Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von (bedruckten) Banderolen (10), insbesondere Steuer-Banderolen, und zum Anbringen derselben an Packungen, vorzugsweise an einer Stirnwand (12) einer Zigarettenpackung (11), durch Klebung, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die langgestreckten, rechteckigen Banderolen (10) werden nacheinander von einer fortlaufenden Materialbahn (14) abgetrennt,b) die Banderolen (10) sind mit ihrer Längserstreckung quer zur Materialbahn (14) angeordnet, derart, daß die Breite der Materialbahn (14) der Länge einer Banderole (10) entspricht,c) die Materialbahn (14) weist Druckfelder (15) für aufeinanderfolgende Banderolen (10) auf, wobei Trennschnitte zur Bildung einer Banderole (10) zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Druckfeldern (15) der Materialbahn (14) ausgeführt werden,d) die Banderole (10) wird nach dem Abtrennen von der Materialbahn (14) auf einer bedruckungsfreien Seite mit Leim versehen,e) die Banderole (10) wird sodann der Packung (11) zugeführt und an diese angelegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Banderolen (10) nach dem Abtrennen von der Materialbahn (14) mit ihrer Längserstreckung in Förderrichtung weisend quer zur Materialbahn (14) transportiert werden, insbesondere in Richtung zur Packung bzw. einer Packungsvorrichtung (Faltrevolver), wobei während des Transports der einzelnen Banderolen (10) mit Abstand voneinander auf die druckfreie Seite derselben in Förderrichtung verlaufende Leimbilder während des Transports aufgetragen werden.
- Verfahren zum Zuführen von (bedruckten) Banderolen (10), insbesondere Steuer-Banderolen, zu einer Packung, insbesondere zu einer Zigarettenpackung (11), wobei die Banderole (10) an der Packung durch Klebung befestigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Banderolen (10), insbesondere nach dem Abtrennen derselben von einer Materialbahn (14), mit Abstand voneinander transportiert werden, und zwar mit der Längserstreckung in Förderrichtung weisend und daß während des Transports der Banderolen (10) auf der Rückseite derselben (von einer Bedruckung abgekehrte Seite) mit wenigstens einer sich in Längsrichtung der Banderole (10) erstreckenden Punktreihe (43, 44) von aufeinanderfolgenden Leimpunkten (42) versehen wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von bedruckten Banderolen (10), insbesondere Steuer-Banderolen, zu einer Packung, insbesondere einer Zigarettenpackung (11), wobei die Banderolen (10) an der Packung durch Klebung zu befestigen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die langgestreckten, insbesondere rechteckigen Banderolen (10) nacheinander durch einen Banderolenförderer (30), insbesondere einen Saugförderer, zum Beispiel ein Saugband (31), zur Packung (11) transportierbar sind, wobei im Bereich der Bewegungsbahn der Banderolen (10) auf der freien Seite derselben mindestens ein ortsfestes Leimaggregat (45) zum Auftragen von Leim auf die freie Seite der Banderolen (10) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Banderolen (10) mit ihrer Längserstreckung in Förderrichtung weisend durch ein vorzugsweise aufrecht geführtes Saugband (31) transportierbar sind, wobei die Banderolen (10) mit ihrer bedruckten Seite am Saugband (31) bzw. einem Fördertrum (32) desselben anliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch Leimdüsen (46, 47) eines Leimaggregats (45) Leimpunkte (42) auf die Banderolen (10) auftragbar sind, wobei durch je eine einzelne Leimdüse (46, 47) eine Punktreihe (43, 44) von in Längsrichtung der Banderole (10) aufeinanderfolgenden Leimpunkten (42) auftragbar ist durch taktweise Betätigung der Leimdüsen (46, 47) bei vorzugsweise kontinuierlichem Transport der Banderolen (10).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Materialbahn (14) mit einseitig aufgedruckten Druckfeldern (15) zur Bildung je einer Banderole (10) quer zum Banderolenförderer (30) einem Trennaggregat (22) zuführbar ist, in der Banderolen (10) nacheinander durch einen Trennschnitt quer zur Materialbahn (14) von dieser abtrennbar und dem Banderolenförderer (30) zuführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Banderole (10) unmittelbar nach dem Abtrennen von der vorzugsweise in einer schrägen Ebene geführten Materialbahn (14) durch den als Saugband (31) ausgebildeten Banderolenförderer (30) durch Ansaugen an den Fördertrum (32) übernehmbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der vorzugsweise vertikalen Förderstrecke der Banderolen (10) durch den Fördertrum (32) des Saugbandes (31) auf der freien Seite zwei Leimdüsen (46, 47) nebeneinander angeordnet sind, durch die zwei benachbart zu Längsrändern der Banderole (10) verlaufende Punktreihen (43, 44) aus Leimpunkten (42) auftragbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Banderolen (10) in einem Endbereich der Transportbahn, vor Übernahme durch eine Zigarettenpackung (11), durch einen an das Saugband (31) anschließenden Förderer erfaßbar sind, insbesondere durch eine ortsfeste Förderwalze (48), die zusammen mit einer Gegenwalze die Banderolen im Bereich zwischen den Punktreihen (43, 44) erfaßt und in die Endposition transportiert.
