Claims (13)

  1. Vorrichtung vom Typ Schraubenführung, die mittels Befestigungsmittel (16) hinter einer Stulpschiene (2) eines Treibstangenbeschlags oder Treibstangenverschlusses befestigt werden kann und dabei eine verschiebbare Verbindung einer Treibstange (3) mit der Stulpschiene (2) bewirkt, wobei diese Vorrichtung (1) umfasst einerseits mindestens einen durchbohrten Führungskragen (12, 12A), der für das Zusammenwirken mit einer Öffnung (13, 13A) in der Stulpschiene (2) für den Durchtritt einer Befestigungsschraube bestimmt ist, und andererseits Eingriffsmittel (26), die für das Zusammenwirken mit seitlichen Wänden (7, 8) einer Einbaunut (4) bestimmt sind, die im Falz eines Flügelrahmens oder auch eines Stockrahmens eines Rahmens (14) vom Typ Tür, Fenster oder dergleichen vorgesehen ist, um den Halt des Treibstangenbeschlags oder Treibstangenverschlusses in der Nut in Längs- und Querposition sicherzustellen,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel (16) von mindestens einem Nietkragen (17) gebildet sind, der in eine zu diesem Zweck in der Stulpschiene (2) vorgesehene Durchbohrung (18) eintreten kann, wobei der Nietkragen (17) die Form eines von mindestens zwei Backen (38, 39) gebildeten aufweitbaren Dorns (37) hat, dessen freies Ende (40) in die Durchbohrung (18) in der Stulpschiene (2) eintreten kann, wobei zwischen diesen Backen (38, 39) ein Spreizstift (41) eintritt, der über eine abscherbare Verbindung (46) mit dem einen oder dem anderen Ende (44, 44A) des aufweitbaren Dorns (37) verbunden ist in einer für das Einschieben zwischen dessen Backen (38, 39) bereiten Anordnung.
  2. Vorrichtung entsprechend Anspruch 1,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Basis (22) aufweist, die mindestens mit dem durchbohrten Führungskragen (12, 12A), versehen ist, wobei die Eingriffsmittel (26) die Form von Eingriffszungen (27) aufweisen, die sich von den Längsrändem (28, 29) dieser Basis (22) ausgehend in Richtung der Stulpschiene (2) erstrecken, wobei sich diese Eingriffszungen (27), zwischen denen die Treibstange (3) eintritt, an ihrem freien Ende (30, 31) im wesentlichen voneinander abspreizen, derart, dass in diesem Bereich zwischen ihnen ein Abstand (32) eingehalten wird, der geringfügig größer ist als die Breite (5) der Einbaunut (4).
  3. Vorrichtung entsprechend Anspruch 2,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingriffszungen (27) elastisch sind.
  4. Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden (30, 31) der Eingriffszungen (27) dafür bestimmt sind, in Zusammenwirkung mit den seitlichen Wänden (7, 8) der Einbaunut (4) eine Verrastung zu bilden, sobald die Vorrichtung (1) in diese eingeführt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingriffszungen (27) mit einem oder mehreren Haltevorsprüngen (35) versehen sind, die in Zusammenwirkung mit den seitlichen Wänden (7, 8) der Einbaunut (4) eine Verrastung zu bilden, sobald die Vorrichtung (1) in diese eingeführt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingriffsmittel (26) durch Rückhalterippen (36) ergänzt werden, die an mindestens einem der Längsränder (28, 29) der Basis (22) derart vorspringen, dass sie mit den seitlichen Wänden (7, 8) der Einbaunut (4) zusammenwirken.
  7. Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Kunststoffformteil ausgebildet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung entsprechend Anspruch 1,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nietkragen (17) einen parallelepipedförmigen Querschnitt aufweist, derart, dass er das Sperren der Drehbewegung der Vorrichtung (1) relativ zur Stulpschiene (2) bewirkt.
  9. Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen Positionierkragen (20, 20A) aufweist, der in der Fluchtlinie des Führungskragens (12, 12A) und eines Nietkragens (17) angeordnet ist, wobei dieser Positionierkragen (20, 20A) in einen Hohlraum (21, 21A) eintritt, der zu diesem Zweck in der Stulpschiene (2) vorgesehen ist.
  10. Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Höcker (47) aufweist, unter dem sich die Basis (22) erstreckt und dessen Scheitel (48) eine Abstützfläche für die Stulpschiene (2) bildet.
  11. Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (49) zum vorübergehenden Sperren der Treibstange (3) relativ zur Stulpschiene (2) aufweist.
  12. Vorrichtung entsprechend den Ansprüchen 2 und 11,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Sperren (49) die Form von Blockierkolben (50, 50A) aufweisen, die an der der Treibstange (3) gegenüberliegenden Seite (51) der Basis (22) vorspringen können, wobei dieser oder diese Blockierkolben (50, 50A) über eine abscherbare Verbindung (60) vorübergehend in einer relativ zu dieser Seite (51) zurückgezogenen Position gehalten werden.
  13. Vorrichtung entsprechend den Ansprüchen 2 und 11,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Sperren (49) die Form einer Zunge (53) aufweisen, die im Gießverfahren in einer Öffnung (54) in der Basis (22) ausgebildet ist, insbesondere an dem Höcker (47), der sie überragt, wobei diese Zunge (53) elastisch in eine aktive Position zurückgeschoben werden kann, in der ein Haltefinger (55), mit dem sie versehen ist, in der Lage ist, mit der Treibstange (3) zusammenzuwirken, wobei diese Zunge (53) mittels einer Halteklaue (56) in dieser aktiven Position gehalten wird.
