Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- Abstandhalter für Mehrscheiben-Isolierverglasung, mit einem Grundkörper (5), der zwei zueinander parallel verlaufende Anlageflächen (9, 11) für die Scheiben (1, 3) und eine die beiden Anlageflächen verbindende, dem Verglasungs-Innenraum abgewandte Verklebungsfläche (19) aufweist, wobei der Grundkörper (5) aus glasfaserverstärkten Kunststoff besteht und eine Metall-Schicht (21) auf der Verklebungsfläche (19) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metall-Schicht (21) auf der ganzen Verklebungsfläche (19) aufgeklebt oder aufgedampft ist und der Anteil an kurzfaserigen Glasfasern im Kunststoff derart gewählt ist, dass der Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizient des Grundkörpers (5) demjenigen der Metall-Schicht (21) angepasst ist.
- Abstandhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metall-Schicht (21) eine Metall-Folie ist und mit einem nicht-gasenden, mit Feuchtigkeit aushärtenden Kleber mit dem Grundkörper (5) verklebt ist.
- Abstandhalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (5) einen Hohlraum (29) aufweist.
- Abstandhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verklebungsfläche (19) - im Querschnitt - im wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Abstandhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch kennzeichnet, dass die Metall-Folie aus Aluminium besteht.
- Abstandhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (5) aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff, vorzugsweise einem SAN-Kunststoff besteht.
- Abstandhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Mehrscheiben-Innenraum (7) zugewandte Wandung (31) des Grundkörpers (5) Durchbrüche (35) aufweist.
- Abstandhalter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum (29) des Grundkörpers (5) ein Trocknungsmittel (33) enthält.
- Abstandhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Scheiben (1, 3) zugewandten Kanten der Metall-Folie beabstandet zu der jeweiligen benachbarten Scheibe (1, 3) angeordnet sind.
