Definitions
- the present invention relates to a support for a wall or wall formed from plates Roof area or the wall or roof area itself, the wall or Roof area in rows one behind the other or one above the other between an open and a closed position pivotable plates is formed, the one another in the closed position overlap or adjoin each other and are held in brackets, each are articulated to the common support bracket via an articulated bracket.
- Such supports or wall or roof surfaces are from the prior art, such as from DE 94 13 428 U, known, the support posts are straight, so that flat or planar roof and Wall surfaces are formed. If they are in a row on a support Brackets are hinged to a common adjustment element, which on the Support is slidably guided, it is not in the known constructions possible to design the support columns curved to curved wall or Get roof areas.
- the advantage of the present invention is in particular that it is large curved or curved wall or roof surfaces can be produced in which the Plates are enough to use little effort and less Drive devices can be opened and closed synchronously.
- Figure 1 is one of several arranged side by side in parallel Curved or curved support supports (4) according to the invention shown.
- the holding brackets which are pivotably arranged on the support supports (4) (2) glass plates (1) are added, one glass plate (1) by several parallel holding clamps (2) arranged on adjacent support supports (4) is held.
- the curvature of the support supports (4) according to the invention is such that the Curvature runs across the glass plates (1). That means the props (4) are aligned completely parallel and the glass plates (1) are flat and not curved.
- the curved supports (4) extend if the Curvature lies on a partial arc along the circumference of this Pitch arc.
- a glass plate (1) is in each case shown in the wall or roof surface shown in FIG. held by several adjacent holding clips (2).
- the retaining clips (2) hold the glass plates (1) anywhere between their side edges.
- the advantage of this is that glass plates lying side by side (1) can be joined together practically seamlessly.
- the glass plates (1) in the Figure 1 shown wall or ceiling surface overlap each other with their Long sides, with the top glass plate and the glass plate underneath overlaps so that rainwater or the like cannot penetrate inside.
- the retaining clips (2) each have an articulated bracket (3) with one end on a rear section of the retaining clip (2) and with the other end of the respective support (4) is articulated.
- a bracket (22) is also on the rear End of the bracket (2) attached, but not articulated and in the illustrated Example even formed in one piece with the retaining clip (2).
- the other end of the The bracket (22) is articulated to an adjusting element (5), which is shown in FIG is not shown.
- At the end articulated on the adjusting element (5) of the bracket (22) has one end of a support strut (30) fixed, the other end firmly connected to the retaining clip (2) between the rear and front ends is.
- the support strut (30) is also integral with the Retaining clip (2) formed. Furthermore, in the example shown between the Support strut (30) and the holding bracket (2) further struts to increase the Stability provided.
- a single retaining clip can be attached to each adjustment element (5) or several holding clips (2) can be articulated.
- the curvature of the support supports (4) is such that the Center of the radius of curvature above the glass plates (1), d. H. on the the other holding clips (2) facing away from the side.
- the curvature of the Support supports (4) and thus the entire roof or panel area can also be such that the center of curvature below the glass plates (1), d. H. on the side of the glass plates on which the retaining clips (2) are arranged.
- the centers of curvature of the support supports (4) are preferably on a common straight line that is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the illustrated Glass plates (1) runs.
- FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through part of a curved Support bracket (4a) with an adjusting element (5a) on which a single holder (2) is articulated.
- the bracket (22) and run Support strut (30) of the retaining clip (2) together in a V-shape and are in longitudinal section seen approximately in the middle by a hinge on the adjusting element (5a).
- the Adjustment element (5a) is guided on the support bracket (4a) and in its longitudinal direction slidable. In the view shown in Figure 2, the adjusting element (5a) thus shifted to the left or to the right. In the two Ends of the adjusting element (5a) pointing in the direction of displacement, d. H.
- FIG 3 is a cross section through the first shown in Figure 2 in longitudinal section Embodiment shown.
- the holding clamp (2) holds a plate (1) which, for example, as in Figure 1 shown, can be a glass plate, somewhere between their two side edges.
- the retaining clip (2) is over a bracket attached to it (22) articulated to the adjusting element (5a).
- the end of the bracket (22) engages thereby in a U-shaped profile of the adjusting element (5a) and engages around a sleeve (8) into which a bolt (7) is inserted.
- the bolt (7) is rotatable on the two Side walls of the U-shaped profile of the adjusting element (5a) attached.
- the rods (6) are connected via corresponding bolts that can be rotated in the adjusting element (5) are added, articulatedly connected to the adjusting element (5a).
- the example shown represents two parallel rods (6) each between adjacent adjustment elements (5a) slidingly guided on the support bracket forth.
- the two rods (6) are each outside of the U-shaped profile of the Adjustment element (5a) arranged, but they can also be attached to the inside be.
- the support bracket (4a) forms a T-profile on its top, which in a corresponding trained profile of the adjusting element (5a) engages.
- the retaining clip (2), the support bracket (4a) and the adjusting element (5a) are made preferably made of extruded aluminum.
- the bolts (7, 10 and 12), as well as the Articulated brackets (3) are preferably made of stainless steel.
- the bars (6) preferably consist of a VA flat profile, so that they are both pull and Can transmit pressure forces. In this way it is possible to adjust the adjustment elements (5a) to move from one end of the support (4a) in both directions.
- the adjusting elements (5a) and Support (4a) can, however, the wall or roof surfaces through it Close dead weight so that the adjustment elements (5a) are only driven in one Direction is necessary.
- the sleeve (8) shown in Figure 3 preferably consists of Plastic, e.g. Nylon, and the sliding profile (9) is preferably made of Plastic, e.g. HDPE or Teflon.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 corresponds in FIG essential to the first embodiment, however, the articulated, tensile and pressure-transmitting connection between adjacent adjustment elements (5b) each formed by a single rod (18).

- the rod (18) engages the sleeve (48) via a fastening element (14).
- the sleeve (8) can rotate freely in the bracket (22) and in the Fastening element (14) can be stored, d. H. the rod (18) and the holding clip (2) are pivotable independently of the sleeve (48), but act on it.
- the sleeve (48) can also be attached to the bracket (22), in which case the Fastening element (14) must be freely rotatable around the sleeve (48).
- the fastening element (14) can also be fixed to the sleeve (48) be attached so that the bracket (22) can be freely rotated about the sleeve (48) got to.
- two fasteners (14) are shown, each one of the fastening elements (14) belongs to one of the two rods (18), each establish the articulated connection with the adjacent adjustment elements.
