Description

The present invention relates to a lock for a motor vehicle opening, with opening control and / or mechanical or electrical locking / unlocking.

In certain locks for a motor vehicle door, when the lock is in its locked state and an outside door handle is lifted before the unlocking information is transmitted to said lock, the external opening lever connected to said handle can block the unlocking mechanism, which prohibits the opening of the lock. For example, for such an electric locking / unlocking lock, in an emergency where a user of the vehicle rushes to the vehicle in panic and attempts to open a door by lifting the outside handle, before the driver of the vehicle was able to send a signal of unlocking using its remote control box, the electric motors of the various locks provoke the unlocking of the door locks whose external handle is not actuated, while the unlocking of the lock whose outer handle is kept raised, is blocked.
It is known in the prior art the document EP-A-0 834 631 which describes a lock for opening a motor vehicle, comprising: a latch bolt, a pawl movable between a first position in which it holds the bolt in a closed position, and a second position in which it releases the bolt to allow opening the lock, an opening control lever adapted to act on the pawl to move from its first to its second position, an external opening lever capable of causing the opening of the lock, under the action of an external opening control means, for example a handle or an outer door pallet, a locking lever adapted to move a disengageable connecting rod between an engaged position in which the outer opening lever can cooperate, when its opening stroke, with said link rod and, via it, with the opening control lever to cause the opening of the lock, and u disengaged position in which the opening stroke of the outer opening lever does not interfere with said connecting rod, which prevents the opening of the lock, at least one member adapted to block the movement of said connecting rod when it is in its disengaged position, an anti-panic means interposed between the locking lever and the connecting rod to allow, on the one hand, the movement of the connecting rod by the locking lever, when said organ is at rest, and secondly, the displacement of the locking lever to its unlocked position, when said member is in its locking position of the link rod, the unlocking energy resulting from the displacement of the unlocking lever being stored by said anti-panic means, to automatically trigger the movement of the connecting rod towards its engaged position as soon as said organ returns to its position ion of rest.
This system does not allow the unlocking of the lock when a member of the lock is blocking the kinematic chain opening the lock.
It appears advantageous to propose a lock of unlocking having a reinforced tamper, allowing the unlocking of the lock even when a member of the lock comes to block the kinematic chain opening of the lock.
For this purpose, and according to a first object, there is provided a lock according to claim 1.

In a particular embodiment, said anti-panic means comprises two separate locking links, the respective displacements of which are connected by an elastic linkage means, the first locking link cooperating with the locking lever and the second locking link cooperating with each other. with said link rod, so that, on the one hand, the displacement of the locking lever, when said member is at rest, causes the displacement of the connecting rod, via the two locking links, and on the other hand, the displacement of the locking lever towards its unlocked position, when said member blocks the connecting rod and the second locking link, causes both the displacement of the first locking link, and the elastic deformation of the locking means. elastic connection which stores the unlocking energy, the return of said member to its position d e rest releasing the connecting rod, which moves to its engaged position under the action of the second locking rod moving under the effect of the elastic biasing of the elastic connecting means.

Preferably, the two locking links are pivotally mounted on the same axis and are rotatably connected to each other by a torsion spring constituting the elastic connection means.

Advantageously, the outer opening lever constitutes a locking member of the link rod, said outer opening lever being adapted at the end of the opening stroke to block the link rod in its disengaged position.

According to the invention, the lock comprises a superlocking lever cooperating with said anti-panic means so as to block, in the superlocked position, the displacement of the link rod in its disengaged position, and to allow the displacement of the locking lever towards its unlocked position, said anti-panic means storing the unlocking energy resulting from the displacement of the locking lever to automatically trigger the movement of said connecting rod towards its engaged position, when the deadlocking lever returns to its rest position, said superlocking lever constituting a locking member of the connecting rod.

In this case, it can be provided that the superlocking lever, in its supercondeamated position, is able to block the displacement of said second locking link, so that the displacement of the locking lever to its unlocked position causes both the displacement of said first locking link and the elastic deformation of the elastic connecting means, the return of the superlocking lever to its rest position releasing the second locking link which, under the effect of the elastic biasing of the elastic means of connection, can move the connecting rod to its engaged position,

Advantageously, the superlocking lever is able to block, in its supercondeamed position, the rotation of the second locking link towards its unlocked position, whereas the said second locking linkage is able to block, in its unlocked position, the movement of the lever. from supercondemnation to his super-condemned position.

In a particular embodiment, the lock comprises an electric motor for superlocking control cooperating, via a gear train, with a toothed sector of the lever of superlocking.

Advantageously, the locking lever cooperates with an inner locking lever, for example linked to a furrow puller, and with an electric motor for locking / unlocking control, via a gear train. For a front door lock, the locking lever also cooperates with an external locking lever, for example linked to a lock cylinder, the external locking lever being able to cooperate with the deadlocking lever in order to displace it. idle position, when the outer locking lever is moved to its unlocked position.

According to yet another feature, the connecting rod cooperates with an inner opening lever so that, in the engaged position of said connecting rod, the inner opening lever is able to cause the opening of the lock via said link rod, and in the disengaged position of the connecting rod, the opening stroke of the inner opening lever does not interfere with said connecting rod.

For the manufacture of motor vehicle door locks, it is known to separately manufacture several modules or compartments to be assembled to form the complete lock. These compartments or modules are generally intended respectively for the retention members, the kinematic members, and where appropriate, the electric control members of the lock.

It appears advantageous to provide a lock for opening a motor vehicle, which comprises a new arrangement of the compartments or modules of the lock, in order to facilitate the final assembly, and to reduce manufacturing costs.

For this purpose, and according to a second object the lock for opening of a motor vehicle, consists of a first module which comprises a retention compartment containing the retention members of the lock, in particular a latch of a latch and a latch. locking pawl of the bolt in at least one retaining position of the striker, a part of the kinematic chain of opening and locking of the lock being mounted on a mounting surface of said first module, opposite said retention compartment a second module on which is mounted the other part of the kinematic chain of opening and locking of the lock, said second module coming to fit on the first module on the side of said mounting face, and a cowling for covering the second module and the mounting face of the first module, all of the two modules and the cowling being assembled by connecting means.

Advantageously, the connecting means are constituted by at least two pins or stepped screws which successively pass through a metal plate against the first module, the body of the second module and the cowling, at least one of the pins or shoulder screws serves as rotation axis to at least one lever of the lock. In this case, one of the pins or shouldered screw can serve as a pivot axis for an inner locking lever mounted on the second module and intended to be connected for example to a furrow zipper.

It can also be provided that one of the pins or shoulder screw serves as a pivot axis for an inner opening lever on the second module.

In a particular embodiment, the first module comprises a plastic housing and a metal counterplate defining between them the retention compartment, the mounting face of the first module being defined by the bottom wall of said housing, opposite to the retention compartment. .

Preferably, on the second module, there is mounted an inner opening lever intended to be connected to an inner opening control means, for example an interior door handle or paddle, a central locking lever, a lever for internal locking cooperating with said central locking lever and intended to be connected, for example, to a furrow pull, and a locking electric motor co-operating, via a gear train, with the central locking lever .

The second module further comprises, for a front door lock, an external locking lever cooperating with said central locking lever and intended to be connected to a lock cylinder.

In this case, on the second module, can be mounted, in addition, a superlocking lever and an electric motor of overlapping cooperating, via another gear, with the lever of superlocking.

In addition, the second module can be provided with child-locking means cooperating with the inner opening lever, and a child-locking electric motor cooperating with another gear train with said gear train. means of conviction child.

In a particular embodiment, the gear train of the conduction control electric motor comprises a worm on which is screwed a nut provided with two drive ears and a guide pin, said nut being able to translate to move the central locking lever via one of the drive ears, following the race of condemning or unlocking the nut, said guide pin forming a cam follower member which engages in a cam path formed on the mounting face of the first module, for tilting said nut of a driving ear to the other, at the end of the condemnation or unlocking race.

Advantageously, on the mounting face of the first module, are mounted an external opening lever intended to be connected to an external control means, for example an outside door handle or pallet, an opening control lever able to cooperate with the pawl, a transfer lever adapted to cooperate with an inner opening lever mounted on the second module, a disengageable connection rod intended to link in rotation the external opening lever, the transfer lever and the control lever opening in its engaged position, while in the disengaged position of the connecting rod, the opening races of the outer opening lever and the transfer lever do not interfere with said link rod.

On the mounting face of the first module can also be mounted an anti-panic means comprising two separate locking links whose respective movements are connected by an elastic connecting means, the first locking link being intended to cooperate with a locking lever second module, and the second locking link being connected to the link rod, so that on the one hand, the displacement of the central locking lever, when the outer opening lever is at rest, causes the displacement of the connecting rod, via the two locking links, and secondly, the displacement of the central locking lever to its unlocked position, when the outer opening lever is at the end of the opening stroke, causes both the displacement of the first locking link, and the elastic deformation of the elastic connection means ue, the displacement of the second locking link being blocked by the outer opening lever via the connecting rod, the return of the outer opening lever to its rest position releasing the connecting rod, which is moves towards its disengaged position under the action of the second locking link, which moves under the effect of the elastic biasing of the elastic connection means.

Advantageously, the first module comprises, in its retention compartment, a probe adapted to cooperate with a profile of the bolt to indicate at least its open position and its closed position, said probe being integral in rotation with a contact element mounted on said mounting face. In this case, the second module may comprise at least one contactor intended to cooperate with said contact element which passes through an arcuate guide slot formed in the body of the second module. Preferably, the contact element comprises at least one branch having an inclined ramp for pressing a pushbutton of the contactor, during the rotation of the probe, under the action of the pivoting of the bolt between a holding position of the latch and a release position of the striker.

It also appears advantageous to provide a door lock for a motor vehicle, the arrangement of the child locking means has been improved.

For this purpose, the lock for car baskess of a vehicle, including child locking means able to prohibit the opening of the lock by an inner opening lever, when actuating an internal control means, for example an inside door handle or pallet, said child locking means comprising a control button accessible from the outside of the lock, in particular in the open door position, and a child locking linkage movable by said button between a child unlocked position and a child locked position, comprises a disengageable connection means cooperating with the child locking link and the inner opening lever, so that, in the unlocked position child, said connecting means engages the connection between the opening lever interior and an intermediate opening lever cooperating with a retaining pawl of a strike of the lock, and in the locked child position, the opening stroke of the inner opening lever does not interfere with said child locking link and said intermediate opening lever.

In a particular embodiment, said disengageable connection means comprises a connecting pin Intercalated between said inner opening lever and said intermediate opening lever, so that, on the one hand, said connecting pin links in rotation the inner opening lever and the intermediate opening lever, when the pin is moved by the child locking rod in the child unlocked position and, on the other hand, the connecting pin can freely move relative to the intermediate lever d. opening and to the child locking link, under the action of the inner opening lever, when the pin is moved by the child locking rod in the child locked position.

In this case, the inner opening lever may comprise an oblong slot in which the connecting pin can slide between its child and child unlocked positions, said light extending substantially radially with respect to the axis of rotation of the lever. Inner opening to link in rotation the latter with the connecting pin. The intermediate lever opening can comprise a substantially L-shaped light, a first leg of the L corresponding to the oblong slot of the inner opening lever to allow the sliding of the pin between its child and child unlocked positions, while the second leg of the L allows the displacement of the connecting pin from its child locked position, during the opening stroke of the inner opening lever, the first leg extending substantially radially and the second leg extending substantially in is circle relative to to the axis of rotation of the intermediate opening lever.

Advantageously, the child-locking link cooperates, via a gear train, with an electric child-restraint control motor, to move said child-locking link between its child-locked and child-unlocked positions. It can be provided that the child locking rod is movable in translation and comprises a pin integral in translation with a rack which meshes with a toothed wheel driven by said electric motor for child restraint control.

According to another characteristic, the child locking linkage comprises an elongate groove substantially corresponding to the second branch of the L-shaped opening intermediate lever and in which said connecting pin engages, said groove being arranged so as to cause the displacement of the pin in connection between its child and child unlocked positions, and to allow the free sliding of said connecting pin, during the opening stroke of the inner opening lever.

Preferably, the rack cooperates with a switch to indicate the condemned position child or unlocked child.

According to yet another characteristic, the child locking means and the inner opening lever are mounted on a module of the lock which is separated, before assembly, from another module which contains the retention members of the lock.

In a particular embodiment, the child locking linkage comprises a boss cooperating with a flexible tongue of a body of the lock, to define the two stable positions, locked child and unlocked child, of said child locking rod, from and other said tab, by elastic crossing of said tongue by said boss.

The lock consists essentially of three parts, namely a first module M1 represented on the Figures 1 to 6 , a second module M2 represented on the Figures 7 to 19 , and a cowling C shown on the figure 20 , all of these three parts being assembled on the figure 21 .

The module M1 will now be described in detail. The module M1 comprises a plastic housing 1 and a metal counterplate 2, which define between them a retention compartment 3. The metal counterplate 2 has a substantially L-shape, the smaller wing has two lugs 4 which extend perpendicularly to the plane of the large wing against the plate, said legs 4 being pierced by 4a for the passage of a pin on the 5 visible figure 20 . As better visible on Figures 4 to 6 and 21, against the plate 2 has on its edge opposite the small wing, a lug 6 bent at 90 ° along the box 1. A tongue 6a is cut into the leg 6, so as to be folded over a flat portion 1a of the box 1, during the assembly of the box 1 against the plate 2. an opening 7 extends partially over the greater wing and the small wing against the plate 2 for the passage a strike intended to be fixed to the bodywork of a vehicle. The large wing of the counter plate 2 has three holes 8 for receiving fastening screws, for fixing the lock on the edge of a door of the vehicle. The large wing of the counterplate 2 comprises four other holes 9 to 12 for respectively receiving the pivot axis 13 of a bolt 14, the pivot axis 15 of a pawl 16, the pivot axis 17 to opening members of the lock, and the pivot pin 18 (see figure 3 ) for a bolt sensor 19. A seal 20 is intended to be mounted on the edge of the opening 7 which extends along the small flange of the counterplate 2. This seal 20 said seal Drainage is intended to seal between the inner door box and the lock. This seal is intended to prevent water infiltration into the lock, due to the possible flow of water in the cross clearance between the door and the body, due to manufacturing tolerances. This rubber seal 20 may be molded with projecting studs 20 a, which are intended to engage in corresponding holes 2a along the opening 7 on the small wing of the counterplate 2, to ensure the attachment of the seal 20 to the against-plate. Alternatively, the rubber seal 20 could be overmolded on the housing 1, instead of being attached to the backplate. The counterplate 2 can be fixed to the casing 1 by riveting, or by stapling, for example by means of a clip 21 of the counterplate 2 which snaps onto an edge of the box 1.

The bottom of the retention compartment 3 of the box 1 comprises a recess 22 forming the drain for the striker. The hood 22 includes a flexible tab 22 is intended to cushion the entry of the striker in the hood. A wedge striker in the rubber 23, to substantially square profile, is housed in the hood 22, with a part of the wedge and striker 23 positioned below the flexible tab 22 is to calibrate the height position of the striker relative to the lock. The bottom of the retention compartment 3 is pierced with three holes 24, which are intended to align with the holes 8 of the counterplate 2, for the passage of the fastening screws (not shown). The bottom of the retention compartment 3 comprises four additional holes 25 to 28 intended to align respectively with the holes 9 to 12 of the counterplate 2 for the passage respectively of the axes 13, 15, 17 and 18. An opening 29 substantially in a circular arc also crosses the bottom of the retention compartment 3 for the passage of a pin 30 of the pawl 16 (see figure 4 ). The pin 30 may be an insert which is crimped onto the pawl 16. Alternatively, the pin 30 may be formed by stamping the pawl 16. In this case, it is possible to provide a plastic overmoulding on the stamped pawl of the pawl, for increase the final height of the pawl pawl. Advantageously, the ratchet hole for the passage of the axis 15 may comprise a plastic overmoulding, to avoid a metal / metal contact capable of generating noise. A return spring 31 is mounted on the axis 15 of the pawl 16, with one leg abutting against the pawl of the pawl, while the other leg bears on a portion 1b of the housing 1.

The bolt 14 is of the fork type and overmoulded plastic. However, on one of the branches of the fork of the bolt 14, two notches 14, 14b are exposed to contact with a 16 tooth pawl 16. When the tooth 16 a pawl 16 retains the notch 14a of bolt 14, the lock is in the closed position, while, when the tooth 16 a cooperates with the notch 14b, the lock is in the half-open or semi-closed position. The other branch of the fork of the bolt 14 also has two denuded portions 14 c, 14 d. In the case where the bolt is brought back, for example by hand, in a retaining position by the pawl, when the door is in the open position, if the user violently closes the door by slamming, the strike abuts against the bare portions 14 c or 14 d of the bolt, which avoids any risk of bursting of plastic over-molding of the bolt, such bursting may cause friction of the bolt on the backplate.

The bolt 14 comprises, at the opposite of its fork portion a projecting stripped 32 having a cam profile adapted to cooperate with the feeler 19. The projecting portion 32 has, opposite the cam 32, a range of support 32b, which is adapted to abut against one of the fixing screw when the bolt has been previously returned manually to its closing position. A return spring 33 is mounted on the axis 13 of the bolt 14, a leg spring 33 bearing against the bearing surface 32 b of the bolt 14, while the other limb of the spring 33 is inserted in a slot 25 has hole 25, as visible on the figure 3 .

Avantageusement, le cale-gâche 23 et le joint d'étanchéité 20 sont surmoulés en même temps sur le boîtier 1.Advantageously, the chock-keeper 23 and the seal 20 are overmoulded at the same time on the casing 1.

The probe 19 constitutes a cam follower element, which is intended to bear against the cam profile 32a of the bolt 14, said probe 19 being intended to pivot, during the rotation of the bolt 14, to indicate its different positions, by example, closed, semi-closed and open. The probe 19 is integral in rotation with the axis 18. A return spring 34 is mounted on the shaft 18 for constantly remind the feeler 19 bears against the cam profile 32 of the bolt 14. The axis 18 extends on the side opposite to the probe 19 by a fork 35 having two parallel branches 35 a, 35 b, whose functions will be explained later.

For this purpose, the central locking lever 70 comprises an arm 73 whose free end 73 a is folded at 90 ° to the underside of the body 60 to be interposed with an angular movement between the fingers 68 of the lever outside locking 68. Said bent end portion 73 a extends at a right angle by a pin 74 in the form of drop of water, which is intended to be inserted between the legs of the fork 46b of the second locking link 46 of the first module M1. The central locking lever 70 comprises another radial branch bent at 90 °, the free end of which is fork-shaped 75. The fork 75 passes through the bottom of the body 60, as visible on the figure 10 . Between the branches of the fork 75, there is interposed a pin 76 is in the form of drop of internal locking lever 76. The internal locking lever 76 has a substantially V-shaped, and is hinged to a side wall the body 60 at the free end 76 b of one of the branches of the V. the stud-shaped drop 76 has extending from said end 76 b. Said free end 76 b includes a projecting stud intended to engage in a clip 77 provided on a side wall of the body 60. The internal locking lever 76 may be connected to the base of the V to a frieze zipper for front door . In this case, the front frieze zipper acts on the inner locking lever 76 in the vertical direction on the figure 10 . For a rear door, the frieze zipper is connected to the free end of the other leg of the V, the rear frieze zipper acting on the inner locking lever in a horizontal direction on the figure 10 .

The body 60 further comprises, on its underside, two protruding tabs 80 serving as a bearing for the electric motor 42. Two other protruding lugs 81 serve as a bearing for a worm 82 extending parallel to the motor 42. end 82 is coaxially secured to a toothed wheel 83, which meshes with a motor pinion 84, as visible on the Figures 11 and 12 . On the worm 82, is screwed a nut 85 which has a guide pin 86 projecting towards the housing 1, so as to engage in the aforementioned cam path 43. In contrast to the finger 86, the nut 85 has two projecting ears 87 (only one ear 87 being visible on the Figures 9 and 10 ), Said lugs being angularly offset and provided respectively at each longitudinal end of the nut 85, so that said ears 87 can alternately come in abutment against a stud 69a of the intermediate lever 69. The locking pin 86 protrudes perpendicularly to an axial plane of the nut and ears 87 protrude from the other side of this plane. When sentencing race of the nut 85, one of the ears 87 builds on the peg 69a, while in the unlocking stroke in the opposite direction of the nut is the other ear 87 which bears against said pin 69a. The conviction intermediate lever 69 has a notch 69b into which can engage a needle 88 slidably mounted in a housing 70 a of the central locking lever 70. The needle 88 is biased by a spring 89 accommodated in said housing 70 has, to the notch 69 b of the intermediate lever 69. the locking operation of the tilting nut 85 is described in more detail in European patent No. 433 103 , and will now be briefly described.

When the lock is in the unlocked position, the finger 86 of the nut 85 is located at the right end of the upper groove 43 b and an ear 87 of the nut 85 is located in front of the pin 69a of the intermediate lever sentence 69 (on the figure 10 , the lever 69 is shown spaced from the ear 87, to facilitate the visibility of the drawing, when in fact, the lever 69 is located near the ear 87). When the locking of the lock is electrically controlled, for example by an infrared control, the electric motor 42 is powered. The reversible electric motor 42 rotates the driving pinion 84 whose rotational movement is transmitted to the screw 82 by the toothed wheel 83. The rotation of the screw 82 causes the nut 85 to move to the left, parallel to the axis A. the nut 85 comes into contact with the ear 87 in vis-à-vis with the pin 69a of the intermediate lever 69. the nut 85 causes, during its translation, the intermediate lever 69 pivoted around the axis 67. The rotation of the intermediate lever 69 simultaneously drives the rotation of the central locking lever 70, through the connection between the needle 88 engaged in the notch 69 b of the intermediate lever 69. During the translation of the nut 85, the finger 86 runs along the upper edge of the upper groove 43b . When finger 86 is at the left end of the upper groove 43 b , the central locking lever 70 has undergone the necessary rotation to bring the lock in its locked position.

Dans cette position, l'autre oreille 87 de l'écrou 85 se trouve face au pion 69a.Then the finger 86 along the ramp 43 c, causing the tilting of the nut 85, to escape the counter 69 has the ear 87. However, the central locking lever 70 can not rotate further because it is held in its position condemned by the internal locking lever 76 connected to the furrow zipper. Therefore, the intermediate lever 69 disengages in rotation from the central locking lever 70, the needle 88 retreating into its housing 70 has against the spring 89, to allow a slight additional rotation of the intermediate lever 69. As soon as the first ear escaped the pin 69 a, the intermediate lever 69 will return to its position of alignment with the central locking lever 70, under the effect of spring 89, which pushes the needle 88 in the notch 69 b. When the finger 86 of the nut 85 reaches the bottom of the ramp 43 c, it enters the groove bottom 43a. In this position, the other ear 87 of the nut 85 faces the pin 69 a.

Puis, le doigt 86 se déplace jusqu'à l'extrémité gauche de la rainure inférieure 43a, parallèlement à l'axe A.Then, the finger 86 moves to the lower left end of the groove 43 has, parallel to the axis A.

When the locking of the lock is canceled by electrical control, the nut 85 describes a translation movement in the opposite direction to the movement described above. For this, the electric motor 42 controls, through the pinion 84 and the toothed wheel 83, a rotational movement, in the opposite direction to the previous one, of the screw 82. In a first step, the nut 85 moves to the right parallel to the axis A, along the lower edge of the lower groove 43 a . During the translation of the nut 85, the other ear 87 is supported in turn on the other side of the pin 69a of the intermediate lever 69, which causes the reverse rotation of the intermediate lever 69 and therefore, the central locking lever 70. When the finger 86 reaches the right end of the lower groove 43 a, the central locking lever 70 is returned to its unlocked position.

Then, the finger 86 of the nut 85 runs along the ramp 43 d , which causes a tilting of the nut 85, to escape the finger 69 has the ear 87. However, as the central locking lever 70 can rotate more, the intermediate lever 69 disengages the rotating central locking lever 70, pushing the needle 88 in its housing 70 has, until the ear 87 escapes the pawn 69 a . As soon as the ear 87 has escaped the pawn has 69, the intermediate lever 69 returns to its original position by the spring 89 which pushes the needle 88 in the notch 69 b of the intermediate lever 69.

L'écrou 85 achève son mouvement de translation à l'extrémité droite de la rainure supérieure 43b, en écartant légèrement ladite oreille 87 du pion 69a.Finally, the finger 86 reaches the top of the ramp 43 d and engages the upper groove 43 b, which causes the first lug 87 opposite the finger 69 a. The nut 85 completes its translational motion to the right end of the upper groove 43 b, slightly away said lug 87 of the pin 69 a.

The body 60 of the second module M2 includes two slots in a circular arc 90 intended to be traversed by the branches 35 a, 35 b of the bracket 35 of the probe 19, as seen in Figures 7 to 12 . Alternatively, a single arcuate slot 90 could be provided, when the bolt has a single notch closure. In this case, the range 35 has only one branch. Referring to Figures 11 and 12 , It is seen that a contactor 91 is located on the upper face of module M2, to the right of each slot 90. Each switch 91 comprises a flexible metal tab 91a can be moved by a branch of the fork 35, to come sink a pushbutton 91b of the contactor 91. However, alternatively, one could remove the metal tabs 91a and provide a direct action of the arms of the fork 35 on the pushbuttons 91 b of the contactors 91. in this case, is provided on the branches of the fork 35 a cam slope, intended to abut against the push button 91 b to depress, during pivoting of the bolt to its open position. Indeed, the pivoting of the bolt to its open position is relatively progressively, under the action of decompression of the door seals, which prevents damage to the push button by the fork leg. Conversely, when the bolt pivots to its closed position, this pivoting can be relatively fast and violent, when the door is slammed. However, such a slam of the door does not risk Damage to the contactor, because in this case the fork leg releases the push button of the contactor.

Another contactor 92 for detecting the position of the frieze zipper is placed on the lower face of the body 60 (see FIG. Figures 7 to 10 ). This switch 92 may also include a flexible tongue for pressing a push button. The flexible tongue of the contactor 92 is intended to cooperate with the branch of the central locking lever 70, which carries the fork 75, as better visible on the figure 9 .

As better visible on Figures 11, 12 and 17 , 18 , the upper face of the module M2 has electrical connection pins 95 for the motor 42.

Referring to Figures 11 and 12 , One sees an inner opening lever 100, the end 100 has a branch is intended to be connected to an internal opening control means, for example a handle or an inner pallet front door, said lever inner opening 100 having a tab 100 b curved downward and through the bottom of the body 60 of the module M2, so as to cooperate with the tab 39 c of the transfer lever 39 of the first module M1. A return spring 101 comprises a branch which bears on the body 60 and another branch which bears on said tab 100b, to return the inner opening lever to its rest position.

On the Figures 13 to 19 another embodiment of the lock of the invention is shown, in which a child locking means is provided on the second module M2.

Au voisinage du pion de guidage 104c, le levier de condamnation enfant 104 comporte une rainure en arc de cercle 107 sensiblement en forme de U.The child-locking means includes a rotatable knob 102 one end of which has a slit 102 for introducing a tip of key and the other end is provided with a clip 102 b to its mounting on the body 60 of the M2 module. The knob 102 includes a radially projecting lug 103, which is articulated between a pair of forks 104 of a child-locking lever 104. One of the forks 104 of the child-locking lever 104 has a guide pin 104 b, which slides in a longitudinal slot 105 of the body 60, as visible on the figure 16 . The child locking lever 104 has at its opposite end to the forks 104 a , a second guide pin 104 c which is intended to slide in a longitudinal slot 106 of body 60 (see Figures 11 and 12 ). In the vicinity of the guide pinion 104c , the child locking lever 104 comprises a substantially U-shaped arcuate groove 107.

Dans ce cas, le ressort 101 précité est destiné à servir au rappel élastique du levier intermédiaire d'ouverture 118.An inside release lever 110 is hinged at one end 110a on the body 60 and intended to be connected at its opposite end 110b to an internal opening control means, for example a pallet or inner handle rear door. The inner opening lever 110 comprises a tab 111 against which is intended to bear a branch of a return spring 112. The spring 112 and the spring 101 above are intended to be mounted respectively on the studs 113, 114 of the body 60. As better visible on the figure 14 the inner opening lever 110 has an oblong slot 115 into which is slidable an intermediate aperture pin 116. The aperture intermediate pin 116 also engages in a substantially L-shaped lumen 117 of a intermediate opening lever 118. the pin 116 includes a central portion 116 has a larger diameter which is interposed between the levers 110 and 118. One branch 117 of the light L is intended to align with the light oblong opening 115 of the inner lever 110, while the other branch is substantially in an arc of circle centered on the pivot bearing 118 has the intermediate opening lever 118. the intermediate lever 118 and the opening lever inner opening 110 are coaxially articulated. The intermediate opening lever 118 comprises an arm 118 b, which is intended to cooperate with the lug 39 c of the transfer lever 39 of the first module M1. In this case, the aforementioned spring 101 is intended to serve for the elastic return of the intermediate opening lever 118.

Comme mieux visible sur la figure 19, le pion intermédiaire d'ouverture 116 s'engage également dans la rainure 107 du levier de condamnation enfant 104, du côté du levier intermédiaire d'ouverture 118.As better visible on the figure 19 , the intermediate aperture pin 116 also engages in the groove 107 of the child locking lever 104, on the side of the intermediate opening lever 118.

In the variant illustrated on the Figures 18 and 19 , the child locking means can be controlled by an electric child-locking motor 120, which is mounted between two tabs 121 serving as support bearing on the body 60, on the side of its upper face. The output shaft 120a of the motor 120 rotates a pinion 122 which meshes with a toothed wheel 123 coaxially integral with a gear 124 of smaller diameter for reducing overall use. The pinion 124 meshes with a rack 125 movable in translation and having a notch 125a which is engaged by the pin 104c of the child-locking lever 104. The body 60 of the module M2 can be equipped with a contact 126 cooperating with the rack 125, to detect the locked child position of the lock.

We will now describe the operation of the child locking means.

In the inactive position of the child locking means, the intermediate aperture pin 116 is positioned by the child locking lever 104, in the position illustrated in FIG. figure 15 . In this position, the inner opening lever 110 and the intermediate opening lever 118 are connected in rotation, by the pin 116 which is engaged in the radial branch of the light 117. Thus, during the lifting of the opening lever interior 110, the intermediate opening lever 118 is driven by the pin 116 to rotate, so that the branch 118b bears against the lug 39 c of the transfer lever 39, pivoted in turn on the axis 17 of first module M1. During the opening stroke of the inner opening lever 110, the intermediate opening pin 116 can freely slide in the groove 107 of the child locking lever 104. When the lock is unlocked, the pivoting of the transfer lever 39 causes , through the pin 50b of the connecting rod link 50, rotation of the opening control lever 37 which acts through its branch 37 to the pin 30 of the pawl 16 which is pivoted to its release position On the other hand, when the lock is locked, the pivoting of the transfer lever 39 does not cause the opening control lever 37 to rotate, since the stud 50 b of the connecting rod 50 is opposite the arcuate portion of the light 39 b L of the transfer lever 39, so that the opening stroke of the transfer lever 39 does not interfere with said pin 50 b.

To put the lock in child locked position, it is possible to actuate the motor 120, so that the rack 125 drives the pin 104 c of the child locking lever 104. Alternatively, the user can, in the open door position, insert the tip of his key in the slot 102 has the button 102 to rotate this button, which causes a similar translation of the lever child conviction 104.

The translation of the child locking lever 104 has the effect of translating the intermediate aperture pin 116, through the groove 107, until said pin 116 is in line with the other branch of the light 117 at L of the intermediate opening lever 118. Therefore, when the inner opening lever 110 is actuated, the intermediate aperture pin 116 is driven by the lever 110, but said pin 116 slides freely in the branch in an arc of the light 117, without rotating the intermediate opening lever 118. This has resulted in a decoupling between the inner opening lever 110 and the opening kinematic chain of the lock. The opening stroke of the inner opening lever 110 is enabled by the child locking lever 104, since the pin 116 can freely slide in the groove 107.

As better visible on the figure 18 , the child locking lever 104 comprises a boss 130, which is intended to cooperate with a flexible tongue 131 of the body 60, so as to define two stable positions for the child locking lever, by elastic crossing of said tongue 131 by the boss 130.

We will now describe the cowling C with reference to figures 20 and 21 . The cowling C comprises three passages 140 for electrical cable sheaths intended to be connected to the different contactors and motors of the lock. Another passage 141 is provided to allow access to the pins 95 of the motor 42.

The modules M1 and M2 and the cowling C are assembled via the two pins or stepped screws 5, one of which passes through the pads 113 and 114 of the second module M2 and serves as a pivot axis, either for the lever 100 'interior opening, for the inner opening lever 110 and the intermediate opening lever 118. The other pin or shoulder screw 5 is intended to pass through the end 76 b of the inner locking lever 76 to serve as hinge axis.

An advantageous characteristic of the lock is that all the members of the lock are mounted on the various modules by simply stapling or crimping, without using any fastening screws. In particular, the second module M2 is compact and the conductive tracks of the contactors are overmolded on the body 60. On the first module M1, the housing 1 can be arranged to overlap the upper edge of the metal plate 2, a gutter being provided at above the overlap portion on the housing 1, said channel being slightly inclined towards the inside of the door to evacuate the filter water along the edge of the door.

Le fonctionnement du moyen anti-panique de la serrure de l'invention va maintenant être décrit en détail en référence aux figures 22 à 26.The operation of the anti-panic means of the lock of the invention will now be described in detail with reference to the Figures 22 to 26 .

The figure 22 represents the lock in its unlocked state, with the outer opening lever 38 at rest. In this case, the stud 50 b of the connecting rod 50 is located at the free end of the curved portion 38 b of the outer opening lever 38. Thus, when the external opening lever is actuated 38, the bent portion 38 b abuts against the pin 50 b of the connecting rod 50 to rotate about its pin 50a which causes the opening of the lock through the control lever 37. In addition, it can be seen that on the figure 22 , that the portion in the form of angular sector 48 blocks in the unlocked state the pivoting of the superlocking lever 62. In other words, the superlocking is only possible when the lock is in its condemned state.

To lock the lock, the central locking lever 70 is rotated clockwise, as indicated by the arrow R1, either via the inner locking lever 76 or the external locking lever 68, or again the motor electrical control 42 condemnation. The rotation of the central locking lever 70 drives through its pin 74 the pivoting in the counterclockwise direction indicated by the arrow R2 of the first locking link 46. The second locking link 47 is also rotated in the counterclockwise direction through the thrust exerted by the rod 46 of the tab 47 b of the rod 47. The pivoting of the second locking link 47 causes translation in the direction of the arrow F1 of the connecting rod 50, the pin 50b slides along the elongated slot 37b of the control lever opening 37 and in the light 39 b of the transfer lever 39. Simultaneously, the stud 50 b of the connecting rod 50 comes opposite the opening of the curved portion 38 b U of the outer opening lever 38, as visible on the figure 23 . In this position, during the pivoting of the outer opening lever 38, the stud 50 b of the connecting rod 50 engages freely in the opening of the portion 38 b , so that the opening of the outside is thus prohibited. Similarly, the inner opening is also prohibited, because the rotation of the transfer lever 39 does not cause rotation of the pin 50 b that can slide freely in the bow branch circle of light 39 b in L.

The figure 24 represents the state of the lock, in which the outer opening lever 38 is actuated in the clockwise direction indicated by the arrow R3 and is maintained in its open end position. In this case, the unlocking command of the lock intervenes after the opening end of travel by the outer opening lever 38. The central locking lever 70 has rotated in the anti-clockwise direction indicated by the arrow R4, the first locking link 46 pivots in the clockwise direction indicated by the arrow R5. However, the second link of sentence 47 can not pivot because the translation of the connecting rod 50 is blocked by the pin 50b, which is housed in the opening of the bent portion 38 b in the U external opening lever 38 in its end position. The relative rotation of the first locking link 46 with respect to the second locking link 47 causes elastic deformation of the spring 45, which thus stores the unlocking energy. When the user releases the outer door handle, the outer opening lever returns to its initial position, which releases the pin 50 b of the connecting rod 50. Therefore, under the effect of the spring 45, the second locking link 47 also rotates clockwise, causing the translation of the connecting rod 50 until the pin 50 b is found in front of the free end of the portion curved 38 b of the outer opening lever 38. Thus, a second operation of the outer door handle allows the opening of the lock, without the need to unlock the lock again.

To move from figure 23 to the figure 25 , The superlocking motor 66 has been actuated to cause rotation in the counterclockwise direction indicated by the arrow R6 deadlocking lever 62, until the leg 62 has come in front of a side edge of the portion 48 in the form of an angular sector of the second locking link 47.

During an attempted break-in, for example by action on the furrow zipper to unlock the lock, the center locking lever 70 pivots in the direction of the arrow R4 on the figure 26 , Which causes pivoting in the clockwise direction indicated by the arrow R5 in the first locking link 46. However, the second link of sentence 47 can not rotate because it is blocked by the leg 62 a of the deadlocking lever 62. Thus, the spring 45 stores, similarly, the unlocking energy generated by the unlocking action of the furrow zipper. When the unlocking motor 66 is actuated in the opposite direction to eliminate the deadlock, the second locking link 47 automatically pivots in the counterclockwise direction to unlock the lock, without the need to re-unlock the lock. The same effect is obtained when the central locking lever 70 pivots towards its unlocked position under the action of the electric motor 42. On the other hand, when the lock is unlocked by the lock cylinder, the locking lever 62 is simultaneously brought back to its position. rest position via the tab 68 b of the external locking lever 68, which cooperates with the pin 62 c of the deadlock lever 62.

Although the invention has been described in connection with several particular embodiments, it is obvious that it is in no way limited thereto and that it comprises all the technical equivalents of the means described and their combinations, if these These are within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
