Claims (11)

  1. Schlüssel-Sicherheitsschalter, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse, auf welchem sich ein Steuerkopf befindet, welches elektrische Kontaktelemente enthält; Der Steuerkopf umfasst:
    eine Steuerscheibe (20) die imstande ist, um eine Achse (X) zu drehen, um über eine Taste des Kontaktelements zu steuern,
    mindestens einen Verbindungsschlitz (14, 16) für einen Steuerschlüssel (17), der in den Kopf (12) eingesteckt oder von diesem herausgezogen zu werden kann, dies in einer allgemeinen senkrechten Richtung zur Drehachse, um mit einer Kerbe (24, 25) zusammenzuwirken, die auf dem äußeren Umfang der Scheibe vorgesehen ist und diese zum Drehen bringt,
    ein, mit der Steuerscheibe verbundenes Entriegelungsteil, um seine Entriegelung durch Anwendung des Schlüssels gegen das besagte Teil auszulösen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    eine Sperre (40) der Steuerscheibe (20) die im Kopf (12) so eingelagert ist, dass sie sich senkrecht zur Drehachse (X) der Scheibe (20) bewegt und elastisch beansprucht wird, um in einer Kerbe (26) der Scheibe einzurasten,
    das Entriegelungsteil (30), das mittels einer Nockenfläche (33) gegen die Sperre (40) angesetzt werden kann, um sie bei Einstecken des Schlüssels von der Kerbe freizulegen
  2. Schalter nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entriegelungsteil eine Drehscheibe (30) ist, angrenzend an die Steuerscheibe (20), koaxial zu dieser und die auf ihrem äußeren Umfang mindestens eine Kerbe (31, 32) zur Schlüsselaufnahme enthält, wobei die Formen der Kerben (24, 25) der Steuerscheibe (31, 32) und der Entriegelungsscheibe und des Steuerschlüssels (17) so sind, dass der Schlüssel beim Einstecken zuerst die Entriegelungsscheibe, vor der Steuerscheibe betätigt.
  3. Schalter nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kerbe (31, 32) der Entriegelungsscheibe (30) sich über einen größeren Winkel öffnet als die Steuerscheibe (20)
  4. Schalter nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Entriegelungsscheiben (30a, 30b) vorgesehen sind, die symmetrisch im Verhältnis zu einer zentralen Steuerscheibe (20) angeordnet sind, wobei diese über einen Schwingarm (42) mit der Taste (44) verbunden ist, die gelenkig an der zentralen Steuerscheibe und an der Taste angebracht ist.
  5. Schalter nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Entriegelungsscheiben (30a, 30b) vorgesehen sind, die symmetrisch im Verhältnis zu einer zentralen Steuerscheibe (20) angeordnet sind, wobei diese über eine Achsverbindung (54) und Steuerrillen (53y, 53f) mit dem Kreuzkopf (52) eines Schiebers (50) verbunden ist, der mit einem Endstück (51) ausgestattet ist, welcher eine Taste bildet.
  6. Schalter nach Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (50) einerseits über sein Endstück (51) in einer zylindrischen Öffnung (41) des Steuerkopfs oder des Gehäuses geführt wird, andererseits durch eine Führungsrille (53z) seines Kreuzkopfes (52) gegen die Drehwelle (41) der Steuerscheibe (20)
  7. Schalter nach Patentanspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zentrale Steuerscheibe (20) aus zwei Scheiben (20a, 20b) besteht, jede mit einer Entriegelungsscheibe (30a, 30b) gepaart.
  8. Schalter nach Patentanspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endstück (51) des Schiebers (50) die Sperre(n) (40) und deren Rückzugfeder(n) (45) lagert.
  9. Schalter nach Patentanspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kreuzkopf (52) des Schiebers (50) Arme aufweist (52a, 52b), die die Entriegelungsscheiben (30) seitlich umhüllen.
  10. Schalter nach Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Entriegelungsscheibe (30) in der Drehung mit einem Trägerteil (60) einer individuellen Rückzugfeder (56) verbunden ist.
  11. Schalter nach Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerrille (53f) nach einer geneigten Achse (F) ausgerichtet ist.
