Claims (9)

  1. Verriegelungsbeschlag für den Flügel einer Tür, Fenstertür od. dgl., vom Typ eines Verschlusses, Treibstangenverschlusses o.a. mit mindestens einer Falle (2), die federnd in die Verriegelungsstellung rückstellbar und über einen geeigneten Betätigungsmechanismus (3), insbesondere mittels Klinke oder Betätigungsgriff, betätigbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er der Falle (2) zugeordnete Rückhaltemittel aufweist, die einerseits in der Lage sind, die Falle bei offenem Flügel in einer entriegelten oder halb entriegelten Stellung zu halten und andererseits zur Freigabe der Falle (2) durch den Stockrahmen der Tür oder Fenstertür deaktiviert zu werden, insbesondere durch ein am Stockrahmen vorgesehenes Schließblech (11) zur Aufnahme der Falle (2).
  2. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhaltemittel (10) unter der Wirkung einer Rückstellfeder (12) automatisch in die Wirkstellung rückstellbar sind und direkt an dem Kopf (13) der Falle (2) integriert sind.
  3. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhaltemittel (10) die Form eines Hebels (14) haben, der in einer Nut (15) angeordnet ist, die an der Rückfläche (16), abgewandt von der Schrägfläche (17), des Kopfes (13), der Falle (2) ausgebildet ist, wobei sich die Nut (15) parallel zur Verschiebung der Falle erstreckt, während der Hebel (14) in der Nut (15) um eine zur Verschiebung der Falle senkrechte Achse (18) schwenkbar gelagert ist und an seinem Außenrand (19) einen Ausschnitt (20) aufweist, der in der Wirkstellung der Rückhaltemittel (10) mit einem Rückhalterand (21) zusammenwirkt.
  4. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückhalterand (21) definiert ist durch den Schlitz, der für den Durchtritt des Kopfes (13) der Falle (2) entweder an dem den Betätigungsmechanismus (3) des Verriegelungsbeschlages (1) aufnehmenden Gehäuse oder an einer zu dem Beschlag gehörenden Stulpschiene vorgesehen ist.
  5. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach den Ansprüche 2 und 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (14) jenseits seiner Schwenkachse (18) durch eine Abwinklung (22) verlängert ist, auf den die Rückstellfeder (12) einwirkt, vorzugsweise in Form einer Blattfeder (23), die hinter dem Kopf (13) der Falle (2) befestigt ist.
  6. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Hebel (14) jenseits seiner Schwenkachse (18) verlängernde Abwinklung (22) in einer Nut (24) liegt, die sich hinter dem Kopf (13) der Falle (2) erstreckt, wobei der Boden dieser Nut (24) als Anschlag dient, gegen den die Abwinklung (22) unter der Kraft der Rückstellfeder (12) angedrückt wird, entsprechend der Wirkstellung der Rückhaltemittel (10).
  7. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenrand (19) des Hebels (14) gegenüber dem Rückhalterand (21) ohne Stufe ausgebildet ist, um das Unwirksammachen der Rückhaltemittel (10) beim Zurückziehen der Falle (2) in die Entriegelungsstellung zu ermöglichen.
  8. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (14) entlang seines Teils (26), der ständig über die Vorderkante des den Betätigungsmechanismus (3) aufnehmenden Gehäuses bzw. über eine Stulpschiene vorspringt, einen Steuerfinger (27) in Form eines Vorsprungs an seinem Außenrand (19) aufweist, wobei der Steuerfinger (27) über die Rückfläche (16) des Kopfes (13) der Falle (2) vorspringt, um beim Wiederschließen des Flügels der Tür, Fenstertür od. dgl. auf den Stockrahmen mit dem Stockrahmen, insbesondere bei dem Schließblech (11) zur Aufnahme der Falle (2), zusammenzuwirken.
  9. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der angehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit den Rückhaltemitteln (10) versehene Falle (2) ein Mittel zum Lösen von Blockiermitteln (29) darstellt, die vorgesehen sind, um bei offenem Flügel der Tür, Fenstertür od. dgl. andere Verriegelungsorgane, wie z.B. Treibstangen, entgegen der Kraft von federnden Rückstellmitteln in ihrer Entriegelungsstellung zu halten.
