Claims (13)

  1. System zur Steuerung und Verriegelung, insbesondere vorgesehen für ein Treibstangengetriebe, das für die Bedienung der Öffnung und Schließung eines Flügels wie von Türen von Lastwagen, Anhänger, Behälter oder dergleichen vorgesehen ist, wobei das Treibstangengetriebe zumindest einen Riegel (52) umfasst, vorgesehen, um im Bereich des entsprechenden Blendrahmens (51) montiert zu werden, eine Stange zur Betätigung (4) des Riegels (52), vorgesehen, um mit dem Flügel (50) fest verbunden zu werden, und vorgesehen, um auf dem Flügel (50) drehbar montiert zu werden, wobei das System zur Steuerung und Verriegelung (1) der Schließung vorgesehen sei, um im Bereich des Flügels (50) montiert zu werden, umfassend:
    - eine Grundplatte (2), die geeignet ist, um auf einem Flügel (50) befestigt zu werden,
    - einen Steuerhebel (6), der geeignet ist, um mit einer Betätigungsstange (4) des Treibstangengetriebes zusammenzuwirken, das ein distales Ende (53) und ein proximales Ende (54) aufweist, wobei das distale Ende (53) des Steuerhebels (6) in gelenkiger Verbindung (3) auf der besagten Grundplatte (2) vorgesehen ist und geeignet ist, um an der besagten Betätigungsstange (4) befestigt zu werden,
    - einen Hebel zur Betätigung (5) des Steuerhebels (6) der Betätigungsstange (4), geeignet, um, bei Verriegelung, nach einer Richtung F1, oder, in Entriegelung, nach einer anderen Richtung F2 zu wirken, aufweisend ein distales Ende (55) und ein proximales Ende (56), wobei das distales Ende (55) in gelenkiger Verbindung (15) im Bereich des proximalen Endes (54) des Steuerhebels (6) vorgesehen sei, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Betätigungshebel (5) eine Nase (26) aufweist, die sich über die gelenkige Verbindung (15) hinaus in Richtung des Steuerhebels (6) erstreckt, und dass der besagte Steuerhebel (6) ein Fenster (10) aufweist, und dass das System folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Kipphebel (7), der dem besagten Fenster (10) gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist, in gelenkiger Verbindung (20) im Bereich der Grundplatte (2), wobei der besagte Kipphebel (7) geeignet sei, um mit dem Steuerhebel (6) zusammenzuwirken, um die Verriegelung des Riegels (52) bei der Verschiebung des besagten Betätigungshebels (5) nach der besagten Richtung F1 zu sichern, wobei die besagte Nase (26) des Betätigungshebels (5) geeignet sei, um mit dem besagten Kipphebel (7) zusammenzuwirken, um die Entriegelung des Riegels (52) bei der Verschiebung des besagten Betätigungshebels (5) nach der Richtung F2 zu sichern,
    - elastische Rückstellmittel (9), die auf die Grundplatte (2) anlehnen, die auf den Kipphebel (7) wirken.
  2. Treibstangengetriebe, vorgesehen für die Bedienung der Öffnung und der Schließung eines Flügels wie von Türen von Lastwagen, Anhänger, Behälter oder dergleichen, umfassend wenigstens einen Riegel (52), vorgesehen, um im Bereich des entsprechenden Blendrahmens (51) montiert zu werden, eine Stange zur Betätigung (4) des Riegels (52), vorgesehen, um mit dem Flügel (50) fest verbunden zu werden, und um drehbar auf dem Flügel (50) montiert zu werden, sowie ein System zur Steuerung und Verriegelung (1) der Schließung nach Anspruch 1, vorgesehen, um im Bereich des Flügels (50) montiert zu werden.
  3. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 2, bei dem der Kipphebel (7) einen Befestigungsschnabel (23) und einen Absatz (24) umfasst, der an den besagten elastischen Rückstellmitteln (9) befestigt ist, die geeignet sind, um, beziehungsweise, mit dem Rand (30) des besagten Fensters (10) des Steuerhebels (6), und, andererseits, mit der besagten Nase (26) des Betätigungshebels (5) zusammenzuwirken, um, bei Verriegelung, den Befestigungsschnabel (23) an das Fenster (10) anzulegen, oder, bei Entriegelung, das Zurückziehen des Befestigungsschnabels (23) in das besagte Fenster (10) des Steuerhebels (6) zu erlauben.
  4. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 3, bei dem der Rücken (22) des Befestigungsschnabels (23) des Kipphebels (7) sowie der untere Bereich (32) des besagten Randes (30) in dem besagten Fenster (10) des Steuerhebels (6) Zylinderteile aufweisen, vorgesehen, um aufeinander durch Berührung gemäß aufeinander folgenden Querzeugenden zu rollen, ab dem Zeitpunkt, wenn der besagte Befestigungsschnabel (23) dem oberen Bereich (31) des Randes (30) während der Entriegelung entgleitet, und ab dem Zeitpunkt, wenn der untere Bereich (32) des Randes (30) mit dem Rücken (22) des Befestigungsschnabels (23) bei der Verriegelung in Kontakt kommt.
  5. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 3, bei dem die Nase (26), die das Ende des Betätigungshebels (5) bildet, die sich über seine Drehachse (15) hinaus erstreckt, sowie der Absatz (24) des Kipphebels (7) Zylinderteile aufweisen, die vorgesehen sind, um aufeinander durch Berührung gemäß aufeinander folgenden Querzeugenden zu rollen, ab dem Zeitpunkt, wenn eine Aufhebung des Betätigungshebels (5) bei der Entriegelung eingeleitet ist, wobei sich die Wirkung bei der Verriegelung auf das in Kontakt Setzen der Nase (26) des Betätigungshebels (5) gegen die obere Fläche (25) des Absatzes (24) des Kipphebels (7), ohne Relativbewegung, beschränkt.
  6. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 3, bei dem der Absatz (24) des Kipphebels (7) einen flachen Bereich (47), der sich auf dem Rücken (23) befindet, und einen Zylinderteil am Ende (48) aufweist, derart, um für den Betätigungshebel (5) eine stabile Verriegelungsposition zu bilden.
  7. Treibstangengetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, bei dem der Kipphebel (7) Mittel zur Begrenzung seines Winkelausschlags bei dem Vorgang der Verriegelung umfasst, die durch einen Vorsprung gebildet sind, der einen Anschlag (21) bildet, der in derselben Richtung ausgeführt ist wie sein Befestigungsschnabel (23), vor der gelenkigen Verbindung (20), und der am Ende der Verriegelung unter der Wirkung der elastischen Rückstellmittel (9) gegen die Grundplatte (2) anlehnt.
  8. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 7, bei dem der Steuerhebel (6) mit einem Riegel (19) und mit einer Klinke (11) ausgestattet ist, wobei die besagte Klinke in geschlossener Position und am Ende der Verriegelung des Kipphebels (7) den Anschlag (21) des Kipphebels (7) gegen die Grundplatte (2) halten wird, wobei sie einen Kontakt mit einer Abflachung (39) auf dem besagten Vorsprung des Kipphebels vor der gelenkigen Verbindung (20) herstellt.
  9. Treibstangengetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, bei dem die Federmittel (9) des Kipphebels (7) durch zumindest eine Feder in Drehung um die gelenkige Verbindung (20) des Kipphebels (7) herum gebildet sind, wobei die besagte Feder beiderseits der gelenkigen Verbindung (20) auf der Grundplatte (2) und auf der oberen Seite des besagten Vorsprungs des Kipphebels (7) vor der gelenkigen Verbindung (20) anlehnt.
  10. Treibstangengetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, bei dem das Fenster (10), das im Steuerhebel (6) ausgeführt ist, von solcher Abmessung ist, dass die Veranschaulichung der Position des Kipphebels (7) ermöglicht wird, wobei so eine Kontrolle der Öffnung der Tür gebildet wird.
  11. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 2, bei dem der Betätigungshebel (5) mit elastischen Rückstellmitteln (18), insbesondere mit einer in Ausdehnung benutzten Feder ausgestattet ist, die sich von den Befestigungen (46) der Grundplatte (2) bis hin zu den Befestigungen (45) des Betätigungshebels (5) erstreckt.
  12. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 2, bei dem eine Klappe seitlicher Teil (37) in gelenkiger Verbindung (38) im Bereich des entfernten Endes (53) des Steuerhebels (6), das mit elastischen Rückstellmitteln (36) ausgestattet ist, sich auf dem besagten Steuerhebel (6) schließt.
  13. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 2, bei dem der Betätigungshebel (5) ein Fenster (40) aufweist, das einen Handgriff bildet.
