  • the invention relates to a rod exit guide for a lever. or locking bolt according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the present invention will find its application in the field of the building hardware and concerns, more in particular, locking fittings of the type for cremone bolt or bolt lock.
  • most of these bolts or bolts have at least one housing attached to the rear of a headrest and containing a control mechanism allowing act on one or more operating rods coming from extend above and / or below this box at the rear of said headrest.
  • cremone bolt or bolt lock is, very often, embedded in a rebate groove of the upright and / or a cross of a door, window or other opening, the headrest coming to house all the organs to which it was made reference above.
  • cremone bolts or locks are manufactured, usually to standard dimensions, especially with regard to concerns the length of the headrest and rod maneuver, it is necessary, for a manufacturer, to be able also meet specific requests. It is well safe, possible, under these conditions to adjust this length of factory headrests and rods, front assembly of the cremone bolt or cremone bolt, this comes significantly complicate the manufacturing management of these cremone bolts or bolts, especially when these specific requests correspond to very small series.
  • this rod exit guide is presented, usually in the form of a square piece from dress the angle of the opening frame which is able to projecting the end of the rod.
  • one of the wings of this square piece comes on the wall, externally, on the headrest.
  • each of the wings of this square piece is provided with an opening for the passage of a fixing screw coming to cooperate with the carpentry.
  • one of these fixing screws comes through, both the headrest and the operating rod, this being necessarily provided an oblong hole to the right of this screw to give it the mobility required. Now, this somewhat upsets, in these new conditions, the intersection of such a rod maneuver and the corresponding headrest.
  • a guide rod exit in the form of a fork comprising a base adapted to be housed in the bottom of the groove built-in at the joinery.
  • This guide to rod outlet is also provided with a extending wing parallel to the base by covering, on the external side, the end part of the rod, while a strip of guide extends between the base and the wing and has a through opening adapted to the passage of the end of this rod.
  • the base has an opening for the passage a fixing screw located beyond the wing in order to be accessible.
  • the rod it also has a hole allowing the passage of this screw and the tool fixing when installing the cremone bolt on the opening.
  • this rod exit guide is all particularly suitable for a cremone bolt fitted with a rod particular configuration and devoid, moreover, of any headrest.
  • FR-A-2.365.016 also discloses a process for dimensioning at least one end of a lever to headrest by simultaneous cutting of the headrest and the rod the dimension of the opening knowing that the simultaneous cutting of the headrest and rod is made at an acute angle by relative to the longitudinal axis of the headrest and this rod, this when the latter is in position unlocked.
  • a rod exit guide device coming to fix the end of a cremone bolt with a headrest on the opening, this device in the form of a square comprising a vertical wing and a horizontal wing, under the latter and at the rear of said vertical wing extending a rail of guiding in the form of a U-shaped section profile suitable to receive, for guidance, the free end of the operating rod.
  • the wing vertical of the square is caused to extend in front of the headrest, while the upper edge of the side walls parallel of the “U” profile defining the guide rail comes to apply on the rear side of this headrest.
  • said guide rail communicates with a opening at the horizontal wing of the bracket for the passage of the free end of the operating rod.
  • this device in the form of a square, comprises a wing horizontal and a vertical wing coming to constitute, substantially, the extension of the headrests of a lever extending in rebate, respectively of the crosspiece and the amount of an opening receiving said lever.
  • the horizontal wing has a sole capable of extending in a recess groove provided at a cross of this opening, this sole having an opening for the passage of a fixing screw to make it integral said carpentry device.
  • a screw guide is fitted in a oblong light in the front operating rod to be riveted on the headrest which allows it, precisely, to provide the aforementioned guidance function.
  • the screw guide and the rod exit guide are defined by parts separate which should be mounted which complicates, of course, the latter.
  • the very presence of a such a screw guide from the factory connecting the rod and the headrest prevents, in itself, from overlapping, individually, one either.
  • the present invention is intended to respond to the above problem through an exit guide from rod which is not only able to ensure a perfect maintenance of the end of an operating rod intended for define a locking member capable of cooperating with a waste, but also to contribute to the connection and guidance an operating rod relative to the headrest which shelters it.
  • this rod exit guide is must be able to perform the functions of a screw guide in the since it can also receive at least one screw fixing intended to rigidly fix the assembly in a groove provided for this purpose on the opening frame. Else apart, it should only cause minimal bulk, or even no footprint.
  • the invention relates to a rod exit guide for cremone bolt or cremone bolt provided capable of taking a position in rebate of a door, window or similar frame, this rod exit guide, on the one hand, coming to be the end of an upright or a cross member of said chassis opening, end with respect to which is able to projecting, in the locked position, a rod operating in order to cooperate with a keeper arranged in correspondence on the frame of this door, window or analogous, and, on the other hand, in the form of a "U" section profile designed to accommodate, in view to provide guidance, the end of the operating rod and having a bottom at the longitudinal edges of which extend from the side walls whose upper edge is even to lean on the rear face of a headrest.
  • this rod exit guide still has positioning means relative to the headrest, as well means for its attachment to the opening frame, said positioning means consisting of a stud positioning surmounting a longitudinal boss formed in the bottom of the U-shaped profile, on this longitudinal boss being able to fit the operating rod through a oblong light provided in the latter for this purpose, said positioning pad being adjusted to an opening in the headrest, while the fixing means consist of a perforation for the passage of a fixing screw or the like crossing said longitudinal boss and communicating with a corresponding hole in the headrest.
  • the present invention relates to the field of hardware building, more particularly that of the fittings of bolt-type lock or bolt-lock for door, window or the like.
  • cremone bolt or bolt lock 1 is very often mounted on the upright 2 or on a cross member of the opening frame 3 of such a door or window 4.
  • this cremone bolt or lock bolt 1 is usually embedded in a groove provided for this purpose in rebate of this amount 2 or this cross and includes at least one box 5 (marked in broken lines in Figure 1) attached, for example by riveting or otherwise, to the back of a headrest 6.
  • the housing 5 contains, in fact, a mechanism (not shown) for the displacement control of at least one rod operation 7 extending at the rear of the headrest 6 above and / or below this box 5.
  • the present invention aims to make easier this individual cross-checking of a headrest and / or a operating rod corresponding to a lever or lever-bolt pre-assembled.
  • this rod exit guide 10 is advantageously has the form of a section profile in “U” defining a channel 12 provided capable of accommodating, in view for guiding, the end 8 of the rod operation 7.
  • this U-shaped profile 11 has a bottom 13 at the longitudinal edges of which extend from the side walls 14, 15 whose upper edge 16 is provided capable of bearing on the rear face 17 of the headrest 6.
  • the positioning means 18 consist in a positioning pad 20 overcoming a boss longitudinal 21 formed in the bottom 13 of the U-shaped profile 11 on this longitudinal boss 21 being able to come to fit the operating rod 7 through an oblong opening 22 provided in the latter for this purpose.
  • said pad positioning 20 is adjusted to an opening 23 in the headrest 6, taking into account, in this regard, that this positioning pad 20 can also define a riveting stud to make integral, in a first step, said outlet guide of rod 10 of this headrest 6 before fitting the lever or lock-bolt on the joinery.
  • the fixing means 19 consist of a perforation 24 for the passage of a fixing screw or analog passing preferably through the boss longitudinal 21 and communicating with a hole 24A formed in correspondence in the headrest 6.
  • one end 27 of this rod exit guide 10 is provided with a hooking return 28 having a opening 29 for the passage of the end 8 of the rod maneuver 7 and coming to hang on the free end 26 of the headrest 6 or, not shown in the figures, to butt the end of the headrest, which is rendered possible due to the proximity of the headrest attachment by the rod exit guide.
  • the connecting means 25 can, such as shown in Figures 5 to 7, take the form of fixing lugs 31 at the level of the upper edge 16 of side walls 14, 15 at the level of the end 27 of said guide rod outlet 10, such fixing lugs 31 defining, in fact, provided crimp tabs capable of be crimped into openings 32 made in correspondence at the end 26 of the headrest 6.
  • the light 22 in the operating rod 7 can, it, be defined of sufficient length therefore, able to match the boss 21 of the rod exit guide 10 as soon as the cut length 33 of this rod maneuver 7 is significantly less than the distance separating said boss 21 from the free end 27, provided with connecting means 25, of the rod exit guide 10. In done, this is usually the case starting from lengths cremone bolt or bolt lock 1.
  • a rod exit guide 10 through a rod exit guide 10, according to the invention, not only is the possibility given the carpenter to adjust, individually, rod and headrest a bolt or bolt-lock, but, in addition, the assembly of the latter and its mounting on a carpentry is found ease.
  • the one according to the invention has the advantage of not creating any bulk in rebate of the opening frame.
