Claims (10)

  1. Treibstangenbeschlag oder - schloß (5) mit zugehörigen Betätigungsmitteln (26) für eine Stalltür (1), die gebildet ist durch einen oberen Flügel (2) und einen unteren Flügel (3), die einzeln und um eine vertikale Achse (4A) schwenkbar an einem Stockrahmen (4) gelagert sind, wobei der am oberen Flügel (3) einzubauende Treibstangenbeschlag mindestens ein Getriebe aufweist, das in einem Gehäuse (6) angeordnet ist und auf eine oder mehrere Treibstangen (7, 8) einwirken kann, die sich oberhalb und unterhalb des Gehäuses (6) hinter einer Stulpschiene (9), an der letzteres befestigt ist, erstrecken, während die Betätigungsmittel (26) zur Montage am unteren Flügel (3) bestimmt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet:
    die Stulpschiene (9) weist insbesondere an ihrer Frontfläche (19) mindestens eine Ablängmarkierung (20) in ihrem sich unter dem Gehäuse (6) erstreckenden Abschnitt (20A) auf;
    die sich unterhalb des Gehäuses (6) erstreckende Treibstange (8) ist einerseits dazu vorgesehen, durch Ablängen in einer Zone (21) im wesentlichen an der Ablängmarkierung (20) der Stulpschiene (9) unterteilt zu werden und weist andererseits, insbesondere in der genannten Zone (21), Verbindungsmittel (22) auf, wie z.B. eine Verzahnung (23) an der einen und/oder anderen Seitenkante (24) für das Zusammenwirken mit Verbindungsmitteln von komplementärer Form (25), die den Betätigungsmitteln (26) zugeordnet sind, die zum Betätigen des Abschnittes (27) der abgelenkten Treibstange vorgesehen sind.
  2. Treibstangenbeschlag oder -schloß (5) mit zugehörigen Betätigungsmitteln (26) für eine Stalltür (1) gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus den abgelängten Stücken der Treibstange (27) und der Stulpschiene (9a) bestehende Einheit (5a) im Falz (11) des vorderen lotrechten Holms (13) des unteren Flügels (3) einbaubar ist, wobei die Verbindungsmittel (22) des abgetrennten Treibstangenabschnitts (27) zum Zusammenwirken mit einer Ekkumlenkung (29) vorgesehen sind, die sich teilweise einerseits im Falz (11) des vorderen lotrechten Holms (13) des unteren Flügels (3) und andererseits im Falz (30) des oberen Querholms (31) desselben erstreckt, wo sie mit den Betätigungsmitteln (26) zusammenwirkt.
  3. Treibstangenbeschlag oder -schloß (5) mit zugehörigen Betätigungsmitteln (26) für eine Stalltür (1), gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsmittel (26) aus einer Treibstange (26A) oder einem Treibstangenriegel (50) bestehen.
  4. Treibstangenbeschlag oder -schloß (5) mit zugehörigen Betätigungsmitteln (26) für eine Stalltür (1), gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er nach dem Ablängen in eine Einbaunut im Falz (10) des vorderen lotrechten Holms (12) des oberen Flügels (2) einsetzbar ist, wobei Befestigungsmittel (35) zur Befestigung des abgetrennten unteren Endes (36, 36A) der Stulpschiene (9) bzw. der Treibstange (8) unterhalb des Gehäuses (6) vorgesehen sind.
  5. Treibstangenbeschlag oder -schloß (5) mit zugehörigen Betätigungsmitteln (26) für eine Stalltür (1), gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Verriegelungsmittel (42) aufweist für die Verriegelung des oberen Flügels (2) relativ zum unteren Flügel (3), wenn diese auf den Stockrahmen (4) geschlossen sind.
  6. Treibstangenbeschlag oder -schloß (5) mit zugehörigen Betätigungsmitteln (26) für eine Stalltür (1), nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsmittel (42) aus dem gekürzten unteren Ende (36A) der Treibstange (8) bestehen, die in der Verriegelungsstellung des Treibstangenbeschlages oder -schlosses (5) in der Lage ist, über den unteren Querholm (38) des oberen Flügels (2) vorzustehen, um mit einem Riegelblech (39) zusammenzuwirken, das in der Ecke (37) zwischen dem vorderen lotrechten Holm (13) und dem oberen Querholm (31) des unteren Flügels (3) angebracht ist.
  7. Treibstangenbeschlag oder -schloß (5) mit zugehörigen Betätigungsmitteln (26) für eine Stalltür (1), nach den Ansprüche 4 und 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel (35) eine Ausschubführung für die Treibstange bilden.
  8. Treibstangenbeschlag oder -schloß (5) mit zugehörigen Betätigungsmitteln (26) für eine Stalltür (1), nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließblech (39) durch eine Öffnung in einem horizontalen Schenkel (40) der Eckumlenkung (29) gebildet ist, der sich im Falz (30) des oberen Querholms (31) des unteren Flügels (3) erstreckt.
  9. Treibstangenbeschlag oder -schloß (5) mit zugehörigen Betätigungsmitteln (26) für eine Stalltür (1), nach den Ansprüchen 2, 3 und 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Betätigungsmitteln (26) zugeordneten Verriegelungsmittel (42) durch die Treibstange (26) oder den Treibstangenriegel (50) gebildet sind, die im Falz (30) des oberen Querholms (31) des unteren Flügels (3) angeordnet ist und über Treibstangen (43, 44, 54, 55) auf Bollzapfen (46) wirken, die in der Verriegelungsstellung mit Schließblechen zusammenwirken, die der untere Querholm (39) des oberen Flügels (2) trägt.
  10. Treibstangenbeschlag oder -schloß (5) mit zugehörigen Betätigungsmitteln (26) für eine Stalltür (1), gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Treibstangenbeschlag bzw. -schloß (5) ferner Mittel (47) zum zeitweisen Verbinden des oberen Flügels (2) und des unteren Flügels (3) der Stalltür aufweist, wenn diese in vertikale Flucht zueinander geschwenkt sind.
