Claims (13)

  1. Treibstangenverschluß (1) für eine Tür, ein Fenster od.dgl., mit einem Betätigungsmechanismus (4), der in einem Gehäuse (2) angeordnet und zusammengesetzt ist aus:
    - zumindest einer Nuß (9, 60, 61), die von der Innenseite und/oder der Außenseite des Flügels her betätigbar ist, um gleichzeitig auf zumindest eine Treibstange (5) oder einen mit dieser verbundenen Steg (19) und einen Schnapper (7) einzuwirken;
    - und Mitteln (66) zum Steuern der Rückbewegung des Schnappers (7) mittels eines Schlüsselelementes (62), das auf ein Blockierorgan (24) einwirkt, welches befähigt ist, die Treibstange(n) (5) oder den Steg (19) in der Verriegelungsstellung festzulegen;
       wobei der Treibstangenverschluß (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß er in Kombination aufweist:
    a) einen Schloßriegel (8), der durch das Schlüsselelement (62) betätigbar und mit dem Blockierorgan (24) versehen ist;
    b) Mittel (25) zum Einstellen der Verlagerung des Blockierorganes (24) bezüglich des Abstandes (32), welcher es von der Treibstange (5) oder dem Steg (19) trennt, unabhängig von der Gleitlänge des Schloßriegels (8);
    c) eine Antifehlbetätigungsvorrichtung (44) zum Unterbinden jeglicher Einwirkung des Schlüsselelementes (62) auf den Schloßriegel (8), wenn sich die Treibstange(n) (5) in der Entriegelungsstellung befindet bzw. befinden;
       wobei ferner die erwähnten Mittel (66) die Betätigung der Nuß (9, 60) mittels des Schlüsselelementes (62) gestatten und mit dem Blockierorgan (24) zusammenwirken, um die Treibstange (5) oder den Steg (19) in der Verriegelungsstellung festzulegen.
  2. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (25) durch eine Verbindung (29) gebildet sind, welche das Blockierorgan (24) mit dem Schloßriegel (8) verbindet und dabei einen Leerweg (30) des einen bezüglich des anderen in einer Richtung parallel zur Gleitrichtung des Schloßriegels (8) gestattet.
  3. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leerweg (30) eine Länge (31) entsprechend der Differenz der Abstände (32, 33) hat, welche das Blockierorgan (24) bzw. den Schloßriegel (8) in ihrer Entriegelungsstellung von ihrer Verriegelungsstellung trennen.
  4. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung (29) durch eine Öffnung (34) gebildet ist, die in der oberen Kante (35) des Schloßriegels (8) ausgebildet ist und in welcher das Blockierorgan (24) gleitet.
  5. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blockierorgan (24) einerseits aus einem Blockierfinger (37) gebildet ist, der befähigt ist, mit einer Öffnung oder einem Ausschnitt (38) in dem Steg (19) oder der Treibstange (5) zusammenzuwirken, und anderseits durch einen Körper (36), der an seiner unteren Kante (40) mit einem Betätigungsfinger (39) versehen ist, welcher in die Öffnung (34) eingreift.
  6. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (34) eine vordere Vertikalkante (41) und eine hintere Vertikalkante (42) aufweist, welche Mitnahmeflächen bilden, die mit dem Betätigungsfinger (39) des Blockierorganes (24) bei der Betätigung zum Entriegeln und zum Verriegeln des Schloßriegels (8) zusammenwirken.
  7. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 1, mit einer Sicherungsvorrichtung (45) zum Blockieren des Schloßriegels (8) in der Entriegelungsstellung und/oder Verriegelungsstellung, mit einem Betätigungsfuß (47), der durch einen Bart (46) des Schlüsselelementes (62) betätigt wird und befähigt ist, relativ zum Schloßriegel (8) vertikal zu gleiten, um diesen zu deblockieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antifehlbetätigungsvorrichtung (44) aus Mitteln (48) besteht, um die Sicherungsvorrichtung (45) in der Blockierstellung festzulegen, indem der Betätigungsfuß (47) in einer abgesenkten Lage gehalten wird und jede Wirkung des Bartes (46) des Schlüsselelementes (62) auf denselben verhindert, wenn die Treibstange(n) (5) entriegelt ist bzw. sind.
  8. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 7, mit einer Nuß (9, 61), die mit zumindest einem Kranz (16, 76) versehen ist, der befähigt ist, die Treibstange(n) (5) oder den Steg (19) zu betätigen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (48) durch eine Stange (49) gebildet sind, die sich vertikal oberhalb des Betätigungsfußes (47) erstreckt und an ihrem oberen Ende (50) mit dem Kranz (16, 76) der Nuß (9, 60) zusammenwirkt, wobei der Kranz (16, 76) die Funktion eines Nockens hat.
  9. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kranz (16, 76) an seinem Umfang (51, 77) eine Vertiefung (52, 78) hat, in welche unter der Wirkung von Federvorspannmitteln (53), die auf die Stange (49) einwirken, das obere Ende (50) derselben eingreift, wenn die Treibstange(n) (5) in der Verriegelungsstellung ist bzw. sind, um die Sicherheitsvorrichtung (45) und insbesondere den Betätigungsfuß (47) freizugeben.
  10. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (36) des Blockierorganes (24) an seinem hinteren Ende (57) eine Vertikalnut (58) aufweist, welche den Durchgang der Stange (49) sicherstellt.
  11. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 1, mit einer Nuß (9, 60), die durch einen Kern (10) gebildet ist, der mit den Federvorspannmitteln (14) zusammenwirkt und einen Kranz (16) betätigt, welcher über den Steg (19) die Treibstangen (5) betätigt, wobei ein dritter Teil (20) auf die Stange (68) des Schnappers (7) wirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (66) durch ein Transmissionselement (67) gebildet sind, welches die Drehung des Bartes (46) des Schlüsselelementes (62) auf den dritten Teil (20) der Nuß (9, 60) überträgt, welcher mit dem Schnapper (7) zusammenwirkt.
  12. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transmissionselement (67) durch einen Hebel gebildet ist, der über ein Gelenk (69) mit dem dritten Teil (20) der Nuß (9, 60) verbunden ist, wobei dieser Hebel sich in das Gehäuse (2) erstreckt, bis er das Schlüsselelement (62) erreicht und an seinem freien Ende (71) in Form eines Winkels zurückgebogen ist, um eine Anschlagfläche (72) zu bilden, die mit dem Bart (46) zusammenwirkt.
  13. Treibstangenverschluß nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transmissionselement (67) mit Führungsmitteln (73) zusammenwirkt, die mit dem Blockierorgan (24) verbunden sind, welches durch den Schloßriegel (8) betätigt wird, wobei die Führungsmittel (73) durch einen Vorsprung (74) gebildet sind, der seitlich am Blockierfinger (37) des Blockierorganes (24) vorsteht und mit einer Öffnung (75) zusammenwirkt, die im Transmissionselement (67) ausgebildet ist.
