Claims (11)
- Kraftfahrzeugtürschloss, enthaltend: einen Gabelriegel (1), der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Zuhaltung zusammenzuwirken; eine Sperre (3), die normalerweise die Sicherung des Riegels in der Schließstellung gewährleistet und eine "entwichene" Stellung einnehmen kann, in der sie nicht mehr auf den genannten Riegel einwirkt; einen Riegelfreigabemechanismus mit einem Steuerglied (7, 10, 11), das einerseits entweder eine Aktivstellung einnehmen kann, in der es während seiner Betätigungsbewegung auf die Sperre einwirkt, um sie in die "entwichene" Stellung zu bringen, oder eine Hemmstellung, in der es während seiner Betätigungsbewegung keine Wirkung auf die Sperre ausübt, und andererseits mit Ansprechen auf die Betätigung des Türgriffs durch den Benutzer eine Betätigungsbewegung erfahren kann; und eine elektrische Vorrichtung (15 - 24), die zumindest auf ein Aktivierungssignal anspricht, indem sie das Steuerglied aus seiner Hemmstellung bis Erreichen seiner Aktivstellung verlagert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerorgan aus einer Einheit aus zwei Schwenkarmen (7, 11) besteht, die durch ein Kniegelenk (10) aneinander angelenkt sind, von denen der eine, sogenannte erste Schwenkarm (11) eine Schubfläche (11a) aufweist, die so positioniert ist, dass dann, wenn das Steuerglied in Aktivstellung ist, die Schubfläche während der Betätigungsbewegung des Steuerglieds auf einen an der Sperre (3) vorgesehenen Zapfen (25) trifft und diesen antreibt, bis sie die genannte Sperre in die entwichene Stellung gebracht hat, und dass dann, wenn das Steuerglied in Hemmstellung ist, die Schubfläche während der Betätigungsbewegung des Steuerglieds höchstens mit dem genannten Zapfen in Kontakt gelangt, so dass das Steuerglied keine Wirkung auf die Sperre hat, und von denen der andere, sogenannte zweite Schwenkarm (7) an einem Hebel (5) zum Öffnen des Türschlosses von außen angelenkt ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit Ansprechen auf die Betätigung des Türgriffs durch den Benutzer das Steuerglied in seiner Betätigungsbewegung zu verlagern, und dadurch, dass die genannte elektrische Vorrichtung einen Deaktivierungs-/Aktivierungshebel (15) aufweist, der mit dem Kniegelenk (10) zusammenwirkt, um dieses um die Anlenkung (8) zwischen dem zweiten Schwenkarm (7) und dem Hebel (5) zum Öffnen von außen herum zu verschwenken, so dass der Abstand, der den Zapfen (25) von der Sperre des Kniegelenks und somit von der Schubfläche (11a) trennt, erhöht wird, wenn das Steuerglied in die Hemmstellung verlagert wird.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deaktivierungs-/Aktivierungshebel (15) an einem Ende eine Gabel (14) aufweist, zwischen deren Schenkel die Achse des Kniegelenks (10) gleitbeweglich aufgenommen ist, um die Betätigungsbewegung des Steuerglieds sowohl in seiner Hemmstellung als auch in seiner Aktivstellung zu ermöglichen.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Öffnungsausgleichsmittel enthält, das bei Ausgabe des Aktivierungssignals im wesentlichen am Ende der Betätigungsbewegung des Steuerorgans die Sperre (3) in die entwichene Stellung bringt, wobei das Öffnungsausgleichsmittel auf folgende Art und Weise ausgeführt ist: ein Teil der Schubfläche (11a) und der angrenzende Teil der Umfangsfläche des Zapfens (25) der Sperre sind so geformt und positioniert, dass ersterer einen Abstützpunkt und letzterer einen Schwenkpunkt bildet, die dann zusammenwirken, wenn das Steuerglied sich im wesentlichen in der Endstellung der Betätigungsbewegung befindet, wobei die Verlagerung des Steuerglieds in die Aktivstellung durch den Deaktivierungs/Aktivierungshebel (15) aufgrund der Wirkung des Abstützpunktes auf den Schwenkpunkt den Zapfen (25) der Sperre mitnimmt, bis die genannte Sperre in die entwichene Stellung gebracht ist.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Vorrichtung einen Elektromotor (24) enthält, um einen Bewegungsübertragungsmechanismus (18 - 23) anzutreiben, der auf das dem mit dem Kniegelenk zusammenwirkenden Ende (14) gegenüberliegende Ende (17) des Deaktivierungs-/Aktivierungshebels (15) wirkt, wobei dieser Hebel an einer festen Achse (16) des Schlosses in einem exzentrischen Punkt der dem mit dem Kniegelenk zusammenwirkenden Ende gegenüberliegenden Seite angelenkt ist, um den Hebelarm seitens Kniegelenk zu vergrößern.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Aktivstellung die beiden Schwenkarme (7, 11) des Steuerglieds im wesentlichen in Richtung des Zapfens (25) der Sperre (3) ausgerichtet sind und der Deaktivierungs-/Aktivierungshebel (15) mit dem Kniegelenk (10) so zusammenwirkt, dass er sich bei der Betätigungsbewegung des Steuerorgans in der genannten Richtung verlagern kann.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Hemmstellung die beiden Schwenkarme (7, 11) des Steuerglieds einen stumpfen Winkel miteinander einschließen, wobei das Kniegelenk (10) seitlich zur Linie (L) versetzt ist, die durch den Zapfen (25) der Sperre (3) und die Anlenkung (8) zwischen dem zweiten Schwenkarm (7) und dem Hebel (5) zum Öffnen von außen verläuft.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Schwenkarm (11) während der Betätigungsbewegung des Steuerglieds sowohl in seiner Aktivstellung als auch in seiner Hemmstellung so geführt ist, dass er die Schubfläche (11a) im wesentlichen in Richtung des Zapfens (25) der Sperre (3) hält.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Schwenkarm (11) während der Betätigungsbewegung des Steuerglieds sowohl in seiner Aktivstellung als auch in seiner Hemmstellung so geführt ist, dass er die Schubfläche (11a) in der Ausrichtung des Zapfens (25) der Sperre und der Anlenkung (8) zwischen dem zweiten Schwenkarm (7) und dem Hebel (5) zum Öffnen von außen hält.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kniegelenk (10) ein bistabiles Gelenk mit zwei stabilen Winkelpositionen ist, die der Hemm- bzw. der Aktivstellung des Steuerglieds entsprechen.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aktivierungssignal von einer Erkennungselektronik ausgegeben wird, die nur bei vom Benutzer auf den Türgriff ausgeübter Wirkung mit Strom versorgt wird, wobei die genannte Elektronik dann einen autorisierten Benutzer durch Austausch mit einem vom Benutzer mitgeführten elektronischen Element per Funkübertragung gemäß einem geeigneten Protokoll erkennt.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stromversorgung der Erkennungselektronik über einen normalerweise offenen Mikroschalter erfolgt, dessen Schließen durch Öffnen des Türgriffs gesteuert wird, wobei dieses Steuersystem einen Stromversorgungskreis der Erkennungselektronik schließt.
