33) zwischen einen ersten Ventilraum (36) und einem zweiten Ventilraum (24) steuerndes Ventilglied (35) aufweist, wobei der erste Ventilraum (36) über einen Druckkanal (46) ständig mit der Verteileröffnung (20) verbunden ist und von dem zweiten Ventilraum (24) eine Verbindungsleitung (127) zu einem unter Niederdruck stehenden, mit Kraftstoff gefüllten Niederdruckaum (45) abführt, und die Füllung sowie die Entlastung des Pumpenarbeitsraumes (18) über diese Verbindungsleitung (127) erfolgt, wobei der zweite Ventilraum (24) ein sich an den Ventilsitz (34) des Ventilgliedes (35) anschließender in der Verteilerwelle (11) koaxial zur Achse der Verteilerwelle angeordneter Raum ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsleitung (127) eine Durchmesserverengung (57) aufweist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsleitung (127) so vom zweiten Ventilraum (24) abführt, daß sie mit dem ventilsitzseitigen Teil der Wand des zweiten Ventilraumes einen Winkel größer als 90°, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 135°, bildet.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zur Seite des Niederdruckbereiches (45) gelegener Übergang zwischen Durchmesserverengung (57) und dem im Durchmesser größeren Teil (58) der Verbindungsleitung (127) sich trichterförmig zum zweiten Ventilraum (24) hin verengend ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergang mit gerundeten Übergangsbereichen versehen ist
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergang zur Niederdruckseite hin gerichtet als Diffusor ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchmesserverengung (57) unmittelbar in den zweiten Ventilraum (24) mündet.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Verbindungsleitung (127) am Umfang der zweiten Ventilraumes (24) verteilt von diesem abführen.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsleitungen (127) in gleichen Winkelabständen zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Verbindungsleitungen (127) in einer Radialebene und dem vom ersten Ventilraum (36) abführenden Druckkanal (46) gegenüber liegend angeordnet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei Verbindungsleitungen (127) vorgesehen mit in einer gemeinsamen Radialebene zur Achse der Verteilerwelle (11) bzw. des zweiten Ventilraumes (24) liegenden Austrittsöffnungen im gleich großen Winkelabstand voneinander angeordnet sind.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventilglied (35) ein Sitzventil ist mit einem zum ersten Ventilraum (36) weisenden Ventilsitz (34).
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Ventilraum 824) auf der dem Ventilsitz (34) abgewandten Seite von einem mit dem Ventilschließglied (35) über einen Verbindungszapfen (56) verbundenen Ausgleichskolben (43) begrenzt wird, der anderseits an einen druckentlasteten Raum (23)angrenzt.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventilglied (35) von einer Druckfeder (44) in Öffnungsrichtung beaufschlagt wird, wobei die Druckfeder auf der dem zweiten Ventilraum (24) abgewandten Seite des Ausgleichskolbens (43) angreift.
