- Verriegelungssystem für eine Zugangstür eines Sektionaltors, umfassend:- einen Wagen (38),- ein Zwischenteil (34), das derart mit dem Wagen (38) verbunden ist, dass es sich mit diesem bewegt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenteil (34) Folgendes beinhaltet: einen vorspringenden Teil, der einen ersten Riegel (42) bildet, und eine Aufnahme, die eine Anschlagfläche (52, 54) aufweist,
und dass das Verriegelungssystem ferner Folgendes beinhaltet:- ein Schließteil (70) mit einer zu dem ersten Riegel (42) komplementären Form, das an den ersten Riegel (42) angepasste Rückhaltemittel (74) aufweist und dazu bestimmt ist, in einem feststehenden Pfosten (12) montiert zu werden,- einen zweiten Riegel (24), der dazu bestimmt ist, an der Zugangstür des Sektionaltors befestigt zu werden, der eine an die Aufnahme des Zwischenteils (34) angepasste Form aufweist und der in dieser Aufnahme zwischen einer Schließposition, in der er an der Anschlagfläche (52, 54) zur Anlage kommt, was sein Austreten aus der Aufnahme verhindert, und einer Freigabeposition beweglich ist, in welcher sich der zweite Riegel (24) von der Anschlagfläche (52, 54) löst und aus der Aufnahme austreten kann, wodurch die Zugangstür von dem Zwischenteil (34) freigegeben wird,- ein flexibles Element, um den zweiten Riegel (24) von seiner Schließposition in seine Freigabeposition übergehen zu lassen, und- ein System zur Freigabe (64) des ersten Riegels (42) in Bezug auf das Schließteil (70), das durch ein Steuerteil (68) betätigt wird, das von dem Zwischenteil (34) getragen wird, wobei das Freigabesystem derart mit den Rückhaltemitteln (74) zusammenwirken kann, dass der erste Riegel (42) freigegeben wird und das Steuerteil (68) auf das Freigabesystem (64) einwirkt, wenn der zweite Riegel (24) in seine Aufnahme in dem Zwischenteil (34) zurückkehrt. - Verriegelungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenteil (34) eine zentrale Wand (44) beinhaltet, die den Boden der Aufnahme bildet, dass der erste Riegel (42) in Form eines Bügels mit einer Basis (58) vorliegt, die sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu der zentralen Wand (44) erstreckt, wobei die Basis (58) durch zwei Äste (60) des Bügels mit dieser zentralen Wand verbunden ist, und dass die Rückhaltemittel zwei flexible Zungen (74) beinhalten, wobei die Basis (58) und die flexiblen Zungen (74) derart ausgebildet sind, dass, wenn der erste Riegel (42) in das Schließteil (70) eindringt, die Zungen (74) durch die Basis (58) zuerst voneinander beabstandet werden und anschließend in ihre Ruheposition zurückkehren können, wodurch sie eine Bewegung des ersten Riegels (42) in der umgekehrten Richtung verhindern.
- Verriegelungssystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Freigabesystem einen Bereich (64) von im Wesentlichen konischer Form beinhaltet, der in einer Richtung senkrecht zu der Basis (58) schiebbar montiert ist und im Wesentlichen parallel zu den Ästen (60) des Bügels ist, um die flexiblen Zungen (74) voneinander zu entfernen, wenn sich der im Wesentlichen konische Bereich (64) an die Basis (58) annähert, und dass das Steuerteil (68) ein Teil ist, das um eine Achse parallel zu der Basis (58) angelenkt ist und elastisch vorgespannt ist, um in die Aufnahme des Zwischenteils (34) vorzuragen, wobei das Teil eine Position im Wesentlichen parallel zu der zentralen Wand (44) einnimmt, wenn sich der zweiten Riegel (24) in seiner Position in seiner Aufnahme befindet und in dieser Position am Freigabesystem anliegt.
- Verriegelungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenteil (34) eine zentrale Wand (44) beinhaltet, die den ersten Riegel (42) von der Aufnahme des Zwischenteils (34) trennt, wobei der zweite Riegel (24) um eine Achse (26) senkrecht zu der zentralen Wand (44) schwenkbar montiert ist.
- Verriegelungssystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwei zweite Riegel (24) beinhaltet, die beide um eine Achse (26) senkrecht zu der zentralen Wand (44) schwenkbar montiert sind, wobei die zwei Riegel (24) derart miteinander in Eingriff sind, dass das Schwenken des einen in einer Richtung zum Schwenken des anderen in der entgegengesetzten Richtung führt.
- Verriegelungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner eine Scheibe (78) beinhaltet, die einer Klinke (80) eines Türschließsteuerungssystems zugeordnet ist, wobei die Scheibe (78) mit der Klinke (80) in Drehung versetzt wird, und dass ein Seil oder dergleichen den zweiten Riegel (24) mit der Scheibe (78) verbindet.
- Verriegelungssystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (78), die durch die Klinke (80) in Drehung versetzt wird, mit einem anderen Seil verbunden ist, wobei das Letztgenannte mit einem Bolzen (96) verbunden ist, der sich translatorisch verschiebt.
- Verriegelungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenteil (34) eine zentrale Wand (44) beinhaltet, die den ersten Riegel (42) von der Aufnahme des Zwischenteils trennt, und dass ein Bolzen (57) senkrecht zu der zentralen Wand (44) schiebbar montiert ist.
- Sektionaltor, beinhaltend:- mehrere aneinander angelenkte Platten (8), wobei eine Endplatte eine Zugangstür (10) bildet,- eine Führungsschiene, genannt obere Schiene (6),- einen Pfosten (12), der senkrecht zu der Führungsschiene (6) ist und auf der Seite der Zugangstür (10) einen Anschlag für das Tor bei seiner Bewegung entlang der Führungsschiene (6) bildet,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Verriegelungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 beinhaltet.
- Sektionaltor nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagen (38) in der Führungsschiene (6) schiebbar montiert ist,
dass das Schließteil (70) mit der zu dem ersten Riegel (42) komplementären Form am Pfosten (12) angeordnet ist,
dass der zweite Riegel (24) an der Zugangstür (10) montiert ist,
dass sich das Zwischenteil (34) bei geschlossener Position des Sektionaltors und der Zugangstür (10) zwischen dem Schließteil (70) und dem zweiten Riegel (24) befindet,
dass es das Freigabesystem (64) ermöglicht, den ersten Riegel (42) vom Schließteil (70) zu trennen, und
dass das flexible Element auf den zweiten Riegel (24) einwirken kann, um ihm zu ermöglichen, aus seiner Aufnahme in dem Zwischenteil (34) auszutreten und auf diese Weise die Zugangstür (10) von dem Zwischenteil (34) freizugeben.
