Claims (9)
- Fenêtre comportant un châssis (2) en bois et un vitrage isolant (4) fixé dans le châssis en bois et constitué d'au moins deux feuilles de verre individuelles (10, 11) unies l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un cadre d'entretoisement (12) et d'une masse d'étanchéité adhésive (13), l'une (11) des feuilles de verre individuelles débordant l'autre (10) au niveau de son bord, le vitrage isolant (4) étant inséré dans le châssis (2) en bois dans une feuillure (3) ouverte d'un côté, de telle manière que la zone marginale débordante de la feuille de verre individuelle plus grande (11) chevauche extérieurement l'aile (5) de support du profilé du châssis en bois, dans laquelle on a placé dans la zone au bord du vitrage isolant des éléments de profilé (16) comportant des renfoncements ouverts vers l'extérieur dans lesquels s'engagent des vis (23) traversant l'aile du châssis en bois, caractérisée en ce que les vis (23) sont des vis sans tête et en ce que au moins l'une des vis sans tête (23) comporte un épaulement (31) sur lequel repose une cale d'épaisseur (30) équipée d'un trou et sur laquelle repose à son tour la feuille de verre la plus petite (10).
- Fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de profilé placés dans la zone au bord du vitrage sont des profilés en U (16) qui sont situés à l'intérieur de la masse d'étanchéité adhésive (15).
- Fenêtre selon la revendication 1 et la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la vis sans tête (23) et/ou la section du profilé en U (16) sont coniques de telle sorte que, plus la profondeur de vissage de la vis sans tête (23) est grande, plus le vitrage isolant est pressé sur les bandes d'étanchéité (20, 21) placées entre les zones marginales du vitrage isolant (4) et le châssis en bois.
- Fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que des douilles taraudées (25) sont placées dans l'aile (5) du châssis (2) et en ce que les vis sans tête (23) y sont vissées.
- Fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que dans le fond de la feuillure du châssis, on a fixé des crampons élastiques (34) dont le segment d'extrémité replié (35) pénètre dans le chenal du profilé en U (16).
- Fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces périphériques de la feuille de verre individuelle plus grande (11) s'étendent au ras des surfaces périphériques de l'aile de support (5) du châssis en bois.
- Fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que des bandes d'étanchéité (20, 21) en une matière d'étanchéité élastique sont disposées entre les zones marginales des feuilles de verre (10, 11) et les surfaces opposées à celles-ci du profilé de châssis.
- Fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la feuille de verre (11) présentant les dimensions de surface plus grandes est pourvue dans sa zone marginale d'une couche en forme de cadre (26) opaque à la lumière et aux rayons ultraviolets.
- Fenêtre selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la feuille de verre (11) est faite de verre thermiquement trempé, et que la couche en forme de cadre (26) est faite d'une encre à cuire cuite au cours de la trempe thermique.
