La présente invention trouvera son application dans le domaine de la quincaillerie du bâtiment et concerne, tout particulièrement, les ferrures de verrouillage du type crémone ou crémone-serrure.
- la figure 1 est une représentation schématisée et en élévation du dispositif conforme à l'invention exécuté selon un premier mode de réalisation, sur cette figure étant représenté, en outre, le positionnement de la têtière et d'une tringle de manoeuvre par rapport à ce dispositif ;

Claims (13)
- Dispositif de type guide-vis prévu apte à être rapporté, par des moyens de fixation (16), à l'arrière d'une têtière (2) de crémone ou crémone-serrure tout en assurant une liaison coulissante d'une tringle de manoeuvre (3) à ladite têtière (2), ce dispositif (1) comportant, d'une part, au moins un plot de guidage (12, 12A) perforé destiné à communiquer avec une ouverture (13, 13A) dans ladite têtière (2) pour le passage d'une vis de fixation et, d'autre part, des moyens d'accrochage (26) prévus aptes à coopérer avec des parois latérales (7, 8) d'une rainure d'encastrement (4) ménagée en feuillure d'un châssis ouvrant ou encore d'un cadre dormant correspondant à une menuiserie (14) du type porte, fenêtre ou analogue en vue d'assurer le maintien en position longitudinale et trasversale de la crémone ou crémone-serrure dans ladite rainure, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits moyens de fixation (16) sont définis par au moins un plot de rivetage (17) prévu apte à venir s'insérer dans une perforation (18) ménagée à cet effet dans la têtière (2), ledit plot de rivetage (17) se présentant sous forme d'un mandrin expansible (37) défini par au moins deux mâchoires (38, 39) dont l'extrémité libre (40) est prévue apte à être insérer dans la perforation (18) de la têtière (2), entre ces mâchoires (38, 39) venant s'engager une tige d'expansion (41) rendue solidaire par une liaison sécable (46) de l'une ou l'autre des extrémités (44, 44A) du mandrin expansible (37) dans une disposition prête à être engagée entre les mâchoires (38, 39) de ce dernier.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte une embase (22) pourvue, au moins, du plot de guidage perforé (12, 12A), les moyens d'accrochage (26) se présentant sous forme de languettes d'accrochage (27) s'étendant depuis les bords longitudinaux (28, 29) de cette embase (22) en direction de la têtière (2), ces languettes d'accrochage (27), entre lesquelles vient s'inscrire la tringle de manoeuvre (3), venant sensiblement à s'écarter l'une de l'autre à leur extrémité libre (30, 31) de manière à respecter, à ce niveau, entre elles, une distance (32) légèrement supérieure à la largeur (5) de la rainure d'encastrement (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les languettes d'accrochage (27) sont définies de nature élastique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé par le fait que les extrémités libres (30, 31) des languettes d'accrochage (27) sont prévues aptes, en coopération avec les parois latérales (7, 8) de la rainure d'encastrement (4), à former redan une fois ledit dispositif (1) engagé dans cette dernière.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les languettes d'accrochage (27) sont munies d'un ou plusieurs ergots de retenue (35) prévus aptes à former redan en coopération avec les parois latérales (7, 8) de la rainure d'encastrement (4), une fois ledit dispositif (1) engagé dans cette dernière.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'accrochage (26) sont complétés par des picots de retenue (36) faisant saillie au niveau de l'un au moins des bords longitudinaux (28, 29) de l'embase (22) de manière apte à coopérer avec les parois latérales (7, 8) de la rainure d'encastrement (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est constitué en matière synthétique moulée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le plot de rivetage (17) est défini de section paralléllépipédigue de manière apte à assurer l'immobilisation en rotation du dispositif (1) par rapport à la têtière (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte au moins un plot de positionnement (20, 20A) situé dans l'alignement du plot de guidage (12, 12A) et d'un plot de rivetage (17), ce plot de positionnement (20, 20A) venant s'insérer dans une cavité (21, 21A) prévue à cet effet dans la têtière (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un bossage (47) sous lequel s'étend l'embase (22) et dont le sommet (48) vient définir un plan d'appui pour la têtière (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens d'immobilisation temporaires (49) de la tringle de manoeuvre (3) par rapport à la têtière (2).
- Dispositif selon les revendication 2 et 11, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'inmobilisation (49) se présentent sous la forme de pistons de blocage (50, 50A) aptes à se présenter saillants du côté (51) de l'embase (22) en regard de la tringle de manoeuvre (3), ce ou ces pistons de blocage (50, 50A) étant maintenus temporairement dans une position effacée par rapport audit côté (51) au travers d'une liaison sécable (60).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 2 et 11, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'immobilisation (49) se présentent sous forme d'une languette (53) définie par moulage dans une lumière (54) de l'embase (22), en particulier au niveau d'un bossage (47) surmontant celle-ci, cette languette (53) étant prévue apte à être repoussée, élastiquement, dans une position active dans laquelle un doigt de retenue (55) dont elle est équipée est à même de venir coopérer avec la tringle de manoeuvre (3), cette languette (53) étant maintenue dans cette position active par l'intermédiaire d'une patte de maintien (56).
