_ _. _. _ The inventiorl relates to a lever, in particular a lever-lock for door, French window or the like essentially constituted, on the one hand, at least one operating rod provided with means of interlocking and, on the other hand, an elastically tightened blocking cement in an unlocked holding position of the operating rod and cooperating with means of b] ocage integral with the frame acting in the direction of movement of the opening to release the locking element and allow automatic return to position for locking the operating rod when closing ] 0 opening it.
For locking a door, French window or the like, the habit of using a lock lever composed of at least one operating rod and a mechanism ensuring the movement of the rod. The mechanism is operated by a handle operated by the u user, especially when it comes to unlocking the door, French window or the like. For reasons of standardization and / or safety, it is desirable that the handle, then lowered, re-automatically comes to its horizontal position. However, it is necessary that during this automatic return of the handle, the po-the lock bolt is not changed and the bolt-lock remains in unlocked position.
To this end, we already know, from the French patent, cais n 1,564,650, a lock lever whose mechanism includes means allowing return to the horizontal position of the handle without the rod maneuver changes its position. This lock lever is provided of a connection between the operating rod and the follower having an empty stroke corresponding to the return path of the handle engaged in the follower. The latter is then recalled in position rest by a return spring without acting on the operating rod vre. However, this lock lever is to be operated when ver-rusting of the door, French window or the like.

move around in the hospital where it is necessary to remove the handle for security reasons, it has proved desirable to be able to lock the door or patio door by simply pushing the vrant. The simple closing of the sash leads to a locking tomato; than.
To this end, we already point out, by German patent n 1.062.] 43, a lock-bolt whose control rod is automatically recalled in the locked position via an element elastic. To maintain said operating rod in position of unlocking, this bolt lock is provided with a blocking comprising a finger projecting from the face vi-sible of the head-lock. By closing the door, this finger is pushed back and it releases] e blocking mechanism and, by way consequently, the operating rod which is immediately recalled in locking position.
However, when] .a closing of the opening, the action exerted on this finger is perpendicular to its movement. When the opening is closed with a certain brutality, due for example to a draft unexpected, there is a risk of deformation of the finger. In this case, the creation mone-serrure can no longer fulfill its function.
Also known from US Patent No. 1,387,643 is a device locking device for doors and the like comprising an attac bolt movable longitudinally, a stop designed to enter engaged with it in its locked position, a rod alternately vertically movable to move the atta--che and a leaf spring designed to engage the fastener when it is no longer in the locked position and to release the clip when the spring leaf is in contact with the stop, the rod being provided with an extension projecting through the door and acting on the fastener.
The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks.
The invention, as characterized in the claims, solves the problem con ~ sistant to create a bolt-lock presenting, on the one hand, a handle automatically recalled to the rest position ~ 3 -and, from nu ~ rc p; lrt, a total security of ~ automatic locking ] ors of the fcrl ~ cL sture / or condemnation of the opening.
The advantages obtained thanks to this invention consist essentially-lies in that despite a possible fatigue of the return means automatic handle in rest position, the cremone bolt is brought into the locked position and the door opens, The window or the like is condemned.
The invention is set out below in more detail using drawings.
representing only one mode of execution.

We refer to Figures I and 2.
Locking bolt 1 comprises a housing 2 made up of two plates parallels 3, 4 (see figure 4) containing the different parts constituting the mechanism 5 and causing the displacement of at least an operating rod 6.
The mechanism 5 comprises a follower 7 having a maneuvering square.
vre 8 in which is engaged the axis of a maneuvering handle (not shown presented). The follower 7 is provided with a finger 9 provided with a nipple] 0 on which the end 1] rests on an elastic element 12 such that a leaf spring whose other end] 3 rolls up in shape spiral around an axis 14. The follower 7 also has a second control finger] 5.
This .Igit, in the unlocking phase, on a solid axis 16 a heel 17 of the rod of marlocuvre 6. The ends] 8,] 9 of this axis] 6, subjected to a vertical displacement, move in vertical lights 20 made in the two parallel plates 3, 4 of the boltier 2. The heel] 7 has at its upper ends 2]
and lower 22 a teton 23, 24 engaging in holes 25, 26 made in the operating rod 6, which ensures the connection between-be the operating rod 6 and the heel] 7. The latter includes a ] 5 teeth 27 cooperating with a device 28 for automatic return rod locking position 6.
This device 28 comprises a flange 29 whose edge 30 is provided a toothing 31 cooperating with the den ~ ure 27 of the heel 17. This flange 29 pivots around a fixed axis 32 crossed transversely by one ends 33 of a spiral spring 34, the other end of which 35 is hooked to a stop 36 integral with the flange 29. I, ors de action on the follower 7, the operating rod 6, sliding behind a covering and guiding headrest 37, causes, by the cooperation of the teeth 27 and 31, the rotation of the flange 29 and, therefore, the compression of the spiral spring 34.
~ During the opening of the opening, the operating rod 6 must be kept in the unlocked position. To this end, provision is made a set 38. This set ~ 38 consists of a blocking element 39 comprising two perpendicular branches 40, 41 having a sec-tion of a cross. One of the branches 40 is parallel to the front face 42 of the headrest 37. The rear end 43 of the other branch 41 is housed in a light 44 made in the heel 17 and it is held in this light 44 by the end 45 ~ 46 of two elastic elements 47, 48 of which the other end 49, 50 is fixed by fastening elements 51, 52 on the internal faces 53, 54 of parallel plates 3 and 4 (see Figure 4). Branch 40 moves Lra ~ ersal (111ent by ra1) port has the front face 42 of the headrest 37 in U11 slide 55 and it is held by two claws 56, 57 coif-fant the upper 58 and lower 59 ends of the branch 40.
I end before 60 of the branch ~ e 41, fai.sant projecting from the face ~ front 42 of the headrest 37, moves laterally between the lower edge 61 of upper claw 56 and upper edge ~ upper 62 of the lower claw1] re 57 (see Figure 3). To ensure the ver-automatic rusting of the bolt-lock and, consequently this, from the door or French window]. when closing the window, it is necessary to clear the rear end 43 of the branch 41 of the blocking element 39 of the lumen 44 of the heel 17. It is obtained by pushing laterally on the front end 60 of this same branch che 41. This results in a displacement of the end 45, 46 of the spring 47, 48 which passes through a light 63, 64 made in the plates lines 3, 4 (see figures 4 and 6).
To cause this lateral displacement, provision is made for means of blocking 65 integral with the edge of the frame. These unlocking means 65 have a stop 66 whose face 67 cooperates with the lateral face 68 of the front end 60 of the branch 41 of the blocking element 39. This stop 66 is arranged between two recesses 69, 70 in the which are housed the claws 56, 57. The penetration of these claws 56, 57 is limited by the bottoms 71, 72 of these recesses 69, 70.
When the opening is closed, the operation of the cremone bolt-lock, according to the invention, is as follows:
. The face 67 of the stop 66 of the unlocking means 65 pushes back the the front end 60 of the branch 41 and, by way of quence, the locking element 39 slides in the slide 55 sol-activating the spring 48. As a result, the rear end 43 is released of branch 41 of blocking element 39 of light 44 of ta-lon 17. The spiral spring 34 relaxes, and rotates the flas-29. The toothing 31 of the flange 29 drives the toothing 27 of the heel 17 and there is automatic displacement of the rod 6 from its position.
