Claims (9)
- Transmissionsmessvorrichtung zur Erfassung des Trübungsgrades einer Lauge, die in einer mit einem Ablaufloch (1) eines Laugenbehälters einer wasserführenden Haushaltmaschine hydraulisch verbundenen Ablaufleitung (2) angeordnet ist und eine aus einem Sender und einem Empfänger bestehende, zur Erfassung des Trübungsgrades der Lauge dienende optische Sensoreinrichtung aufweist, welche an einem transparenten Messrohrabschnitt (4) angebracht ist, der eine seitlich aus der Ablaufleitung (2) ragende Öffnung für die Sensoreinrichtung aufweist und beider der Bereich der Ablaufleitung (2) sowie das Einpassstück (3) so ausgebildet sind, dass das Einpassstück (3) in einer geometrisch dafür angepassten, seitlichen Öffnung der Ablaufleitung (2) dichtend sitzt dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Messrohrabschnitt (4) unmittelbar unterhalb des Ablaufloches (1) des Laugenbehälters innerhalb eines mit dem Messrohrabschnitt verbundenen Einpassstückes (3) im Bereich der Ablaufleitung (2) angeordnet ist.
- Transmissionsmessvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einpassstück (3) zusammen mit dem Messrohrabschnitt (4) ein gegen den Bereich der Ablaufleitung (2) abdichtendes Formelement als äußere Körperwandung (11) aufweist, die beim Einsetzen in die seitliche Öffnung der Ablaufleitung (2) mit einem an der Innenwandung der Ablaufleitung (2) umlaufenden Arretieröffnung (10) einen innigen Kontakt eingeht.
- Transmissionsmessvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Ablaufleitung (2) in Richtung der abströmenden Lauge hinter dem Einpassstück (3) mit dem Meßrohrabschnitt (4) und einem in die Ablaufleitung (2) eingearbeiteten Abstandsring (8) ein Laugenrücklauf-Sperrventil (6) angeordnet ist.
- Transmissionsmessvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der transparente Messrohrabschnitt (4) der Sensoreinrichtung in einem gabelartigen, den transparenten Messrohrabschnitt (4) umgreifenden Gehäuse angeordnet ist, deren innere Kontaktflächen an die Form der Kontaktflächen der Sensoreinrichtung angepasst sind.
- Transmissionsmessvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem von zwei Gabelabschnitten des Gehäuses zumindest ein optischer Sender und in dem anderen der Gabelabschnitte zumindest ein optischer Empfänger angeordnet sind, die einander gegenüberliegen und elektrisch miteinander gekoppelt sind.
- Transmissionsmessvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der optische Sender als Infrarot-Leuchtdiode und der optische Empfänger als Fototransistor ausgebildet sind.
- Transmissionsmessvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensoreinrichtung aus mehreren parallel arbeitenden, optischen Sensorschranken besteht.
- Waschmaschine, gekennzeichnet durch eine Transmissionsmessvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
- Geschirrspülmaschine, gekennzeichnet durch eine Transmissionsmessvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
