Claims (7)
- Zungennadel für Maschinen zur Herstellung von Maschenware, mit einem an einem Ende einen Nadelhaken (3) tragenden Schaft (1), der einen in Schaftlängsrichtung sich erstreckenden Zungenschlitz (13, 14, 15) enthält und mit einer in dem Zungenschlitz um eine Zungenachse schwenkbar gelagerten Nadelzunge (6), wobei der Zungenschlitz (13, 14, 15) in dem Bereich unterhalb der Zungenachse (7) einen Durchbruch zum Nadelschaftrücken (17) aufweist und beidseitig von elastisch verformbaren Schaftwangen (8) begrenzt ist, die im Bereiche der Oberkanten (12) des Zungenschlitzes vertiefte Auflagenflächen (11) für zugeordnete Anlagenflächen (10) am Zungenrücken aufweisen und der Zungenschlitz (13, 14, 15) in Teile unterschiedlicher Breite unterteilt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zungenschlitz (5) vom Nadelhaken (3) her gesehen, anschließend an einen den Durchbruch (16) enthaltenden, schmalen ersten Schlitzteil (13) einen zweiten Schlitzteil (14) größerer Breite aufweist, in dessen Bereich die Auflageflächen (11) ausgebildet sind und der tiefer als die halbe Schafthöhe sowie unterhalb der Auflagenflächen (11) am Nadelrücken (17) geschlossen ist und daß sich an den zweiten Schlitzteil (14) ein dritter Schlitzteil (15) anschließt, der schmäler als der zweite Schlitzteil (14) ist.
- Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Schlitzteil (14) mit seiner Länge das Ende der auf den Auflageflächen (11) aufliegenden geöffneten Nadelzunge (6) überragt.
- Zungennadel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagenflächen (11) im wesentlichen oberhalb des tiefsten Punktes (24) oder des tiefsten Bereiches des zweiten Schlitzteiles (14) liegen.
- Zungennadel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest der zweite Schlitzteil (14) in Schaftlängsrichtung bogenförmig gekrümmt ist.
- Zungennadel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite und/oder der dritte Schlitzteil (14; 15) in der Nähe des Durchbruches (16) durch einen im wesentlichen geraden Flächenbereich begrenzt ist, an den sich ein zur Schaftoberseite hin auslaufender gekrümmter Flächenbereich (28) anschließt.
- Zungennadel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis der Breite (19) des ersten Schlitzteils (13) zur Breite (25) des zweiten Schlitzteils (14) in dem Bereich von etwa 2:3 bis 2:5 liegt.
- Zungennadel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis der Breite (29) des zweiten Schlitzteils (14) zur Breite (25) des dritten Schlitzteils (15) in dem Bereich von etwa 7:4 bis 7:6,5 liegt.
