Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum einfachen und sicheren Verschließen von Grabkammern mittels Grabplatten, bestehend aus einem geometrischen Gebilde aus Streben.
Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist aus GB-A-2 263 388 bekannt.
Grabkammern bestehen im allgemeinen aus kubusförmigen Hohlräumen, in denen die Urnen mit der Asche der Verstorbenen oder Särge untergebracht sind. Diese Grabkammern werden im allgemeinen von vorne oder von oben mit Grabplatten aus Naturstein verschlossen.
In der DE-A-197 10 579 ist eine Columbarien- bzw. Urnenwand zur Aufbewahrung von Urnen auf Friedhöfen beschrieben, welche aus einem Baukörper mit Einzelkammern zum Einstellen der Urnen besteht. Die Einzelkammern sind dabei an der Vorderseite mit passenden Grabplatten aus Naturstein oder natursteinähnlichem Kunststein verschließbar.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zum Verschließen der Grabkammern mittels Grabplatten zu schaffen, mit der in einfacher und sicherer Weise ein Verschluß mittels der Grabplatten möglich ist.
Zur Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe wird eine Vorrichtung zum Verschließen von Grabkammern mittels Grabplatten gemäß Patentanspruch 1 vorgeschlagen. Mit der Vorrichtung gemäß der Erfindung wird der wesentliche Vorteil erzielt, daß die Grab- bzw. Urnenkammern von außen, ohne in der Außenfläche sichtbare Befestigungspunkte und geschützt durch ein willkürliches Öffnen, verschlossen werden können. Dabei kann das Ver- und Entriegeln mittels eines geeigneten einfachen Hilfswerkzeuges erfolgen.
Eine besondere Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist im Anspruch 2 beschrieben.
Anhand der Zeichnung soll die Vorrichtung gemäß der Erfindung an einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel näher beschrieben werden.

    • Wie sich aus den Figuren der Zeichnung ergibt, besteht die Vorrichtung gemäß der Erfindung im wesentlichen aus einem geometrischen Gebilde 1 aus Streben, vorzugsweise Flachstahlstreifen aus nichtrostendem Material. Dieses geometrische Gebilde weist eine erste und eine zweite Strebe 2 und 3 auf, die an ihren vorderen Enden mit Dornen 4 versehen sind, die in Bohrungen 5 der aus Naturstein bzw. natursteinähnlichem Kunststein bestehenden Grabplatte 6 eingreifen. Im dargestellten Beispiel kann die Grabplatte 6 an der Unterkante zwei entsprechende Bohrungen 7 aufweisen, in welche Dorne 8, die an in die Bodenfläche 9 der Grabkammern eingelassenen Winkeln 10 befestigt sind, eingreifen können.
    An den hinteren Enden der zwei Streben 2 und 3 sind jeweils eine dritte und eine vierte bzw. eine fünfte und eine sechste Strebe 11, 12 bzw. 13, 14 angeordnet, die um die jeweiligen Schwenkpunkte 15, 16 geschwenkt werden können.
    Die beiden Streben 12, 14 sind im Winkel zueinander an einem oberen Schwenkpunkt 17, der als Fixpunkt ausgebildet ist, schwenkbar angeordnet. Der Fixpunkt weist einen Dorn 18 auf, der in einer Bohrung 19 in der Grabkammerdecke 20 eingelassen ist.
    Die beiden Streben 11 und 13 sind im Bereich ihrer inneren Enden an einem weiteren Schwenkpunkt 21 schwenkbar miteinander verbunden, wobei die Strebe 11 einen Anschlag 22 aufweist, der in eine Aussparung 23 der Strebe 13 eingreift.
    In den Figuren 1 und 2 ist die Grabplatte in der verschlossenen Stellung ausgezogen dargestellt, während sie in der geöffneten Stellung gestrichelt dargestellt ist. Zum Öffnen der Grabplatte wird mittels eines flachen Werkzeuges, das am Schwenkpunkt 21 der beiden Streben 11, 13 angesetzt wird, dieser Punkt in Richtung des Pfeiles 24 nach vorne gezogen. Durch die bewegliche Anordnung der Streben 2, 3, 11, 13 und 12, 14 wird der Schwenkpunkt 21 in die Stellung 21' gebracht. Dadurch wird der Abstand der oberen Kante der Grabplatte 6 zum Fixpunkt vergrößert, und die Grabplatte kann einfach aus den Dornen 4 der Streben 2, 3 ausgeklinkt und entnommen werden. Diese Stellung ist in den Figuren 1 und 2 gestrichelt mit 6' bezeichnet.
    In umgekehrter Weise kann die Grabplatte 6 mit dem gleichen Flachwerkzeug wieder in die Verschlußstellung gebracht werden. Zu diesem Zweck wird das Flachwerkzeug am Schwenkpunkt 21' angesetzt und in Richtung des Pfeiles 25 wieder in die ausgezogen dargestellte Verschlußstellung gebracht. Die Anordnung der Grabplatte kann auch um 90° gedreht sein, so daß sie horizontal liegt. Die Grabkammdecke und der Grabkammerboden werden dann zu senkrecht verlaufenden Grabkammwänden.
    Es ist selbstverständlich möglich, die Vorrichtung gemäß der Erfindung bei den verschiedensten Ausführungsformen und Größen von vertikalen und horizontalen Grabkammern anzuwenden.

    Claims (2)

    1. Vorrichtung zum Verschließen von Grabkammern mittels Grabplatten, bestehend aus einem geometrischen Gebilde (1) aus Streben, vorzugsweise Flachstahlstreifen aus nichtrostendem Material, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den einen Enden einer ersten und zweiten Strebe (2,3) Dorne (4) zum Einsatz in stirnseitige Bohrungen (5) in der Oberkante der Grabplatte (6) vorgesehen sind und an den anderen Enden der ersten und zweiten Strebe (2, 3) mittels Nieten od. dgl. je eine dritte und eine vierte bzw. eine fünfte und eine sechste Strebe (11, 12 bzw. 13, 14) an Schwenkpunkten (15, 16) gelenkig befestigt sind, wobei die vierte und die sechste Strebe (12, 14) im Winkel zueinander an ihren Enden zur Bildung eines Winkels gelenkig verbunden sind, wobei der Verbindungspunkt (17) als Fixpunkt ausgebildet ist, der einen Dorn (18) aufweist, welcher in die Grabkammerdecke (20) eingreift, wobei die dritte und die fünfte Strebe (11, 13) im Bereich ihrer inneren Enden an einem weiteren Schwenkpunkt (21) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, derart, daß bei eingesetzter Grabplatte (6) die dritte Strebe (11) bis zu einem Anschlag (22) verläuft, der in eine Aussparung (23) in der fünften Strebe (13) eine Gerade bildend eingreift, wobei die dritte und die fünfte Strebe (11, 13) beim Vorziehen mittels eines flachen, am Gelenkpunkt (21) angreifenden Werkzeuges nach vorne ausgeklinkt werden können und dadurch der Winkel zwischen der vierten und der sechsten Strebe (12, 14) verkleinert und der Abstand der oberen Kante der Grabplatte (6) vom Fixpunkt (17) vergrößert wird.
    2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gelenkartige Verbindung am weiteren Schwenkpunkt (21) zwischen der dritten und der fünften Strebe (11, 13) durch eine Hohlniete oder Öse erfolgt, in welcher ein dünnes Hakeninstrument eingesetzt werden kann, wobei durch Zug auf dieses Instrument der weitere Schwenkpunkt (21) nach vorne in die Stellung (21') gebracht werden kann und die Grabplatte dadurch nach vorne geschwenkt und geöffnet werden kann.
