Claims (11)
- Gestanztes Strickwerkzeug für Textilmaschinen, insbesondere Strick- und Wirkmaschinen, mit einem Schaft (1), in dem wenigstens ein Freiraum ausgebildet ist, der an seinem Rand, zumindest streckenweise, von wenigstens einem Bereich (20) verminderter Schaftdicke gesäumt und der mit einem heterogenen Material (8) ausgefüllt ist, das mit dem Schaft (1) fest verbunden ist und in das der Randbereich (20) verminderter Schaftdicke ragt, wobei der Randbereich (20) verminderter Schaftdicke eine Querschnittsgestalt mit einer ausgehend von einem Bereich (21) minimaler Dicke auf der Seite des Schaftes (1), zu einem näher dem Freiraum (6) liegenden Bereich (22) maximaler Dicke ansteigenden Dickendimension aufweist.
- Gestanztes Strickwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querschnittsgestalt des Randbereiches (20) verminderter Schaftdicke zumindest angenähert trapezförmig ist.
- Gestanztes Strickwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine den Bereich (21) minimaler Dicke und den Bereich (22) maximaler Dicke enthaltende Fläche (23) des Randbereiches (20) mit der jeweils benachbarten Schaftseitenfläche einen Winkel (24) von ca. 5° - 60°, vorzugsweise von ca. 10° einschließt.
- Gestanztes Strickwerkzeug nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Randbereich (20) verminderter Schaftdicke zumindest abschnittsweise (bei 19) zahnartig profiliert ist.
- Gestanztes Strickwerkzeug nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Randbereich (20) verminderter Schaftdicke in den Schaft (1) eingeprägt ist.
- Gestanztes Strickwerkzeug nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Randbereiche (20) verminderter Schaftdicke auf beiden Schaftseiten angeordnet sind.
- Gestanztes Strickwerkzeug nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke in dem Bereich (22) maximaler Dicke zwischen ca. 40% - 95% der Schaftdicke (26) beträgt.
- Gestanztes Strickwerkzeug nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke in dem Bereich (21) minimaler Dicke zwischen ca. 20% - 80% der Schaftdicke (26) beträgt.
- Gestanztes Strickwerkzeug nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem in Gestalt eines Langloches gestalteten Freiraum Randbereiche (20) verminderter Schaftdicke an den einander gegenüberliegenden Längsseiten des Lochrandes vorgesehen sind.
- Gestanztes Strickwerkzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine der die beiden Längsseiten miteinander verbindenden Stirnseiten (bei 16, 17) des Lochrandes ohne einen Bereich (20) verminderter Schaftdicke ausgebildet ist.
- Gestanztes Strickwerkzeug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem wenigstens einen Fuß (2) tragenden Schaft (1) die dem Fuß benachbarte Stirnseite (17) des jeweiligen Langloches ohne einen Bereich (20) verminderter Schaftdicke ausgebildet ist.
