La clé 17 continue d'avancer et fait tourner de concert l'ensemble des galets 20,30 ; la rotation des galets de commande 20 entraíne la rotation de l'axe de commande 54 qui provoque la levée du coulisseau 50 guidé par sa queue-poussoir 51 dans l'alésage 41 et par la rainure 53z contre l'arbre 21. Claims (11)

  1. Key-operated electric safety switch comprising a casing surmounted by a control head and housing organs of electrical contact, the control head including:
    a control roller (20) capable of turning on an axis (X) in order to control the contact organs via a push-button,
    at least one slot (14, 16) for the passage of a control key (17) capable of being inserted in the head (12) or extracted from it in a general direction perpendicular to the rotation axis so as to cooperate with a notch (24, 25) provided on the periphery of the roller and to cause said roller to pivot,
    an unlocking component associated with the control roller so as to unlock it through the application of the key against said component,
       characterized in that:
    a lock (40) of the control roller (20) is housed in the head (12) in such a way as to move perpendicularly to the rotation axis (X) of the roller (20) and is solicited elastically so as to be inserted in a catch (26) of the roller,
    the unlocking component (30) may be applied by means of a cam surface (33) against the lock (40) in order to free the catch when the key is inserted.
  2. Switch according to claim 1, characterized in that the unlocking component is a rotating roller (30) adjacent to and coaxial with the control roller (20), presenting on its periphery at least one notch (31, 32) for receiving the key, the shapes of the notches (24, 25) of the control roller and (31, 32) of the unlocking roller and the control key (17) being such that, when first introduced, the key actuates the unlocking roller before the control roller.
  3. Switch according to claim 2, characterized in that the notch (31, 32) of the unlocking roller (30) extends over an angle which is greater than the control roller (20).
  4. Switch according to claim 1, characterized in that two unlocking rollers (30a, 30b) are provided, these unlocking rollers being positioned symmetrically in relation to a central control roller (20), this central control roller being linked to the push-button (44) through the intermediary of a small connecting rod (42) articulated with the central control roller and the push-button.
  5. Switch according to claim 1, characterized in that two unlocking rollers (30a, 30b) are provided, these unlocking rollers being positioned symmetrically in relation to a central control roller (20), this central control roller being linked by an axis liaison (54) and control groove (53y; 53f) to the crosshead (52) of a slider (50) fitted with a tail (51) constituting the push-button.
  6. Switch according to claim 5, characterized in that the slider (50) is guided both by its tail (51) into a cylindrical aperture (41) of the control head or the casing and by a guiding groove (53z) of its crosshead (52) against the rotation shaft (41) of the control roller (20).
  7. Switch according to claims 4 or 5, characterized in that the central control roller (20) consists of two rollers (20a, 20b) each paired with an unlocking roller (30a, 30b).
  8. Switch according to claims 5 or 6, characterized in that the tail (51) of the slider (50) houses the lock(s) (40) and its (their) return spring(s) (45).
  9. Switch according to claims 5 or 6, characterized in that the crosshead (52) of the slider (50) presents arms (52a, 52b) which laterally envelop the unlocking rollers (30).
  10. Switch according to claim 5, characterized in that each unlocking roller (30) is firmly attached in rotation to a support component (60) of an individual return spring (56).
  11. Switch according to claim 5, characterized in that the control groove (53f) is oriented along an inclined axis (F).
