Claims (13)
- Trommelwaschmaschine mit einer zwischen einem unten im Laugenbehälter angeordneten Ablaufloch und einer weiter oben im Laugenbehälter angeordneten Öffnung geführten mehrteiligen Flüssigkeitsleitung, die einen Leitungsabschnitt enthält, der ausschließlich dazu dient, die im Laugenbehälter befindliche Lauge in einem Umlauf zwischen Öffnung und Ablaufloch zu halten, und der einen Feststoff-Rohrabschnitt mit einem durchsichtigen Bereich aufweist, an dessen Wandung ein auf die Trübung der Lauge ansprechender, einen optischen Sender und einen optischen Empfänger enthaltender Sensor angebaut ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leitungsabschnitt (13) einerseits an einen oberen Teil (9) einer am Ablaufloch (8) angeschlossenen Ablaufleitung (9 bis 11) und andererseits an der höher am Laugenbehälter (2) gelegnenen Öffnung (12) angeschlossen ist und der Sensor (14) in einem gabelartigen, den Rohrabschnitt (24) umgreifenden Gehäuse (17, 18, 29) eingebaut ist, das an den Kontaktflächen zum durchsichtigen Bereich (25) der äußeren Form des Rohrabschnitts (24) angepaßt ist.
- Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rohrabschnitt (24) an seiner Außenwandung eine sockelartige Verdickung (27) mit einer Montagefläche (28) hat, die vom Innenraum des Rohres (24) abgewandt ist und zur Befestigung des Sensors (14) dient.
- Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Gabelfortsatz (17) des Gehäuses (17, 18, 29) als optischen Sender eine Infrarot-LED (19) und der andere Gabelfortsatz (18) als optischen Empfänger einen Fototransistor (20) enthält, die beide innerhalb des Gehäuses (17, 18, 29) mit einer Verbindungsleiste (23) elektrisch verbunden sind.
- Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gabelfortsätze (17, 18) durch eine Brücke (29) miteinander verbunden sind, die zur Positionierung der LED (19) und des Fototransistors (20) zueinander und zur Montage des Gehäuses (17, 18, 29) an der sockelartigen Verdickung (27) dient.
- Trommelwaschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rohrabschnitt (24) mit dem oberen Teil (9) der am Ablaufloch (8) angeschlossenen Ablaufleitung (9 bis 11) flüssigkeitsdicht verbunden ist und über einen flexiblen Leitungsbogen (31) mit der Öffnung (12) im Laugenbehälter (2) Verbindung hat.
- Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leitungsbogen (31) aus einem gummiartigen Werkstoff gebildet ist und eine Falte (33) aufweist.
- Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leitungsbogen (31) aus einem gummiartigen Werkstoff und der Bogen durch mehrere Falten gebildet ist.
- Trommelwaschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rohrabschnitt (24) einen Leitungsbogen (41, 50) bildet und an der Öffnung (12) des Laugenbehälters (2) angeschlossen ist.
- Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rohrabschnitt (41) einstückiger Bestandteil des Leitungsabschnitts (13) ist.
- Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leitungsabschnitt (13) außerhalb des Rohrabschnitts (50) eine mehrgliedrige Wellung (52) aufweist.
- Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rohrabschnitt (41, 50) an seinem von der Öffnung (12) entfernten Ende mittels eines Rohres (42, 51) mit dem oberen Teil (9) der am Ablaufloch (8) angeschlossenen Ablaufleitung (9 bis 11) flüssigkeitsdicht verbunden ist.
- Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (51) ein Wellrohr ist.
- Trommelwaschmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rohrabschnitt (50) stetig gekrümmt ist.
