Claims (5)
- Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine für schnellen Produktionswechsel mit mehreren Doppeldruckwerken (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102), wobei jedes Doppeldruckwerk (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102), einen Form- und einen Übertragungszylinder (15, 15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 16, 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) aufweisende Druckwerke (13, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3) enthält, deren Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) zum beidseitigen Bedrucken einer Bahn (19, 25, 34, 43, 72) im Gummi-Gummi-Prinzip gegeneinander anstellbar sind, und wobei jedes Druckwerk (13, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3) einen eigenen Elektromotor (63, 64, 69, 91, 92, 103 bis 106) aufweist und die Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) nicht in Antriebsverbindung stehen, wobei mindestens ein Doppeldruckwerk (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) abschaltbar und dessen Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) derart voneinander wegstellbar sind, daß zwischen ihnen (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) hindurch die das bzw. die weiteren Doppeldruckwerke (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) im Druckbetrieb passierende Bahn (19, 25, 34, 43, 72) führbar ist, und daß bei dem abschaltbaren Doppeldruckwerk (13, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3) jeder Form- und Übertragungszylinder (15, 15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 16, 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) von einem eigenen Elektromotor (103 bis 107) angetrieben wird oder die Form- und Übertragungszylinder (15, 15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 16, 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) eines jeden Druckwerkes (13, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3) über Stirnräder (65 bis 68, 93 bis 96) in Antriebsverbindung stehen und jeweils der Form- oder Übertragungszylinder (15, 15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 16, 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) von einem eigenen Elektromotor (63, 64, 91, 92) angetrieben wird, wobei mindestens ein Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) zur Verstellung mit seinen Zapfen (48 bis 51, 73 bis 76) in Exzenterbuchsen (54 bis 57, 54.1 bis 57.1) in den Druckwerkseitenwänden (52, 53) oder in Heben (77 bis 80) gelagert ist, die schwenkbar an den Druckwerkseitenwänden (81, 82) angeordnet sind.
- Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine für schnellen Produktionswechsel mit mehreren Doppeldruckwerken (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) wobei jedes Doppeldruckwerk (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) einen Form- und einen Übertragungszylinder (15, 15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 16, 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) aufweisende Druckwerke (13, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3) enthält, deren Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) zum beidseitigen Bedrucken einer Bahn (19, 25, 34, 43, 72) im Gummi-Gummi-Prinzip gegeneinander anstellbar sind, und wobei jedes Druckwerk (13, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3) einen eigenen Elektromotor (63, 64, 69, 91, 92, 103 bis 106) aufweist und die Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) nicht in Antriebsverbindung stehen, wobei mindestens ein Doppeldruckwerk (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) abschaltbar und dessen Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) derart voneinander wegstellbar sind, daß zwischen ihnen (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) hindurch die das bzw. die weiteren Doppeldruckwerke (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) im Druckbetrieb passierende Bahn (19, 25, 34, 43, 72) führbar ist, und daß die Übertragungszylinder (17, 18) des abschaltbaren Doppeldruckwerks (11) Gummituchhülsen (62) tragen, die durch eine freilegbare Öffnung (61) einer Druckwerkseitenwand (52) wechselbar sind, und die Formzylinder (15, 16) Druckplatten (101) tragen, die über eine Plattenwechselvorrichtung (99, 100) wechselbar sind.
- Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine für schnellen Produktionswechsel mit mehreren Doppeldruckwerken (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) wobei jedes Doppeldruckwerk (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) einen Form- und einen Übertragungszylinder (15, 15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 16, 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) aufweisende Druckwerke (13, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3) enthält, deren Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) zum beidseitigen Bedrucken einer Bahn (19, 25, 34, 43, 72) im Gummi-Gummi-Prinzip gegeneinander anstellbar sind, und wobei jedes Druckwerk (13, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3) einen eigenen Elektromotor (63, 64, 69, 91, 92, 103 bis 106) aufweist und die Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) nicht in Antriebsverbindung stehen, wobei mindestens ein Doppeldruckwerk (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) abschaltbar und dessen Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) derart voneinander wegstellbar sind, daß zwischen ihnen (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) hindurch die das bzw. die weiteren Doppeldruckwerke (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) im Druckbetrieb passierende Bahn (19, 25, 34, 43, 72) führbar ist, und daß die Übertragungszylinder (17, 18) des abschaltbaren Doppeldruckwerks (11) Gummituchhülsen (62) und die Formzylinder (15, 16) Druckformhülsen (107) tragen, die allesamt durch eine freilegbare Öffnung einer Druckwerkseitenwand (52) wechselbar sind.
- Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine für schnellen Produktionswechsel mit mehreren Doppeldruckwerken (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) wobei jedes Doppeldruckwerk (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) einen Form- und einen Übertragungszylinder (15, 15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 16, 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) aufweisende Druckwerke (13, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3) enthält, deren Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) zum beidseitigen Bedrucken einer Bahn (19, 25, 34, 43, 72) im Gummi-Gummi-Prinzip gegeneinander anstellbar sind, und wobei jedes Druckwerk (13, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3) einen eigenen Elektromotor (63, 64, 69, 91, 92, 103 bis 106) aufweist und die Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) nicht in Antriebsverbindung stehen, wobei mindestens ein Doppeldruckwerk (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) abschaltbar und dessen Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) derart voneinander wegstellbar sind, daß zwischen ihnen (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) hindurch die das bzw. die weiteren Doppeldruckwerke (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) im Druckbetrieb passierende Bahn (19, 25, 34, 43, 72) führbar ist, und daß die Übertragungszylinder (17.3, 18.3) des abschaltbaren Doppeldruckwerks (102) Gummituchhülsen (62) und die Formzylinder (15.3, 16.3) Druckformhülsen (107) tragen und daß die Form- und Übertragungszylinder (15.3 bis 18.3) fliegend in einer Druckwerkseitenwand (53) gelagert sind.
- Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine für schnellen Produktionswechsel mit mehreren Doppeldruckwerken (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) wobei jedes Doppeldruckwerk (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102), einen Form- und einen Übertragungszylinder (15, 15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 16, 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) aufweisende Druckwerke (13, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3) enthält, deren Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) zum beidseitigen Bedrucken einer Bahn (19, 25, 34, 43, 72) im Gummi-Gummi-Prinzip gegeneinander anstellbar sind, und wobei jedes Druckwerk (13, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3) einen eigenen Elektromotor (63, 64, 69, 91, 92, 103 bis 106) aufweist und die Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) nicht in Antriebsverbindung stehen, wobei mindestens ein Doppeldruckwerk (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) abschaltbar und dessen Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) derart voneinander wegstellbar sind, daß zwischen ihnen (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) hindurch die das bzw. die weiteren Doppeldruckwerke (11, 12, 20 bis 24, 26 bis 33, 35 bis 42, 70, 71, 102) im Druckbetrieb passierende Bahn (19, 25, 34, 43, 72) führbar ist, und daß bei dem abschaltbaren Doppeldruckwerk (13, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3) jeder Form- und Übertragungszylinder (15, 15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 16, 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) von einem eigenen Elektromotor (103 bis 107) angetrieben wird oder die Form- und Übertragungszylinder (15, 15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 16, 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) eines jeden Druckwerkes (13, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3) über Stirnräder (65 bis 68, 93 bis 96) in Antriebsverbindung stehen und jeweils der Form- oder Übertragungszylinder (15, 15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 16, 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) von einem eigenen Elektromotor (63, 64, 91, 92) angetrieben wird, wobei mindestens ein Übertragungszylinder (17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 18, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) zur Verstellung mit seinen Zapfen (48 bis 51, 73 bis 76) in Exzenterbuchsen (54 bis 57, 54.1 bis 57.1) in den Druckwerkseitenwänden (52, 53) oder in Hebeln (77 bis 80) gelagert ist, die schwenkbar an den Druckwerkseitenwänden (81, 82) angeordnet sind, und daß die Übertragungszylinder (17, 18) des abschaltbaren Doppeldruckwerks (11) Gummituchhülsen (62) tragen, die durch eine freilegbare Öffnung (61) einer Druckwerkseitenwand (52) wechselbar sind, und die Formzylinder (15, 16) Druckplatten (101) tragen, die über eine Plattenwechselvorrichtung (99, 100) wechselbar sind, oder die Formyzlinder (15, 16) statt Druckplatten (101) Druckformhülsen (107) tragen, die durch eine freilegbare Öffnung einer Druckwerkseitenwand (52) wechselbar sind, oder daß die Übertragungszylinder (17.3, 18.3) des abschaltbaren Doppeldruckwerks (102) Gummituchhülsen (62) und die Formzylinder (15.3, 16.3) Druckformhülsen (107) tragen und daß die Form- und Übertragungszylinder (15.3 bis 18.3) fliegend in einer Druckwerkseitenwand (53) gelagert sind.
