Description

(印花的)带状贴纸的生产及贴到(香烟)盒上的方法和设备
本发明涉及(印花的)带状贴纸(具体说是印花税票)的生产以及用涂胶将它贴到纸盒,最好贴到香烟盒端面上的方法和设备。
将带状贴纸(印花税票),即常用的长方形纸条,贴到盒子上,这在烟盒生产中是个特殊问题。生产时每个盒子上都有印花税票,经常横跨香烟盒弯成U形贴到盒的端面。贴纸(印花税票)由胶水封住烟盒。贴纸的生产和传输是高生产力的包装机的一个特殊问题。
因此,本发明是与包装机相关的,特别是针对香烟包装机的,以便改进贴纸的生产、传送、涂胶、和转送到盒子上的诸环节,确保即便在快速运行时也能将贴纸可靠地传送贴纸。
为实现这一目标而采用的本发明,其要点如下:
a)长方形的带状贴纸一张接一张地从连续的卷筒纸上切下,
b)带状贴纸以其纵向尺寸横放到卷筒纸上,即卷筒纸的宽度与一张带状贴纸的长度相当,
c)卷筒纸上已经印好接连的带状贴纸的印花,在卷筒纸上相继的二印花图形中间用切刀切下一张张带状贴纸,
d)带状贴纸从卷筒纸上切下后,在无印花的一面涂上胶水,
e)随后将带状贴纸传送到盒子贴牢。
从包装机附近的连续卷筒纸上切下一张张带状贴纸,它在卷筒纸上是横放的,这样可以提高带状贴纸的生产效率。当带状贴纸运送到盒子处,在其背面涂上胶水,最好涂上两行平行的胶水小点。这种不连接的胶水也能提高工作效率。
按照本发明所述的装置结构,从卷筒纸上切下的带状贴纸采用吸力传送装置,具体说是吸力传送带来传送。该传送带将带状贴纸的印花面吸住。在带状贴纸传送路线附近有一固定不动的涂胶装置,具体说是二个相邻的胶水喷咀,它们间歇性喷洒,因而在带形贴纸连续运动时,贴纸的光面上洒上几行胶点。
本发明其它要点涉及卷筒纸加工和切割装置的控制,还涉及胶水向带状贴纸的传送和涂敷。以下借助本专利附图详细说明本发明的设备和方法步骤。附图包括:

本文所示实施例与带状贴线10的生产及其向香烟盒11的运送有关。在本实例中(尤其是图6),香烟盒是一软壳盒,带状贴纸10送往香烟盒的端面12。软壳盒的此端面12是用纸或锡纸作内包装折叠而成的信封样包装的信封盖部分。在实例中,带状贴纸10的位置控制方法是将其纵向长度横放在矩形的端面12上,折成U形后与该端面12及相邻大面积盒子壁面(前壁及后壁)粘接。为此,采用一台欧洲专利申请第605838号中的转动折叠装置那样的设备,所以,带状贴纸10沿着此设备的径向从上向下朝着本实施例的转动折叠装置送进。带状贴纸10竖放到香烟盒11上,其所在位置与香烟盒壁面12沿横向对齐。这一操作的实现借助于一吸持装置13,它将带状贴纸按欧洲专利申请EP 605838所说明的方法引到与烟盒11准确的相对位置上。
带状贴纸10,即所谓的印花税票。长度稍长的矩形贴纸10通常是纸质的,其外侧面(即成品香烟盒11)上有印花,而其反面用胶水与香烟盒11的上述表面粘结。
带状贴纸10是从连续的卷筒纸14上切下的。此卷筒纸14的宽度正好等于带状贴纸10的长度。在所有情况下,带状贴纸10依靠横向的切刀从卷筒纸14的前端切下,并沿卷筒纸14的横向拿走,在本例中是沿向下方向。
卷筒纸的外表面上有印花区15,相当于印花税票10外表面上要求的印花。卷筒纸14的反面,即带状贴纸14的背面,涂上印花标记16。它可用标记读出器17扫描,以便控制纸带14的位置和运动,并正确确定切刀位置。
带状贴纸10从包装机附近的卷轴(未示)上拉出,并通过偏转辊18进入垂直平面内,偏转辊18之后是一标记读出器17,也位于垂直的传送段附近。
以后,卷筒纸14转过90°进入水平运送方向。卷筒纸14保持在竖直平面内。一斜放的转向杆19使卷筒纸14转向,卷筒纸14滑过转向杆的圆柱形套筒表面而离开。此杆19的相对位置是可变的。为此,可将转向杆连接利调节套环20上,靠调节螺钉21作升降,即移上移下。转向杆19对准45°角。
一部分卷筒纸14沿水平方向运动,但处于垂直平面内。横向运动的切刀在任何情况下均切下一张带状贴纸10。切割装置的有一旋转的刀盘23和随它一起转动的刀片24。此刀片与一对称的固定刀片一起工作。刀盘23绕一垂直轴转动,因此切割刀片24及对称刀片25处于垂直平面内。
卷筒纸14由精确控制的输纸辊26和27送往切割装置22。这二辊也绕垂直轴转动。输纸辊27由一同步的皮带传动机构28驱动,输纸辊26则通过齿轮29随它一起转动。输纸辊26,27借助于印花标记16由标记读出器17控制,通过以下方式,即在任何情况下使切割器22的切刀切在二相邻带状贴纸10之间。
从卷筒纸14上连续地切下的带状贴纸10被带状贴纸传送带抓住但不改变它们的方位,即保持垂直的纵向尺寸不变,并一个个地分开送向转动折叠装置成香烟盒11。带形贴纸传送装置30是一吸力装置,有一根连续的吸力传动皮带31。带状贴纸10在靠近竖立的提升带32时,印花面,即印花区15便贴紧上去。
吸力皮带31上有一排抽吸孔33。在本实例中,这些孔与吸力皮带31的(想像的)纵向中心线不重合地分布在离开切割装置22一侧。提升带32在竖立的固定导板34上运动,它靠近此导板34并在其上滑动。导板34在抽吸孔33附近有一凹槽35,经过它和连通孔36及抽吸管37可与负压源连通。在提升带32附近,负压作用到吸力皮带31并在抽吸孔33处起作用。这样,带状贴纸10便吸住在吸力皮带31或提升带32的自由侧。
卷筒纸14或其水平运动部分在输纸辊26,27和吸力带31之间以锐角通过相应的屈曲被传送到吸力皮带31或提升带32上。(图4中)卷筒纸14的倾斜位置能防止卷筒纸在带状贴纸被切下之前与吸力皮带31接触。仅当带状贴纸已经与卷筒纸14分离后贴纸10才会传送到贴纸传送装置30。
带状贴纸传送装置借助于上偏转辊38装配到固定座39上,这也是刀盘23及其传动装置40的托架。带状贴纸传送装置30由一同步皮带41传动。
在带状贴纸传送装置30的贴纸10传送区内,带状贴纸10的背离提升带32的自由面上涂有胶水。其特点是,带状贴纸上涂的是胶水点42,排按(43、44)涂敷。本实施例分二排,每排有许多胶点42,为5点。胶点排43、44沿纵向分布在靠近带状贴纸10的纵向棱边处。
涂胶装置45的用途是涂胶水。该装置有二个毗邻的胶水喷咀46、47。它们以众所周知方式提供胶水。胶水喷咀46、47的固定位置互成锐角,即轴线相交的,在带状贴纸10输送过程中这二排胶点43、44作间歇式喷射,即间歇性地打开胶水喷咀46、47。在图1及图2中,涂胶平面用点划线表示。
带胶水的贴纸10由贴纸传送装置送到香烟盒11的运动路线上方或外侧位置,香烟盒11由转动折叠装置运来的(图7)。其它传送机构,即传送滚筒48,用于将带状贴纸10传送到香烟盒11迁移过来或由上述方法向前传送的端部位置(图7下方)。该传送滚筒定位在吸入传送带31中的下偏转滚筒49的对面,并共同配合。带状贴纸夹在传送滚筒48和偏转滚筒49中间并向外,即向上传送。传送滚筒48沿轴线方向装配且其尺寸做得能夹住贴纸10两排胶点43、44中间的区域。传送滚筒48上的平面50使贴纸10在到达(下部)端部位置时被松开。于是带状贴纸10可用上述方法沿横向拿走,即沿转动折叠装置的周边拿走。一斜面支承件51确定带状贴纸10的下端位置。贴纸10的下方的纵横二边缘支靠在该斜面支承件上。支承件51保证了带状贴纸10的端部有一准确位置。

Claims (10)

1.一种生产(印花的)带状贴纸(印花税票)的方法以及将它用胶水贴到盒子上,最好贴在香烟盒(11)的端面(12)上的方法,其特征如下:
a)长方形的带状贴纸(10)一张接一张地从连续的卷筒纸(14)上切下,
b)带状贴纸(10)的纵向长度横跨卷筒纸(14)布置,卷筒纸(14)的宽度相当于一张贴纸(10)的长度,
c)卷筒纸(14)上有多张贴纸(10)的印花区(15),切刀沿卷筒纸(14)上相邻印花区(15)中间切下可得到一张带状贴纸(10),
d)带状贴纸(10)无印花的表面,当从卷筒纸(14)上切下便被喷上胶水,
e)带状贴纸(10)然后即被送往盒子(11)并盖在其上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于带状贴纸(10)从卷筒纸(14)上一脱离便被传送,其纵向尺寸沿着传送方向横对着卷筒纸(14),当单张的带状贴纸(10)一张隔开一张地被传送时,其纵向尺寸横着对着卷筒纸(14),特别是指向纸盒或包装装置(转动折叠装置),在其迁移时贴纸的无印花面沿传送方向被喷上涂胶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于单张贴纸的背面(有印花面的反向)上至少有一排(43、44)断续的胶点(42)沿贴纸纵向分布。
4.在引导印花的带状贴纸(印花税票10)到纸盒(香烟盒11)的设备中,带状贴纸(10)以涂胶贴到盒子上,其特征在于长的,特别是矩形的带状贴纸(10)一张接一张地由带状贴纸传送装置(30),特别是吸力传送装置,如吸力传送带(31),输送到纸盒(11),在带状贴纸(10)的运动途径自由侧附近至少安放一固定的涂胶装置(45),以便将胶水涂到贴纸(10)的自由面上。

9.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,布置在带状贴纸(10)所经过的吸入传送带(31)的提升口(30)垂直传送通路附近有二只胶水喷咀(46,47),从中喷出二排(45,44)胶点(42)到带状贴纸(10)的靠近纵向边缘处。
