An espagnolette bolt according to any of the claims 1 to 3, wherein the inhibition means (8) consist of a mechanism integrated to said operating and locking system, comprising a lock (11) fitted with a catch (12) slaved to said control lever, said actuating lever exhibiting a keeper (13) for receiving the catch of the lock.
  5. An espagnolette bolt according to any of the claims 1 to 4 wherein said inhibition means (8) consist of two openings (14,15) distributed over the control lever (6) and the actuating lever (5), capable of being situated opposite one another in locking position in order to let through the handle of a padlock (16).

An espagnolette bolt according to any of the claims 1 to 3, wherein the inhibition means (8) exhibit, on the one hand, a mechanism integrated to said operating and locking system, comprising a lock (11), fitted with a catch (12), said lock being slaved rigidly to said control lever (6), said actuating lever exhibiting a keeper (13) for receiving the catch of the lock, and on the other hand, two openings (14, 15) distributed over the control lever (6) and the actuating lever (5); capable of being situated opposite one another in locking position in order to let through the handle of a padlock.

An espagnolette bolt according to any of the claims 4 or 6, wherein the catch (12) of the lock (11) is in the form of a rotary cam rigidly connected with the revolving cylinder of the lock (11), the control lever (6) exhibiting, moreover, a cam guide (35) fitted with at least one guiding light (46, 47) enabling direct recovery of the loads on said cam by the control lever (6) without transmitting them to the revolving cylinder and to the plug of the lock (11).
  8. An espagnolette bolt according to claim 7, wherein the cam guide (35) is provided with two guiding lights (46, 47) of the cam, distributed on both sides of the rotational axis of the cam.

An espagnolette bolt according to any of the claims 1 to 8, wherein the actuating lever exhibits a nose (17) extending beyond the joint with the control lever, the toggler (70) being jointingly connected with the sole (2), exhibiting flexible recall means resting on said sole (2), the control lever (6) exhibiting a hooking edge (22) capable of co-operating in locking operation with the toggler (71), and wherein said toggler (71) exhibits a hooking spoiler (23) and a heel (24) slaved to said flexible recall means, capable of co-operating respectively with the hooking edge (22) of the control lever (6), and on the other hand, with the nose (17) of the actuating lever (6), so as to apply, when locking, the hooking spoiler (23) on the edge (22), or to enable when unlocking, the spoiler (23) to clear the hooking edge (22) of the control lever.
  11. An espagnolette bolt according to any of the claims 1 to 10, wherein the sole (2) of the control and locking system (1) exhibits an access opening (25) to the toggler (71; 72), said espagnolette bolt exhibiting a safety device (26), internal to the opening member, enabling to unlock the espagnolette bolt from the inside, said safety device consisting of a sliding rod (27), internal to the opening member (57), capable of running through the access opening (25) of the sole (2) in order to co-operate in unlocking action with the toggler (71; 72).
  12. An espagnolette bolt according to claim 11, wherein the opening member exhibits a through-bore accommodating the rod (27) of the safety device (26), the rod being actuated in translation manually from within by a member such as a push button (30), a lever-operated handle, or still a screwing handle.
  13. An espagnolette bolt according to any of the claims 1 to 12, exhibiting an electrical opening device (41), whereof the mechanism includes an actuator such as an electromagnet (42) or a jack co-operating with le toggler.
  14. An espagnolette bolt according to claim 13, wherein the toggler (71) exhibits a projection (45) intended for forming an intermediate gear, protruding through the sole (2), below the latter, the actuator of the electrical opening device being capable of engaging with said projection in order to co-operate in unlocking action with the toggler (71).
  15. An espagnolette bolt according to any of the claims 1 to 14, wherein said espagnolette bolt is assembled so that the operating and locking system (1) is closed forcibly, the actuating rod (4) behaving like a torsion bar during the displacement of the actuating lever (5) in the locking direction F1 so that when the bolt (52) is in a locking position, the recall torque of the actuating rod (4) enables to release the bolt (52) with a simple action on the toggler (71, 72) while causing the control lever (6) to rotate relative to the sole (2).

A control and locking system (1), designed for an espagnolette bolt according to claim 1, wherein the espagnolette bolt is intended for the opening and closing manoeuvre of an opening member (57), such as a lorry door, trailer, container or others, the espagnolette bolt including at least one bolt provided at the corresponding frame (51) and an actuating rod (4) of the bolt (52) interconnected with the opening member is provided rotatably on the opening member, the control and locking system (1) of the closing system comprising:
    - a sole (2) fixed to the opening member (57),
    - a control lever (6) of the actuating rod (4), the distal end of the actuating lever being provided jointingly on said sole (2) and the espagnolette bolt capable of being slaved to the actuating rod (4),
    - an actuating lever (5) of the control lever (6) capable of performing a locking action in one direction F1 or an unlocking action in one direction F2, the distal end of the actuating lever being provided jointingly at the proximal end of the control lever (6),
    - a toggler (71; 72) jointingly connected to said system (1), the toggler being capable of locking the bolt during the displacement of the actuating lever in the locking direction F1, the actuating lever (5) being capable of co-operating with the toggler for unlocking the bolt when moving in the unlocking direction F2, wherein said operating and locking system of the closing system (1) may be blocked via securing means to prevent the lock from being released by handling the actuating lever, said securing means consisting in particular of a mechanism integrated to the system and comprising a lock (11) and a catch (12), characterised in that said securing means consist of inhibition means (8) ensuring relative blockage of the actuating lever (5) with respect to the control lever (6), said control lever and/or said actuating lever forming substantially a cover barring access to said toggler (7) from the outside when the bolt (52) is locked, said toggler (7) being free to move so as to authorise an internal opening action regardless of the state of the securing means.
  17. An assembly method for an espagnolette bolt according to claim 5, wherein said espagnolette bolt is intended for the opening and closing manoeuvre of an opening member, such as a lorry door, trailer, container or others, including at least one bolt (52) provided at the corresponding frame (51), an actuating rod (4) of the bolt (52) interconnected with the opening member is provided rotatably on the opening member as well as an operating and locking system (1) of the closing system is provided at the opening member, comprising:
    - a sole (2) fixed on the opening member (57),
    - a control lever (6) of the actuating rod (4), the distal end of the actuating lever being provided jointingly on said sole (2) and slaved to the actuating rod,
    - an actuating lever (5) of the control lever capable of performing a locking action in one direction F1 or an unlocking action in one direction F2, the distal end of the actuating lever being provided jointingly at the proximal end of the control lever,
    - a toggler (71; 72) jointingly connected to said system, the toggler being capable of locking the bolt (52) during the displacement of the actuating lever (5) in the locking direction F1, the actuating lever (5) being capable of co-operating with the toggler (71; 72) for unlocking the bolt (52) when moving in the unlocking direction F2, method wherein the espagnolette bolt is assembled so that the operating and locking system is closed forcibly, the actuating rod (4) behaving like a torsion bar during the displacement of the actuating lever (5) in the locking direction F1 so that when the bolt is in a locking position, the recall torque of the actuating rod (4) enables to release the bolt as soon as the toggler clears away, thereby causing the control lever (6) to rotate relative to the sole.
