Claims (13)
- Auftragwerk zum direkten oder indirekten Auftragen eines flüssigen oder pastösen Streichmediums (2) auf eine laufende Materialbahn (4), insbesondere aus Papier oder Karton, umfassendwenigstens eine Dosiereinrichtung mit einem als Freistrahldüse ausgebildeten Dosierspalt (8), der zwischen zwei Lippen (10, 12) gebildet ist, von denen in Strömungsrichtung des Streichmediums (2) gesehen eine (10) länger als die andere (12) ist und eine Leitfläche (14) für das Streichmedium (2) bildet, sowieeine Streichrandbegrenzungseinrichtung (16) mit wenigstens zwei Streichrandbegrenzungselementen (16), die zwischen den beiden Lippen (10, 12) angeordnet sind und den Dosierspalt (8) an dessen Seitenrändern im wesentlichen abdichtend verschließen, wobei sich bei Betrachtung eines Streichrandbegrenzungselementes (16) im Querschnitt an dessen dem Ausgang des Dosierspalts (8) zugeordneten Ende ein Wandungsabschnitt (18) anschließt, welcher sich entlang der Leitfläche (14) der längeren (10) der beiden Lippen (10, 12) im wesentlichen bis zu deren (10) freien Ende erstreckt.
- Auftragwerk zum direkten oder indirekten Auftragen eines flüssigen oder pastösen Streichmediums (2) auf eine laufende Materialbahn (4), insbesondere aus Papier oder Karton, umfassendwenigstens eine Dosiereinrichtung mit einem als Freistrahldüse ausgebildeten Dosierspalt (8), der zwischen zwei Lippen (10, 12) gebildet ist,eine Streichrandbegrenzungseinrichtung (16) mit wenigstens zwei Streichrandbegrenzungselementen (16), die zwischen den beiden Lippen (10, 12) angeordnet sind und den Dosierspalt (8) an dessen Seitenrändern im wesentlichen abdichtend verschließen, wobei sich bei Betrachtung eines Streichrandbegrenzungselementes (16) im Querschnitt an dessen dem Ausgang des Dosierspalts (8) zugeordneten Ende ein Wandungsabschnitt (18) anschließt, welcher sich über die freien Enden der beiden Lippen (10,12) hinaus erstreckt

sich das obere Ende des Wandungsabschnitts (18) in Strömungsrichtung des Streichmediums (2) gesehen über das freie Ende der längeren Lippe (10) hinaus erstreckt. - Auftragwerk nach Anspruch 1

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mindestens ein Streichrandbegrenzungselement (16) eine zu einem Mittelabschnitt des Dosierspalts (8) weisende, im wesentlichen plane Innenseitenfläche (20) besitzt. - Auftragwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mindestens ein Streichrandbegrenzungselement (16), eine zu einem Mittelabschnitt des Dosierspalts (8) weisende rinnenartige (22) Innenseitenfläche (20) besitzt. - Auftragwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die zu dem Mittelabschnitt des Dosierspalts (8) weisenden Innenseitenflächen (20) der einander gegenüberliegenden Streichrandbegrenzungselemente (16) im wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen. - Auftragwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die zu dem Mittelabschnitt des Dosierspalts (8) weisende Innenseitenfläche (20) eines Streichrandbegrenzungselementes (16) bei Betrachtung des Streichrandbegrenzungselementes (16) in einer Frontalansicht einen bogenförmigen Randverlauf (24) besitzt, so daß die Innenseitenflächen (20) der einander gegenüberliegenden Streichrandbegrenzungselemente (16) eine konvergierende Anordnung aufweisen. - Auftragwerk nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mindestens ein Streichrandbegrenzungselement (16) mit einer Aussparung (30) zur Aufnahme einer mit einer Vielzahl von definierten Durchtrittsspalten (28.2) versehenen Profilleiste (28) ausgestattet ist. - Auftragwerk nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Streichrandbegrenzungselemente (16) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt sind. - Auftragwerk nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Streichrandbegrenzungselemente (16) im wesentlichen parallel zur Längserstreckung des Dosierspaltes (8) beweglich angeordnet sind. - Auftragwerk nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Streichrandbegrenzungselemente (16) im wesentlichen parallel zur Längserstreckung des Dosierspaltes (8) schrittweise und/oder oszillierend beweglich angeordnet sind.
