- in der Draufsicht eine Gesamtansicht einer Tandemgerüstgruppe, deren Einzelgerüste wegfahrbare bedienungsseitige Walzenständer aufweisen, mit einer den Walzgerüsten an der Bedienseite zugeordneten Verschiebebühne;

- in der Draufsicht ein im Teilschnitt durch die Walzenständer dargestelltes Einzelgerüst der Tandemgerüstgruppe gemäß Fig. 1;
- Fig. 3
- einen Schnitt durch das Walzgerüst entlang der Linie III-III in Fig. 2;

- als Einzelheit einen Schnitt durch das Walzgerüst entlang der Linie IV-IV in Fig. 2;
- Fig. 5
- in der Draufsicht ein auseinandergefahrenes Walzgerüst der Tandemgerüstgruppe nach Fig. 1, im Teilschnitt dargestellt; und
- Fig. 6
- das Walzgerüst gemäß Fig. 5 im Teil-Querschnitt dargestellt.
Claims (3)
- Walzstraße, insbesondere Tandemgerüstgruppe, bestehend aus drei jeweils Führungsarmaturen aufweisenden Walzgerüsten, insbesondere zwei Universalgerüsten und einem zwischen diesen angeordneten Stauchgerüst, mit einer bedienungsseitig angeordneten Verschiebebühne und zum Walzenwechsel verfahrbaren Wechselwagen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsarmaturen (20) mit den Walzensätzen (12) verbunden sind und als Einheit zuammen mit den bedienungsseitigen Walzenständern (2a, 3a, 4a) der drei Walzgerüste (2, 3, 4) aus der Walzlinie herausfahrbar sind. - Tandemgerüstgruppe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an die Walzeneinbaustücke (21) angeschraubte Führungshalter (22a, 22b; 23a, 23b) gelenkig mit den Armaturen (20) verbunden sind. - Tandemgerüstgruppe nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Armaturen (20) an jeweils einen mit gelenkigen Armaturlagerungen (26) ausgebildeten Walzbalken (24) angeschraubt sind, der als Überbrückungsglied zwischen zwei einander zugewandte Führungshalter (22a, 22b; 23a, 23b) angeordnet ist.
