Claims (24)
- Gestanztes Strickwerkzeug insbesondere für Strick- oder Wirkmaschinen mit wenigstens einem, Führungsnuten für hin- und herbeweglich geführte Strickwerkzeuge aufweisenden Träger, wobeidas Strickwerkzeug mit einem Schaft (5) ausgebildet ist der wenigstens einen Fuss (8) trägt und der einen sich über einen Teil seiner Länge erstreckenden Führungsbereich (21) aufweist, welcher bei in eine Führungsnut (2) eingesetztem Strickwerkzeug dauernd innerhalb der Führungsnut liegt, undder Schaft (5) im Wesentlichen innerhalb des Führungsbereiches (21) auf wenigstens einer Breitseite (23) zumindest eine, unter Verminderung der Schaftdicke (28) zurückgesetzte Freifläche (24, 25) aufweist, die sich in der Strickwerkzeuglängsrichtung von dem Fuss (8) zumindest bis in die Nähe einer diesem benachbarten Begrenzung des Führungsbereiches (21) erstreckt.
- Strickwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sein Schaft (5a) mehrere Füsse (8, 8a) aufweist, und dass zwischen benachbarten Füssen jeweils wenigstens eine Freifläche (33) vorhanden ist.

- Strickwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Schaft (5) die jeweilige Freifläche (24, 25, 33) durch einen Präge- oder Pressvorgang erzeugt ist.
- Strickwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Schaft (5) die jeweilige Freifläche (24, 25, 33) durch einen materialabtragenden Bearbeitungsvorgang erzeugt ist.
- Strickwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Freifläche (24, 33) auf dem Boden einer randseitig ggfs. ausgerundeten, von der Schaftoberkante (15) zur Schaftunterkante (10) durchgehenden, trogartigen Ausnehmung (26) in der jeweiligen Breitseite (23, 30) des Schaftes ausgebildet ist.
- Strickwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich wenigstens einer Freifläche (24b) an dem Schaft (5b) zumindest eine im Wesentlichen punkt- oder streifenförmige Abstützstelle (34) ausgebildet ist, an der der Schaft seine volle Schaftdicke (28) aufweist.
- Strickwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Verminderung der Schaftdicke im Bereiche einer Freifläche (24, 25, 33) oder zweier gegenüberliegender Freiflächen zwischen ca. 5% und ca. 35%, vorzugsweise ca. 25% der vollen Schaftdicke (28) beträgt.

- Strick- oder Wirkmaschine mit wenigstens einem Führungsnuten für hin- und herbeweglich geführte Strickwerkzeuge aufweisenden Träger (1), wobei die in die Führungsnuten (2) eingesetzten gestanzten Strickwerkzeuge jeweils einen Schaft (50) aufweisen, der wenigstens einen Fuß (80) trägt und der an einem Ende zu einem maschenbildenden Bereich hin gerichtet ist und wobeidie von einem Nutenboden (44) und zwei einander im Abstand gegenüberstehenden Nutenseitenwänden (42) begrenzten Führungsnuten (2) an wenigstens einer ihrer Nutenseitenwände mit zumindest einer zurückgesetzten Freifläche (241) ausgebildet sind, die sich von einer ersten Begrenzung (47) in der Nähe des dem maschenbildenden Bereich zugewandten Endes der Führungsnut (2) bis zu einer zweiten Begrenzung (48) erstreckt, die außerhalb des bei der Hin- und Herbewegung des Strickwerkzeuges von dessen Fuß (80) überstrichenen Gebietes (46) liegt, derart, dass das Strickwerkzeug an wenigstens zwei in Schaftlängsrichtung voneinander beabstandeten Stellen gegen die Nutenseitenwand abgestützt ist.
- Strick- oder Wirkmaschine nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in wenigstens einer Nutenseitenwand (42) zumindest eine zurückgesetzte Freifläche (242) ausgebildet ist, die in dem Bereich zwischen dem von dem Fuß (80) überstrichenen Gebiet und dem maschenbildenden Bereich abgewandten Ende der Führungsnut (2) sich erstreckt.
- Strick- oder Wirkmaschine nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Strickwerkzeug mehrere in Schaftlängsrichtung voneinander beabstandete Füße (80) aufweist und in wenigstens einer Nutenseitenwand (42) zumindest eine zurückgesetzte Freifläche (241) ausgebildet ist, die zwischen von benachbarten Füßen (80) überstrichenen Gebieten (46) liegt.
- Strick - oder Wirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Nutenseitenwände durch in den Träger eingesetzte Führungsstege (3) gebildet sind, in denen zumindest eine zurückgesetzte Freifläche (240, 241, 242) über die Steghöhe durchgehend ausgebildet ist.
- Strick- oder Wirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Freifläche von dem Nutenboden (44) ausgehend bis zu dem äußeren Rand der Nutenseitenwand sich erstreckt.
- Strick- oder Wirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Freifläche sich lediglich über einen Teil der Höhe der Nutenseitenwand erstreckt.
- Strick- oder Wirkmaschine nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Freifläche in der Nutenseitenwand sich bis zu einer unterhalb der Oberkante des Schaftes (50) des in die Führungsnut eingesetzten Strickwerkzeuges liegenden Höhe (49) sich erstreckt,
- Strick- oder Wirkmaschine mit wenigstens einem Führungsnuten (2) für hin- und herbeweglich geführte Strickwerkzeuge aufweisenden Träger (1), wobei in die Führungsnuten Strickwerkzeuge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17 eingesetzt sind.
