    - an actuating lever (5) of the control lever (6) of the actuating rod (4) capable of performing a locking action in one direction F1 or an unlocking action in another direction F2, exhibiting a distal end (55) and a proximal end (56), the distal end (55) being provided jointingly (15) at the proximal end (54) of the control lever (6), characterised in that said actuating lever (5) exhibits a nose (26) extending beyond the joint (15) towards the control lever (6), said control lever (6) exhibits a window (10) and in that the system includes
    - a toggler (7), arranged opposite said window (10), jointingly (20) at the sole (2), said toggler (7) being capable of co-operating with the control lever (6) for ensuring the locking operation of the lock (52) during the displacement of said actuating lever (5) in said direction F1, said nose (26) of the actuating lever (5) being capable of co-operating with said toggler (7) for ensuring the unlocking operation during the displacement of said actuating lever (5) in the direction F2,
    - elastic recall means (9) resting on the sole (2) acting on the toggler (7).
  2. An espagnolette bolt, intended for the opening and closing manoeuvre of an opening member, such as lorry, trailer, container doors or others, including at least one lock (52) intended for being mounted at the frame (51) corresponding, an actuating rod (4) of the lock (52) provided for being interconnected with the opening member (50) and intended for being mounted rotatably on the opening member (50) as well as a control and locking system (1) of the closing according to claim 1 intended for being mounted at the opening member (50).

An espagnolette bolt, according to claim 2, wherein the toggler (7) includes a hooking spoiler (23) and a heel (24) slaved to said elastic recall means (9), capable of co-operating respectively with the rim (30) of said window (10) of the control lever (6), and on the other hand with said nose (26) of the actuating lever (5), so as to apply, when locking, the hooking spoiler (23) on the window (10) or to allow when unlocking, the clearance of the hooking spoiler (23) in said window (10) of the control lever (6).

An espagnolette bolt, according to claim 3, wherein the back (22) of the hooking spoiler (23) of the toggler (7), as well as the lower zone (32) of said rim (30) of said window (10) of the control lever (6) exhibit cylinder portions intended for rolling over one another by contact, along successive transversal generatrices, from the moment when said spoiler (23) clears the upper zone (31) of the rim (30), when unlocking and from the moment when the lower zone (32) of the rim (30) comes in contact with the back (22) of the spoiler (23) when locking.
  5. An espagnolette bolt, according to claim 3, wherein the nose (26) forming the end of the actuating lever (5), extending beyond its pivot pin (15), as well the heel (24) of the toggler (7), exhibit cylinder portions intended for rolling over one another by contact along successive transversal generatrices, from the moment when a lift of the actuating lever (5) is initiated, when locking, the locking action being limited to making the nose (26) of the actuating lever (5) contact the upper face (25) of the heel (24) of the toggler (7), without any relative movement.

An espagnolette bolt according to claim 7, wherein the control lever (6) is fitted with a lock (19) and with a catch (11), wherein said catch, in closed position, and after completed locking of the toggler (7), holds the stop (21) of the toggler (7) against the sole (2), by making contact with a root face (39) on said protrusion of the toggle ahead of the joint (20).
  9. An espagnolette bolt, according to one of the claims 7 and 8, wherein the elastic means (9) of the toggler (7) consist of at least one spring rotatably around the joint (20) of the toggler (7), said spring resting on both sides of the joint (2) on the sole (2) and on the upper face of said protrusion of the toggler (7) ahead of the joint (20).
  10. An espagnolette bolt, according to one of the claims 2 to 9, wherein the window (10) provided in the control lever (6) is of such size to enable visualisation of the position of the toggler (7), thus forming a door open indicator.
  11. An espagnolette bolt, according to claim 2, wherein the actuating lever (5) is fitted with elastic recall means (18), in particular a spring used extendingly, extending from fasteners (46) of the sole (2) to fasteners (45) of the actuating lever (5).
  12. An espagnolette bolt, according to claim 2, wherein a batten (37) jointingly (38) at the distal end (53) of the control lever (6), fitted with elastic recall means (36) closes on said control lever (6).
