Locking fitting according to claim 3, characterised in that the retaining rim (21) is defined by the slot provided for either at the level of a casing accommodating the control mechanism (3) of the locking fitting (1) or at the level of a face-plate the latter includes for the passing through of the head (13) of said spring-bolt (2).

Locking fitting according to claims 3 and 4, characterised in that the lever (14) includes, alongside its portion (26) that remains in all cases protruding with respect to the front edge of the casing accommodating said control mechanism (3) or, as the case may be, with respect to a face-plate, a control pawl (27) in the shape of a boss at the level of its outer edge (19), this control pawl (27) being protruding with respect to the back face (16) of the head (13) of the spring-bolt (2), so as to be capable of cooperating with the sash-frame, in particular the keeper (11) provided for receiving the spring-bolt (2) when closing the leaf of the door, French window or the like against this sash-frame.
  9. Locking fitting according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the spring-bolt (2) provided with retaining means (10) forms means capable of ensuring the unlocking of the locking means (29) provided for maintaining further locking organs, such as operating rods, in their unlocked position against the action of springy restoring means, when the leaf of the door, French window or the like is open.
