Description
Claims (14)
- Schienengleiche Eindeckung für Gleise, bei welcher der zwischen den beiden Schienen eines Gleises liegende Raum (4) mit paarig angeordneten befahrbaren Platten (5,6) gefüllt bzw. überbrückt ist, welche mit mindestens einer Randleiste (7) in die Laschenkammern (8) der Schienen (2,3) eingreifen und nur an den Schienen abgestützt sind und den Abstand (13) zwischen den Schienen freitragend überbrücken, wobei die beiden Platten der Plattenpaare gelenkartig zusammengefügt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (5, 6) jedes Plattenpaares an ihren einander zugekehrten Rändern (15, 16) aufeinander abgestützt sind und hierbei bei jeder Platte längs des der anderen Platte zugekehrten Randes mäanderartig abwechselnd aufeinanderfolgend Tragabschnitte (17) und Stützabschnitte (18) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Tragabschnitte durch von der Plattenoberseite (19) ausgehende und bis zum der anderen Platte zugekehrten Rand reichende Einsenkungen (20) gebildet sind und unter den Stützabschnitten (18) von der Plattenunterseite (21) ausgehende, nach oben gerichtete Einsenkungen (22) gebildet sind, welche komplementär zu den Einsenkungen der Tragabschnitte geformt sind, und die Stützabschnitte der einen Platte auf den Tragabschnitten der anderen Platte sowie die Stützabschnitte der anderen Platte auf den Tragabschnitten der einen Platte aufliegen.
- Schienengleiche Eindeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jenen Flächen (23, 24), an denen die Platten (5, 6) eines Plattenpaares aneinanderliegen, Vorsprünge (27) und komplementär zu den Vorsprüngen geformte Vertiefungen (28), in welche die Vorsprünge einrasten, zur gegenseitigen Verrastung der Platten (5, 6) vorgesehen sind.
- Schienengleiche Eindeckung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den Tragabschnitten (17) vorgesehenen Tragflächen (23) von dem der anderen Platte des Plattenpaares zugewandten Rand ausgehend von der Plattenunterseite (21) weg zuerst steil ansteigend und dann flacher werdend geformt sind.
- Schienengleiche Eindeckung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den Tragabschnitten (17) vorgesehenen Tragflächen (23) eine bombierte Form haben, welche in der eingeebneten Stellung der Platten (5, 6) des jeweiligen Plattenpaares eine gegenseitige Bewegung dieser Platten in Richtung der Plattenebene (26) hemmt.
- Schienengleiche Eindeckung nach Anspruch 2 und Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Stirnrändern (29) der Stützabschnitte (18) nach unten weisende Vorsprünge (27) und an den Tragflächen (23) der Tragabschnitte (17) zu diesen Vorsprüngen (27) komplementäre Vertiefungen (28) vorgesehen sind.
- Schienengleiche Eindeckung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bombiert geformten Tragflächen (23) entsprechend einer Verzahnung geformt sind, welche bis zur eingeebneten Stellung der Platten (5, 6) des jeweiligen Plattenpaares eine Gleitbewegung oder Abrollbewegung der einander zugekehrten Tragflächen und Stützflächen aufeinander ermöglicht und in der eingeebneten Stellung dieser Platten gegen eine Bewegung dieser Platten zueinander sperrt.
- Schienengleiche Eindeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (5, 6) an den einander zugewandten Rändern (15, 16) von der Plattenunterseite (21) ausgehend nach oben zu abgerundet geformt sind, wobei der Krümmungsradius gleich groß wie oder kleiner als der Abstand (31) zwischen diesen Rändern (15, 16) und den schienenseitigen Rändern (32) der Platten (5, 6) ist.
- Schienengleiche Eindeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Platten (5, 6) eines Plattenpaares an der Plattenunterseite (21) annähernd längs einer Geraden (30) aneinanderliegen.
- Schienengleiche Eindeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Platten (5, 6) eines Plattenpaares an der Plattenunterseite (21) mäanderartig ineinandergreifend aneinanderliegen.
- Schienengleiche Eindeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (5, 6) aus Beton oder einem betonähnlichem Verbundwerkstoff aus teilchenförmigem Zuschlag und Bindemittel gebildet sind und eine Bewehrung (33) aufweisen, welche sich über die Plattenfläche (26) erstreckt und in die Tragabschnitte (17) und in die Stützabschnitte (18) sowie in die mindestens eine Randleiste (7) eingreift.
- Schienengleiche Eindeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den an den Tragabschnitten vorgesehenen Tragflächen (23) und den an den Stützabschnitten vorgesehenen Stützflächen (24) eine elastisch und/oder stoßbremsend wirkende Einlage oder Beschichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Rechteckige befahrbare Platte für eine schienengleiche Eindeckung für Gleise nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, welche Platte an einer Randseite mit mindestens einer Randleiste (7) zum Eingriff in die Laschenkammern (8) von Schienen versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (5, 6) an der der genannten Randleiste (7) gegenüberliegenden Randseite in mäanderartiger Aufeinanderfolge Tragabschnitte (17) und Stützabschnitte (18) aufweist, wobei die Tragabschnitte durch von der Plattenoberseite (19) ausgehende und bis zum Rand reichende Einsenkungen (20) gebildet sind und unter den Stützabschnitten (18) von der Plattenunterseite (21) ausgehende, nach oben gerichtete Einsenkungen (22) gebildet sind, welche komplementär zu den Einsenkungen der Tragabschnitte geformt sind.
- Rechteckige Platte nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (5, 6) aus Beton oder einem betonähnlichem Verbundwerkstoff aus teilchenförmigem Zuschlag und Bindemittel gebildet ist.
- Rechteckige Platte nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Platte (5, 6) eine über die ganze Plattenfläche (26) sich erstreckende, in die Tragabschnitte (17) und in die Stützabschnitte (18) sowie in die mindestens eine Randleiste (7) reichende Bewehrung (33) vorgesehen ist.
