Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Bildung einer Gewebekante mit zwei Dreherfäden (7a,7b) und einem Steherfaden (8), wobei für die Dreherfäden und den Steherfaden Fadenführungselemente (3a,3b bzw. 2) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Dreherfäden unter Kreuzung des Steherfadens miteinander nach jedem zweiten Schußeintrag verdrillbar sind, wobei die Fadenführungselemente für die Dreherfäden und das Fadenführungselement für den Steherfaden zur Bildung eines Faches zwischen den Dreherfäden einerseits und dem Steherfaden andererseits relativ zueinander verschwenkbar gehalten sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Fadenführungselemente (3a, 3b bzw. 2) zur Führung der Dreherfäden (7a, 7b) bzw. des Steherfadens (8) als Nadeln ausgebildet sind, wobei die beiden Nadeln (3a, 3b) für die Dreherfäden parallel und mit Abstand derart zueinander verlaufend durch eine drehbare Halterung (4) aufnehmbar sind, daß die Nadel (2) für den Steherfaden (8) zwischen den Nadeln für die Dreherfäden (3a, 3b) eintauchen kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Nadeln (3a, 3b bzw.2) zur Führung der Dreherfäden bzw. des Steherfadens hülsenförmig ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Antrieb (13, 17) für die Nadeln (2a, 3a, 3b) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Antrieb (13) einen Schwenkarm (5) für die drehbare Halterung (4) und einen Schwenkarm (6) für die Nadeln (2) des Steherfadens (8) umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schwenkarme (5, 6) durch Pleuelstangen (14, 15) verschwenkbar sind, wobei die Pleuelstangen (14, 15) mit einer angetriebenen Kurbelwelle (16) in Verbindung stehen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die drehbare Halterung (4) einen Exzenterantrieb (17) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Halterung (4) eine den Schwenkarm (5) durchragende hohle Achse (18) aufweist, die drehbar von dem Schwenkarm (5) aufnehmbar ist, wobei die Achse (18) endseitig eine Exzenterscheibe (19) aufweist, die durch eine Schubstange (20) mit einem Schwenkhebel (21) verbindbar ist, der durch eine Nockenscheibe (22) verschwenkbar betätigbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die drehbare Halterung (4) nur in Fachoffenstellung verdrehbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Exzenterantrieb (17) mit der Kurbelwelle (16) im Ubersetzungsverhältnis 1:2 in Verbindung steht.
