Claims (9)
- Treibladungsanzünder für patronierte Munition mit einem Anzündrohr (4), in dem sich eine Übertragungsladung (5) befindet, wobeia) das Anzündrohr (4) ein Anzündöffnungen (9) aufweisendes Mantelrohr (8) und ein zum Schutz der Übertragungsladung (5) gegen äußere Umgebungseinflüsse angeordnetes dünnwandiges Schutzrohr (10) aufweist, dessen Außenwand bündig an der Innenwand des Mantelrohres (8) anliegt und die Anzündöffnungen (9) verdeckt,b) das Schutzrohr (10) aus Glas, einer Oxid- oder Glaskeramik, einer Folie aus Metall oder einer Metallegierung, aus Kunststoff nach unterschiedlichen Verarbeitungsverfahren hergestellt, besteht undc) das Schutzrohr/Innenliner (10) eine Wandstärke zwischen 0,1 und 0,8 mm aufweist.
- Treibladungsanzünder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzrohr (10) zusätzlich mit einem dünnen Siliconfilm überzogen ist.
- Treibladungsanzünder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzrohr (10) vor den Anzündöffnungen (9) mit Sollbruchstellen versehen ist.
- Treibladungsanzünder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzrohr als Innenliner (10) aus einer Klebfolie aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Treibladungsanzünder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzrohr als Innenliner (10) aus einer Blasfolie aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Treibladungsanzünder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzrohr als Innenliner (10) aus zwei Kunststoffolien besteht, wobei es sich bei der ersten Folie um eine Klebfolie und bei der zweiten Folie um eine Blasfolie handelt.
- Treibladungsanzünder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzrohr (10) aus einem verzehrbaren Metall oder einer verzehrbaren Metallegierung in Folienform besteht.
- Treibladungsanzünder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzrohr (10) aus einem nach dem Rotationsgußverfahren oder durch Blasformung hergestellten Kunststoffrohr aus PP oder PE besteht, wobei die Herstellung des Schutzrohres (10) in dem Mantelrohr (8) erfolgt.
- Treibladungsanzünder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzrohr (10) eine Wandstärke, bevorzugt zwischen 0,15mm bis 0,6 mm besitzt.
