Claims (17)

  1. Betätigungsvorrichtung zum Öffnen des Schlosses (24) einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung (20) eines Kraftfahrzeuges mit einem Betätigungsgriff (22), welcher in bezug auf die zu öffnende Einrichtung um eine feste Achse (A1, 62) zwischen einer Ruhestellung und einer geöffneten Endstellung des Schlosses (24) schwenkbar angeordnet ist, und welcher mit dem Schloß der zu öffnenden Einrichtung über ein Gestänge (30) und/oder einen um eine feste Schwenkachse (A1, 62) schwenkbaren Zwischenhebel (74), an dem das Gestänge (30) befestigt ist, verbunden ist, gekennzeichnet durch einen motorisierten Mechanismus (82, 94, 120), der zur steuernden Betätigung zwischen dem Betätigungsgriff (22) und dem Zwischenhebel (74) angeordnet ist, und der geeignet ist, einen ersten als Sperrzustand bezeichneten Zustand, während dessen die Betätigung des Griffes (22) ohne Wirkung auf den Zwischenhebel (74) ist, und einen zweiten als Betriebszustand bezeichneten Zustand einzunehmen, während dessen die Betätigung des Griffes (22) eine gleichzeitige Betätigung des Zwischenhebels (74) verursacht, wobei der Mechanismus (80, 82, 94), im Falle einer Inbetriebnahme, um von seinem Sperrzustand in seinen Betriebszustand zu gelangen, die Betätigung des Zwischenhebels (74) bis zur Öffnung des Schlosses (24) bewirkt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenhebel (74) schwenkbar um die Schwenkachse (A1, 62) des Betätigungsgriffes (22) angeordnet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mechanismus eine Steuerstange (80) umfaßt, die in bezug auf den Zwischenhebel (74) längsverschiebbar in einer Richtung, welche im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Orientierung der Stange (80) und global radial in bezug auf die Schwenkachse (A1) angeordnet ist, und die mit einer Steuerkontur (92) zusammenwirkt, welche in dem Griff (22, 64) ausgebildet ist, und daß der Mechanismus ein motorisiertes Element (94, 120) umfaßt, welches die Verschiebung der Steuerstange (80) bewirkt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsgriff (22) eine Ausnehmung (92) umfaßt, die sich in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (A1) erstreckt und von einem Abschnitt der Steuerstange (80) durchquert wird, und deren innere Randkontur in einem Teilbereich die besagte Steuerkontur bildet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerkontur einen im wesentlichen geradlinigen, sich in radialer Richtung erstreckenden Abschnitt (100) und einen bogenförmigen Abschnitt (102 umfaßt, die über einen kreisförmigen Abschnitt (104) miteinander verbunden sind, dessen Mittelpunkt auf der Schwenkachse (A1) liegt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuermechanismus einen Steuernocken (94) umfaßt und daß die Steuerstange (94) verschiebbar beansprucht ist, um ständig mit der Steuerkontur (106, 108) des Steuernockens (94) zusammenzuwirken.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuernocken (94) drehbar um die Schwenkachse (A1, 62) des Betätigungsgriffes (22) angeordnet ist und unabhängig von dem Griff (22) drehbar angetrieben durch einen Betätigungsmotor antreibbar ist, um das besagte motorisierte Element (82) zu bilden.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuernocken (94) fest angeordnet ist und daß es sich bei dem besagten motorisierten Element um einen linearen Antrieb (120) handelt, der von dem Zwischenhebel getragen wird, welcher direkt auf die Steuerstange (80) einwirkt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontur des Nockens (94) einen sichelförmigen Abschnitt (106) aufweist, den die Steuerstange (80) verschiebbar beaufschlagt, derart, daß der Mechanismus von seiner Sperr- in seinen Betriebszustand übergeht.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an dem den größten Radius aufweisenden Punkt (107) des sichelförmigen Abschnittes (106) der Kontur des Nockens (94) ein Abschnitt (108) mit konstantem Radius anschließt, an dem die Steuerstange (80) entlang bewegt wird, wenn der Betätigungsgriff (22) von seiner geöffneten Endstellung in seine Ruhestellung zurückschwenkt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel umfaßt, die den Zwischenhebel (74) hinsichtlich einer Rotation blockieren, sofern der motorisierte Mechanismus sich in seinem Sperrzustand befindet.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Blockiermittel Mittel zur Blockierung des motorisierten Elementes umfassen.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsgriff (22) elastisch in seine Ruhestellung zurückbewegbar ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine elektronische Zentraleinheit (34) zur Steuerung der Befehle zur Verriegelung und zur Entsicherung der Schlösser der zu öffnenden Einrichtungen des Fahrzeuges umfaßt, die den besagten motorisierten Mechanismus (82) steuern und die ein Modul (36) zur Identifizierung eines autorisierten Benutzers (28) des Fahrzeuges umfaßt, der eine Antenne (40) enthält, welcher Signale mit einem von dem autorisierten Benutzer (28) des Fahrzeuges getragenen Transponder (44) austauscht, und der, als Antwort auf ein von der Antenne ausgesandtes Signal, automatisch ein Identifikationssignal aussendet.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antenne (40) des Identifizierungsmodules in dem Betätigungsgriff (22) integriert ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Identifizierungsmodul einen Schalter (42) umfaßt, welcher durch den Betätigungsgriff (22) betätigbar ist und der die Aktivierung der Antenne (40) einleitet, wenn der Betätigungsgriff (22) seine Ruhestellung verläßt.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentraleinheit mindestens einen Schalter (50) zur manuellen Betätigung der Verriegelung der Schlösser umfaßt.
