Claims (13)
- Automatische Türdichtungsvorrichtung mit einem Gehäuse, schloßseitig und/oder bänderseitig vorstehenden Auslösern, denen jeweils flach gewölbte Bandfedern zugeordnet sind, durch deren Verformung ein vom Gehäuse aufgenommenes Absenkprofil mit einem weichen Dichtungsprofil zum Absenken bzw. Anheben veranlaßt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandfedern (46, 54) jeweils endseitig gelenkig an Federlagern (44, 47, 52, 53) aus Kunststoff gehalten sind, die in einen oberen Raum (14) des Gehäuses (10) passend einschiebbar sind.
- Automatische Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß T-förmige Enden (54c) der Bandfedern gelenkig in die Federlager eingesteckt sind.
- Automatische Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem inneren elastischen Federlager (47) ein Verrastungsknopf (47b) angeformt ist, der beim Einschieben mit einem Einrastloch (10a) in der Gehäusedecke zusammenwirkt.
- Automatische Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Absenkprofil (20) und Gehäuse Geräuschdämpfungselemente (17) eingesetzt sind.
- Automatische Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der schloßseitige Auslösemechanismus aus den nachfolgend genannten Kunststoff-Formteilen zusammengesetzt iSt:ein Auslöseelement (40) mit Schräge und Innengewinde,einem Gewindebolzen (41) mit einem Kopf (42) und einer Kugel (43),einem Federlager (44) mit einer Kugelaufnahme (45)
- Automatische Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bänderseitige Auslösemechanismus aus den nachfolgend genannten Merkmalen zusammengesetzt ist:einem zylinderförmigen Auslöseelement (50) mit Innengewindeeiner Gewindestange mit angeformtem Federlager (52)
- Automatische Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den als Gleitsteine ausgebildeten Federlagern zur Erleichterung des Einschiebens Schrägflächen (52a) gebildet sind.
- Automatische Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Federlager (47) der Bereich des Verrastungsknopfes (47b) durch Rippen elastisch gemacht ist.
- Automatische Türdichtungsvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am unteren Ende des Gehäuses (10) Flansche (11) angeformt sind.
- Automatische Türdichtungsvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Gehäuse (10) seitliche Flansche (16) für eine Euro-Beschlagsnut im mittleren Bereich vorgesehen sind.
- Automatische Türdichtungsvorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Gehäusedecke eine Nut (15) gebildet ist.
- Automatische Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem weichen Dichtungsprofil (30) pfeilförmige Einsteckelemente (31) gebildet sind.
- Automatische Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei dem Dichtungsprofil (30) ein Hohlraum (33) durch eine dachförmige Profilierung (34) umschlossen ist und daß an den Dachflächen schräge Füße (35) vorstehen.
