Claims (13)
- Öffnungsmechanismus für eine Kraftfahrzeugtür, an der ein elektrisch gesteuertes Schloß (16) angebracht ist, wobei die Tür (16) Organe aufweist, die dazu eingerichtet sind, einerseits eine Öffnungsfunktion sicherzustellen, durch welche die Schloßplatte, die fest mit der Fahrzeugkarosserie verbunden ist, vom Riegel des Schlosses freigesetzt wird, andererseits eine Sperrfunktion, die die genannte Öffnungsfunktion hemmt, und schließlich eine Entsperrfunktion, die elektrisch oder mechanisch den durch die vorangehende Funktion erzeugten Zustand unterdrückt, wobei die Öffnungsfunktion mechanisch oder elektrisch angesteuert werden kann, und wobei dieser Mechanismus ein bewegliches Element (5) aufweist, das vom Benutzer betätigbar ist, das genannte Element (5) bei seiner Bewegung ein elektrisches oder elektronisches Organ (12) steuert, dessen Tätigkeit die Öffnungsfunktion des Schlosses (16) auslöst, und die Bewegung des genannten beweglichen Elements (5) außerdem mechanisch eine mechanische Verbindungseinrichtung (20, 21, 22, 24, 25) steuert, die auf das Organ (17) einwirkt, das mechanisch die Öffnungsfunktion des Schlosses (16) sicherstellt und den genannten Öffnungsvorgang auslöst, wenn das bewegliche Element (5) in der Nähe des Endes seiner Bewegungsbahn ankommt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Element (5) eine Platte (6) aufweist, die eine Achse (8) aufweist, die die Schwenkbewegung der Platte (6) in bezug auf die Tür gestattet, und daß die Schwenkachse (8) der Platte (6) mechanisch mit dem Organ (17) des Schlosses (16) verbunden ist, dessen Tätigkeit die Öffnungsfunktion sicherstellt, wobei diese mechanische Verbindung mechanisch und/oder elektrisch auskuppelbar ist.
- Mechanismus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elektrische oder elektronische Organ (12) mit einem Wulst (11) zusammenwirkt, der vom beweglichen Element (5) in der Nähe seiner Schwenkachse (8) getragen ist.
- Mechanismus nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, daß das bewegliche Element (5) in einem Gehäuse (2) angeordnet ist, welches seine Schwenkachse (8) sowie das elektrische oder elektronische Organ (12) trägt, und mit seiner Frontfläche (4) an der Fahrzeugtür angebracht ist, wobei die Platte (6) in ihrer Ruhelage bündig in die Frontfläche (4) des Gehäuses (2) eingelassen ist und elastisch in diese Lage angestellt ist, der Mikrokontakt (12) durch einen Schwenkwinkel der Platine (6) betätigt wird, der gering ist, verglichen mit dem vollständigen Winkelweg der Platte (6) im Gehäuse (2), und das Gehäuse (2) ein Ergreifen von Hand gestattet, wenn sich die Platte (6) am Ende ihres Winkelweges befindet.
- Mechanismus nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mechanische Auskuppeln der Verbindung vom Rotor eines Schloß-Schließzylinders (26) gesteuert ist, der vom Gehäuse (2) getragen ist.
- Mechanismus nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elektrische Auskuppeln der Verbindung durch eine elektrische Betätigungseinrichtung (31) gesteuert ist.
- Mechanismus nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (8) der Platte (6) einen Schwenkhebel (20) antreibt, der an der Außenseite des Gehäuses (2) angebracht ist, wobei der Hebel durch eine mechanische Verbindung zum Zusammenhalt mit einem schwenkbaren Winkelstück (22) gelangt, dessen Achse (25) vom Gehäuse (2) getragen ist, wobei das genannte Winkelstück (22) eine Gabel (24) aufweist, in der ein erstes Ende eines Armes (25) angeordnet ist, der die mechanische Betätigung des Organs (17) sicherstellt, das mechanisch die Öffnungsfunktion des Schlosses (16) sicherstellt, und wobei der genannte Arm (25) in bezug auf das genannte Organ (17) so schwenken kann, daß sein erstes Ende aus der Gabel (24) des Winkelstücks (22) freikommt, um das Auskuppeln der Verbindung sicherzustellen.
- Mechanismus nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 6, soweit diese gleichzeitig herangezogen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einlaß für den Schlüssel des Schloß-Schließzylinders (26), der vom Gehäuse (2) getragen ist, an der Frontfläche (4) des genannten Gehäuses (2) liegt, wobei das Ende des Schließzylinders (26), das dem Einlaß des Schlüssels entgegengesetzt ist, durch den Rotor des Schließzylinders (26) eine Schwenkgabel (29) antreibt, deren Achse (28) vom Gehäuse (2) getragen ist, und zwischen deren beiden Zinken (30a, 30b) mit Spiel der Arm (25) angeordnet ist, der das Schloß (16) und die Gabel (24) verbindet.
- Mechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, in Kombination mit Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm (25), der das Schloß (16) und die Gabel (24) verbindet, mit Spiel durch die elektrische Betätigungseinrichtung (31) gesteuert ist, die das Auskuppeln sicherstellt.
- Mechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrische Betätigungseinrichtung (31) die Auskuppelanweisung empfängt, während das Schloß (16) eine Sperranweisung empfängt, und umgekehrt eine Einkuppelanweisung, während das Schloß (16) eine Anweisung zum Entsperren empfängt.
- Mechanismus nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung des Schlosses (16) der Betätigungseinrichtung (31) auf Entfernung durch eine Aussendung von Wellen bewirkt wird.
- Mechanismus nach Anspruch 9 und 10, soweit gleichzeitig herangezogen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlüssel (27) des Schließzylinders (26) zwei Infrarotsender trägt, und zwar den einen, um die Öffnungsfunktion des Schlosses zu steuern, und den anderen, um die Sperrung/-Entsperrung und das Auskuppeln/Einkuppeln am Schloß (16) bzw. der elektrischen Betätigungseinrichtung (31) anzusteuern.
- Mechanismus nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elektrische oder elektronische Organ, das vom beweglichen Element (5) gesteuert ist, das vom Benutzer betätigbar ist, ein Mikrokontakt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtür mit einem Mechanismus zur Öffnungssteuerung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12.
